Great service and responsive owner/managers. The team has been flexible when I needed to modify when we were to cut or do service. The only thing I wish they would do (and all services in general) is be more proactive in notifying when service will be provided (one notification when date is originally set and one notification day of when they are on their way). Having a dog and kids, it is hard to coordinate everyone being away from the yard but they have done a great job and been patient when I have been on work calls and cant be right out.

We have used Baileys for years and have no regrets! They have done both lawn maintenance and landscaping for us and we are always pleased. The guys are super friendly and they always remember to shut the gate when they leave so our dog doesnt escape!

The crew did a great job with the spring clean up and mulching and with our yearly lawn care. I m always out in the yard and in the garden, so I m very particular about the flowerbeds, and have been very pleased with the quality of work. They mow and maintain our lawn and our neighbors frequently comment that we have the greenest grass in the neighborhood. One of the reasons we initially chose them is their attention to detail. For instance, their contract specifies the exact placement of mulch around trees including that they will NOT do the volcano mulching which Ive seen other landscapers do (which is bad for trees). The owner is also very responsive to emails.

We have used Baileys for a few years now. They always do a beautiful job, and always show up on time!

I have been using this service for a few seasons without issue, and they are well known throughout the area. With that said I recently recieved a 600 dollar bill for a mulch job that should cost 150-200 at max. Pictured below. No shrubs, plants or anything other than a thin layer of mulch. They claimed I signed a quote for this amount, which I would have never done. I could have mulched my beds for the next 3 seasons at this price. This proves no one physcially did the estimate. The previous invoices would not load. I asked to cancel my service and they show up today to cut my lawn (which is dead and not needing a cut also in picture). This may be a hiccup with their business, but I feel these are terrible business practices. My family ran a landscaping company for years, never would we charge this amount nor attempt to cut a lawn that did not need a cut. Such a horrible experience after being in the hospital for 12 days. ****Update, no attempt was made to fix the quote. Also the owner is publically posting my address and IP out of spite. Passive agressive behavior and empty threats instead of taking the 5 minutes to drive to the job site and fix the price. I gave them a chance to fix the problem and removed my review, nothing was done but resending me the same insane bill 3 more times. Aditionally they just attempted to cut my dead lawn instead of skipping the week ***** Avoid them at all costs, im a google guide and my reviews are typically very nice and considerate.

After having concrete work done we needed a retaining wall and regrading along our driveway. Two buried tree stumps also needed to be ground down. We spoke to four landscapers. One wasnt interested in our project, one thought grading wasnt possible, and the third was slow to get estimates. Bailey landscape met with us and right away began looking at how to make our project possible. Jeff made several helpful suggestions like block choice, sod for the slope, and incorporating lighting that we never thought about but were great ideas we went with. He was also realistic with what they could do and didnt overpromise just to get hired. His crew showed up when they said they would and were professional. The foreman walked the job with me before they started and asked if there were any original plants I wanted to keep. The excavator operator took his time not to chip the new concrete along the graded areas. My job was relatively small in scope and cost compared to much larger and more expensive work they also do and I felt like I got the same care and attention regardless. I would recommend them for all landscaping and hardscaping work.

Paid almost 1000. to do a lawn recovery on a partial area of my front lawn. Now the lawn looks absolutely worse than before. He wouldn t return my calls (only my husband s which is insulting). Working with Jeff and his team at Bailey Landscaping was a true pleasure. From the moment we met him for the 1st walk through of our property, we knew that it was a good match. Jeff brings his expertise but also worked with us to get our ideas to be sure the project fit not just landscape design ideals but also our vision for the property. One of the things that set Jeff apart from other landscape design firms was that he was able to provide detailed renderings of the project for us to review before finalization of the plans. The renderings were overlaid on photos of our actual property, and so it was very easy to see what the finished product would look like prior to the team even starting. This was invaluable. The crew from Bailey Landscaping was extremely professional and some of the hardest workers I have ever seen, and the amount of work that was completed each day was amazing. We had quite a large project done at our home, including revision of multiple existing garden beds in the front and back yards, installation of lighting on pathways and trees, and building of a large area with pebbles for raised bed planter vegetable garden. We are thrilled with the results of the work, and Jeff and his team have been back after completion to check on the plants, monitor for health of the installed shrubs, and tweak the lighting scheme. Jeff also offers a warranty on the plants and will replace those that do not thrive. Bailey Landscaping recently has replaced my front stoop with accent veneer sides and blue stone tops. I received three bids. Baileys price was similar to one bid and lower than another. I had asked at local landscaping retail stores and they were familiar with Baileys work and stated they were known to be the most reliable and professional. My neighbor had also used Bailey and were very happy. Jeff told me the job would take around 3 days and that he could fit it in between jobs in the next few weeks. Within 2-weeks, his crew started the job and stayed on it until completion 4 days later. We are very happy with the results and we would use him again in the future. Jeff and Andrew (his job foreman) made sure we were completely satisfied. The price he quoted was the price we were charged.

We first engaged Bailey s in the fall/winter of 2020 to start planning for what we knew would be a very tricky backyard renovation that was completed just before Memorial Day of this year. Our backyard isn t the biggest in the world but we have an in ground pool that needed significant upgrading, drainage / water run-off issues, and a small paver patio that was falling apart and needed expansion. We explained to Jeff what we were trying to accomplish and hired him to design the backyard of our dreams. He came back to us with a design that knocked our socks off and that was all she wrote. The project included replacing an existing concrete pool deck with pavers, an existing patio replacement and expansion that more than tripled the usable space in our backyard, an outdoor kitchen, TV feature wall (Jeff s brain child) and lighting and they hit it out of the park. Jeff was very easy to work with as we finalized the design and changed a few things and he just rolled with it every step of the way. The guys on site were meticulous, conscientious, courteous and a pleasure to deal with as well. Their patience with the installation of a very fussy project was very apparent and they made sure things were done right every step of the way. They also happily fielded my overbearing texts and phone calls and answered every question I had and worked with us on small tweaks here and there. It was clear that their priority was quality of work and customer satisfaction. They weren t there to get it done as quickly as possible. They were there to get it done right and to a high level of quality. I think it s also worth noting that there was an incident on the project where they accidentally bumped a piece of pool coping that was installed by our pool company and chipped it. The second it happened Jeff sent me a text with a photo letting me know that it had occurred and that they would take full responsibility and pay for the repair. Accidents happen (especially when handling 250lb precast chilton step units). While it was unfortunate, they handled it in a swift and honest fashion that blew me away as I know a lot of contractors out there would have turned the other cheek and just hoped the client didn t notice. I don t have a single bad thing to say about our experience with Bailey s from design, to completion. My family and I have been loving the paradise that they built in our backyard and will continue to do so for many years to come! Thanks Bailey s!

Took several times to make contact with anyone. Once I got a hold of them they sent out one of there estimators to look at my property. I told them what I wanted to be done. The estimator said I will have our owner reach out to you Hell be able to go over all the work you want done better. A week goes by and still no one contacted me. I had to reach back out to them. Jeff Bailey finally contacts me and we set up a time for him to come out. He did arrive on time. We went over the ideas. He asked me to send him over a copy of my properties survey. Which I emailed to him right away. Once he left we were communicating through text msg and he was replying at first. After that nothing. He didnt even respond to my email letting me know he received my survey of the property. For a week I texted and called him with no reply. When I emailed him that Ive been trying to reach him and it seemed like you blew me off. He responds as if its my fault and Im supposed to know that the line he was texting me only works half the time. Which is pretty strange. If you looking for an average Joe to just cut your lawn I guess Bailey landscaping will do. But if you looking for a professional to do a big job on your yard. Bailey landscaping is not competent or capable to do so!

Jeff and his team hardscapers/landscapers were fantastic. They completed a vast redesign of our over 1500sqft of multi-level pavers complete with a fire pit and built-in grill. His estimate was extremely reasonable given the exstensive work performed, and he was right on target with his final numbers. Baileys Landscaping was recommended directly by EP Henry, and we couldn t have been happier with the end result. From the beginning, Jeff was open and honest about his capabilities and vision regarding our project. We did our due diligence, receiving 3 separate estimates for our project before deciding on Baileys. Jeff was the only of three landscapers that gave us confidence in ability to complete our complex job requirements. We ran into some issues with our townships permitting requirements (no fault of his), and Jeff took control ensuring they were quickly rectified. Had we gone with another less experienced landscaper, I don t believe we would have gotten through this. His design was also by far the best we received, capitalizing on the functionality of our large space. He effortlessly took care of subcontracting the electric and plumbing, making it easier for us. His communication was top notch, and he was accessible via phone from beginning to end. His crew worked throughout the winter, and made sure to clean up once the work was completed. Even though his work speaks for itself, Jeff is a real down to earth and honest guy. On multiple occasions he met our requests with last minute changes/ideas. Because our great experience with Baileys, we immediately continued to have them complete a fertilizer /seeding program for the upcoming year. In the future when we have another hardscaping job we will be using Jeff Bailey without hesitation.

The owner Jeff has no compassion or guilt for his employees mistakes. Last week on June 25 2019... his workers were cutting and weed whacking a large yard along the street when a rock or something bounced up onto my car windshield and cracked it while I was driving by on Creek Rd in Burlington County. We turned around with my 3 children in the car to speak with his employees. We spoke to and addressed the issue with Manuel. Manuel apologized and said that he told his guy to be careful. He then told us that his company is insured and told us to call his boss. We called right away to get the cracked windshield resolved.We left numerous voicemails, but no one called back. Today, a week later we called again. Jeff denied that it was his problem and told us to contact Delran police. He was very rude. This was an honest mistake from the employee, but the owner will not honor it. I will tell everyone that I know not to use his service in the future. All over something that his company is responsible for fixing. Shame on this owner.

This guy is disrespectful! He should own up to his mistakes.

Jeff was recommended to us by 2 of our neighbors for both landscaping and hardscaping. We were extremely happy with our spring clean up and everything looked great through the summer. Now the hardscaping... we LOVE! We had an addition placed on our home over the winter and didn t know what to do with the mud pit that was now our backyard. Our backyard is also uneven. Jeff came out, had a vision and was able to help us visual it with his awesome blueprint/presentation software. He was also able to help with the water flow away from the home. I love our patio! His guys were friendly, professional, and worked fast. The project started before and finished sooner than anticipated. We still need some work on our lawn and just hired Bailey s again for fall aeration, seeding, etc. HIGHLY recommended! Obviously we have used the company 3 times in the last year and plan to continue to use with any landscaping jobs in the future

These guys have been very responsive even for the small jobs I ask them to do. I always worry I will be a thorn in their sides for them as I dont have a big yard, but they are great. The lawn guys even knock before they cut to make sure we have the dog in the house.

We have had Baileys Landscaping do quite a few jobs around the house and have been 100% satisfied with their work. We ve had landscaping, mulching, sprinkler system maintenance, and stonework done and will use their services for all future jobs.

Bailey Landscape Services is a fantastic landscape company. From the owner down through his employees, all are experienced and professional. For the past two years, theyve cut my grass, mulched my planting beds, gathered the leaves and trimmed my shrubs. They successfully re-hardscaped my back patio that was falling apart from the poor workmanship of the original installing company. The highest compliment I can give to a company is when I can look at the job theyve just completed and think to myself, It looks like a job that I would do. That means they met all my expectations. We hired Baileys Landscaping upon the recommendation of a friend. I needed a new walkway from the sidewalk to my front door and I wanted pavers to replace the old cracked concrete. (click on pic below) I was overjoyed when they did the job. Not only were they amazingly fast, the crew was so pleasant, so professional and the job turned out more beautiful than I had even imagined it would. For a few years, we had been planning to upgrade our front porch and walkway. This Fall we made the decision to go for it. Living in Delran we ve had the opportunity to see some of the hardscaping Bailey s landscaping had done, so we decided to give them a call. From our first meeting, to the finished product, it was an enjoyable (no pressure) experience and an amazing piece of work we re now very proud of. Truth be told, and because things don t always go as planned, we asked Bailey s to make an adjustment halfway through the job and they quickly accommodated our request. Highly recommended.

Had Jeff Bailey and his crew finish a job (1000 sf of pavers around the pool) that was started by a contractor from Cherry Hill who left all a mess. Jeffs crew corrected the problems and completed the job without delays or issues. Plus we were surprised when Jeffs crew even topped the job with mulch and backfill where needed. Great Job!

We have been using Baileys landscape services for almost 4 years now, and are always really happy with the quality of their work. Whether it s weekly lawn servicing, or hardscape work they have done in the front of our property, they always meet our expectations. When I contact the owner, he is always quick to reply and offers advice on what we need done without trying to talk us into buying anything.

We needed some sunken pavers around our pool area fixed. Bailey landscape came in with what I thought was the best approach of the companies I contacted. We had to wait a couple weeks as they were scheduled out a while, but the finished product is great. After they fixed the pavers, the cleaned and sealed them, it looks as good now as it did when I had them installed.

Jeff, Ryan and Kelly were all great in transforming our front yard into a work of art. All three members of the team was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend Baileys landscaping.
