Scott's Lawn Care in Maple Plain

So this is an “out of the blue” review. I just got one of the many thorough email communications from SLC and felt compelled to write a review. I have never experienced the level of customer service and care from a landscaping company as I have from SLC. We’ve lived in NJ, NC and now MN. In NC, landscaping is a big business year round and we went through several companies. Service always started with promises and then devolved into lackluster performance. That has not been the case with SLC. They keep surprising me with how they good they are. We are on a monthly program and also use their irrigation, aeration, cleanup and other services. They simply do a better job than we could. If that were not enough, these are nice folks. They respond immediately and are pleasant to deal with. Two years ago I had a serious ice issue on my driveway. I couldn’t get any ice melt near me. I emailed Scott’s and they dropped off a bucket. These folks are worth every penny we pay, and our property looks great. Good vendors deserve to be recognized.

I cannot thank Scott's Lawn Care enough! Not only do they excel in lawn care and landscaping, but they are also incredible human beings. My three-year-old son is absolutely obsessed with all things lawn care, and he constantly says that SLC is the best. There’s a good reason for that! We watch our neighbors' lawns get professionally cut weekly, and SLC does an incredible job, taking special care of each lawn. All the workers are incredibly kind and warm to my enthusiastic child. His week is made each time he gets to watch them. Beyond their exceptional lawn care, they are genuine people with huge hearts. Scott himself has personally stopped by our home to give our son SLC swag. Last year, when my son wanted to be an SLC lawn care guy for Halloween, Scott made his dream come true. Scott runs an incredible company, and his dedication to his work and the community shines bright. Thank you, Scott, and thanks to everyone at SLC who simply are the best.

Scott's does my neighbor's lawn and it looks nice so I called and requested an quote for full service lawn care, including turf restoration for areas that were patchy and other areas with crabgrass. Jon came out to review the lawn, and went over details about how they would go about repairing the lawn. He sent over a generic estimate for weekly mowing and fertilization that did not include anything about the turf restoration and other things we talked about. I replied to the email and asked about that and never got a response. I called their office twice over the last couple of months, spoke with a person and asked for a call back and never received one. Poor communication and customer service. I do not recommend.

One of the best lawn care company’s there is! Phenomenal service, great workers! Always so nice and pleasant. Yard always looks amazing. Easy to communicate with. Just out right phenomenal work! Definitely 100% recommend SLC for lawn work etc!!!!

Our condo complex has used Scott’s Lawncare for at least 5yrs or more. They are excellent lawn company. You will very please with their services.

Hands down the best lawn care service and snow removal service our company has ever had. Excellent communication, which is key to our company.

The communication from this company is terrible. They all finger point and don’t take accountability for their work or lack there of. Really wanted to work with them, but unfortunately had to move on after months of neglect and zero communication. If you want to feel like a priority this company is not going to do that.
