We have been using West Metro for the past couple of years. After years of taking care of our own yard ourselves, and our yard getting a little worse year after year, we reached out to Christopher and his team. Since we have been working with West Metro, we continually receive compliments on our yard. Not only does the yard look great but Christopher and team provide great response times to any questions I ever have.

West Metro Lawn did a great job of Aerating, over seeding, and soil enrichment. The yard was very wet after all the rain recently and the tech doing the field work had to stop and repair a couple of areas of the lawn which the machine damaged because of the wet conditions. And the best part is that the company responded quickly to my inquiry and showed up when scheduled. Good job.

Rumor has it, spring will be here eventually, and with that, lawn maintenance season. Ive been very happy with West Metros services - fertilizer, aeration, over seeding, weed control (lawn and landscape beds). Pricing is competitive, the results have been great, and I love how good their communication is on upcoming items and other services available. We had a hiccup last year when we originally signed up, and they were incredibly responsive about making it right (was an honest scheduling issue). Theyve also been helpful in recommending some other local businesses for services outside of their offerings.

Chris and his team at West Metro have done a wonderful job managing the landscaping for our HOA. Hes easy to work for, the landscaping always looks great and the prices are very reasonable. Weve used their services for several years, and are locking up a new contract for a couple more now. Its been night and day vs. other services weve used in the past.

I hired West Metro to remove the snow from my driveway. They were very reliable and always let us know when they would be coming, so that we could plan when we could exit our driveway. My removal guy used a tractor with a giant snowblower attached, that cleaned our driveway in just three passes, an amazing sight. We timed it - it took about two minutes and the entire driveway was clean!

We have used West Metro for lawn care (fertilization and weed control) and snow removal services. They have provided excellent service and are great with communication. For the lawn - they give a heads up when service is planned to occur, instructions on what to do before and after, and general lawn care. The one time that we did see a few weeds in our yard, they came out promptly and performed an additional service. For snow removal - they are great with communication so we know exactly when the service will occur (or not if the threshold is not reached). The snow removal is super quick and very thorough.

If I am out of town, I can check my security camera outside and see when my driveway and sidewalk are plowed. Does a great job! We have been working with WML&S for the past two years and are very happy with their services. Getting an estimate is extremely easy as they look at your lot from satellite images, so no need to schedule for someone to stop by. They are transparent in their prices and schedules. They send a notice when they will be stopping by to perform services, so we are always informed. They are also very responsive and polite in their emails. They are now accepting credit cards so that s another plus! We really like their hassle-free business and knowing that our yard is taken care of. Our flower beds looked great last summer! After the most recent snowfall, and a mechanical failure on our snow blower, I reached out to West Metro for a one time snow removal request, knowing it was a long shot. To my surprise Chris reached out almost immediately offering to clear within 24 hours. I was incredibly grateful. Ultimately a wonderful neighbor came over unexpectedly and cleared for us, which left me no longer needing assistance. I have no doubt West Metro would have done a great job, and I am incredibly impressed with the responsiveness to my request in the midst of what was surely a crazy day/evening for them. Ive contracted West Metro Lawn Care & Snow Removal for the past two winters and Im very satisfied. Because the crews come in the middle of the night I park my truck on a portion of my front lawn. This past winter the snow became too deep to park on my lawn. I contacted Christopher explained my situation, the next morning my driveway was cleared around my truck and a portion of my lawn had been cleared with no damage to the grass. You rarely see that kind of customer service these days. I plan on using these folks for years to come. Christopher Halvorson and his staff ROCK!

We have had a great experience with West Metro Lawn Care and Snow Removal. We used them for our snow removal this year, and they absolutely take care of snow issues. The other thing I particularly like is that during storms/snow accumulation events, they send out an email when their crews are leaving for their routes, so that customers know that they are starting their routes. I find this very helpful. Additionally, we had an issue recently where we were out of town during a storm, and after the crew cleared the snow, winds blew high snow over the sidewalk again. I didnt realize that had happened as we had been out of town, and when we got home it appeared that the sidewalk had not been cleared, so I asked West Metro Snow Removal about it. He came out and looked at it and although it technically was not their responsibility to clear it a second time (it says clearly in the contract that they are obviously not responsible for winds that occur after snow has been cleared), out of courtesy he cleared it again for me. I find this attention to detail reassuring. He is very good about communication with us. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend West Metro Lawn Care & Snow Removal for your lawn and snow needs! I have been using these services for going on two years now and plan to continue. My yard needed a lot of work when we first started using West Metros services for weed control and fertilization. By the end of the season, I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice my yard was looking! It was very green and looked much better than I expected it to. I also use the snow removal service through the winter season which I will never regret. Chris (owner) is fantastic at communicating with his clients during snowfalls to let us know when they will be coming out to clear our snow. Its always been removed in a timely manner, making my driveway conveniently cleared when I need it to be. Chris exceeds customer service expectations and knows how to run a business. We needed snow removed in the winter and lawn mowed in the summer. What a relief to leave that responsibility to a team we could well trust. They went above and beyond my expectations. I loved the email alerts and notifications when snow removal occurred. Always prompt and always did a great job, giving extra care to small details. They put together a contract that would accommodate our unique situation keeping in mind our home might sell quickly or might take awhile. Professional and reliable service. I used WM L&S to cover a few weeks of lawn care while I was on travel. I made all arrangements via phone/email. I was provided a quote upfront, so there were no surprises. Service was completed as promised & I liked the quality of work. So will definitely reach out to them in future if needed.

They came by in the morning and were so quiet I didnt wake up till they knocked and said they were done. I had snow that was 20-30 inches high in places and they took care of it all. Its worth it when doing it myself would have sent me to the hospital with a much higher bill.

West Metro has been taking care of our home since winter of 2014. They were always on time with snow removal. Weve also used them this some for lawn care and theyve done a great job. Chris Halvorson, doing business as West Metro Lawn Care, has really been a pleasant surprise for us. My snow blower broke down and a decision was made to call the people who plow my neighbors driveway, which happens to be Chris. I was surprised to see him at my driveway when we had less than 2 of snow! But we had had several smaller snow falls that exceeded 2 combined. He said he was doing a courtesy visit to his customers and did my driveway with a smile even though he did not have to. Now thats service! I was so pleasantly surprised! I think we found an honest, reliable person, so I am giving my old snow blower away!
