CB Services did our snow removal and this was the first of the season snowfall. I wasn t sure what to expect but they were super prompt and completed the job well before 7 a.m. and before anyone had to leave our house. Craig was the gentleman that came out. He went around and checked every zone and made the necessary tweaks. He was educated and showed me what he was doing/had done. Very satisfied with the service. Will definitely contact them again for sprinkler start ups/inspections.

Tony came out today and came up with a perfect solution for my semi complicated situation. His solution was quick only needed one small part instead of a total junction box tear out and replace. He also came back to the door to give me a piece I might need for my system in the future instead of throwing away. Clever and thoughtful.

For many years we have had CB Services come out for our irrigation services (repairs, blowouts, etc.) and they have been terrific. Attention to detail and overall responsiveness has been top notch. More recently, we moved into a new construction home and had CB Services come out and complete our landscaping. From the initial design consultation to care and planning by the crew when onsite, we could not be happier. The office staff is very responsive and manages all communications, including setting up appointments, reminders, and billing. A nice suprise - the owner reaches out via text to follow up. Overall a great experience.

CB Services just did a large landscaping job for me that has turned out fabulous. They replaced all the vinyl edging around our home with beautiful stone. Removed an old patio that was sunken by our foundation. Added new beds where that patio was, as well as a new beautiful patio with fire pit. They also spruced up our existing beds and will be adding plants in the spring. They have been a pleasure to work with. Great communication, easy respond to changes, and honest about the costs of different options. I highly recommend using them!

So disappointed with this company. Their work was become shoddy and unreliable. Customer service wont return messages or communicate at all. We had an draining issue on our back yard and called them to come out and give us a bid to fix it. First of all, they showed up 2 weeks later than we agreed on with no communication. I get other project run over, but they shouldve let us know. Then they started the job and for some unknown reason send the morning digging a trench win the wrong area. When I got home and correct them, the had to start over. They finally finished the job, but i got stuck paying for the extra labor because of their screw up. They promised me free winterization and overseeing in the fall. Of course they did neither. I called and emailed and finally the day before the freeze, they responded back saying they were sorry, the original guy never communicated that back to the office and they would come out the next day and shut down our system and oversees in the spring. They cam back out the next day, shut our system down, but never did come out and do the overseeding. Even after a few emails.. Now fast forward 18 months later. Our drainage issue is back, so essentially they did nothing and again wont respond to any emails. I even sent a hail mary SOS to the owen before my sons grad party, but not one word back. There are so many local options out there, trust me theyll all be better than CB Services.

I use CB Services for both lawn care and snow plowing. The quality of their work is top notch and I really appreciate how they keep me apprised of their plans by email.

Just relocated from out of state and did a google search for a landscape company as I needed mowing, maintenance and future landscaping. Took a chance on them and am so glad I did. From the initial interactions with the office staff to the crews, they have all far exceeded my expectations. I have never had new sod or an irrigation system in my former homes so there was a learning curve. Justin has been so thorough in educating me and has checked in repeatedly to make sure things were going well and to see if I had questions. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

I reached out to CB in dire need of a winterization after my regular service was book for the entire year. What a pleasant surprise to get quick responses from them and access to their portal. I love being able to see what services I have had performed and schedule services online. Add to it, the regular reminders of the upcoming appointment and a suggestion to cover my backflow valve during cold nights. That made me feel like they really wanted my system performing its best. The day of the service was done very professionally and promptly. Every step of my relationship with them has been top notch so far. I think they won a convert.

Their fall cleanup was exceptional. Removing the leaves and there was ALOT, providing a final short mow to the lawn for the season plus trimming our perennial beds and even edging the driveway. They tackled all this on a timely professional manner and cleaning up after themselves so couldn t tell they were even here.

Weve been in our home since July of 2021 and have used CB Services to tune-up, winterize, and start up our irrigation system. Each time the technician was on time, thorough in his work and incredibly helpful in teaching us the ins-and-outs of our system. We had to reschedule one of the appointments due to the arrival of our baby and when the tech showed up he went above and beyond making sure he was quiet at the front door, which meant a lot. Well continue to use CB and refer them to anyone we know who is looking for a lawn care/irrigation system provider!

I just started my service with CB, but so far Im a fan. It was really great not to have to clean it piles of leaves and yuck under the thawing snow. They were thorough with winter cleanup so the spring cleanup was quick. They just finished the spring fertilizer treatment. They were mindful of my dog and called to let me know they were coming so I could make sure he was inside. And they have been responsive to my questions and comments. Im a fan.

The technician was very friendly and quickly adjusted and moved our sprinkler heads to provide adequate watering around our new landscaping that had just been installed. He talked me through the changes he was making to ensure that I was in agreement and also let me know about future adjustments we may want to make if the changes didnt meet our needs.

Scheduled by text message. Gave garage code to tech and left check at the control panel. Didn t need to be home to have service completed. CB Services makes it easy for homeowners to take advantage of their thorough, reasonably priced services.

After our new sod turned into a monstrous forest for six weeks, we decided it was best to hire a company to come out and take care of the first cut. After being turned away by a few places because they wanted to sign us up for ongoing service, we found CB Services. The rep my husband spoke to was great and didnt try to push for a long-term contract. Instead they scheduled us for a couple initial cuts to get the sod down to a manageable level. The crew came out as scheduled and did a great job time. Prices were right in line with competitors and we received no pressuring sales pitch, which was refreshing.

I had 10 dogwood plants installed for privacy, and had 2 trees removed and stumps grinded in my backyard. They were able to complete the work a week earlier than scheduled which was a nice surprise. By the time I arrived home, the work was completed and everything was cleaned up. The crew did a fantastic job. Nick called me to confirm certain aspects of the job to ensure everything went smoothly. I will be using them again for future landscaping projects.

CB Services called ahead to let me know they were coming to the appointment. The workers were very considerate and did what I asked of them. They stayed a little extra to make sure I was happy with the results on the lawn and irrigation. I also use CB services in the winter for plowing the church parking lot and sidewalks. I would recommend CB services to anyone looking for lawn, irrigation and plow services.

Got charged $900 by this place to pick up leaves! What a scam! If you want to be charged $1 per leaf pickup then this is the company for you. Do NOT recommend.

We have enjoyed the quality yard work and snow removal completed by CB Services since building and moving into our home in November, 2012. The staff at CB Services communicates with us directly and often through email alerts and personalized service. They are always professional, timely in responding to our needs, and so very genuine, kind, and positive. We could not ask for more!

We had a new home built in Dayton, MN and moved into our home March 1st. We were told that they would be installing our sod and landscaping in June. We realize that we had a wet spring but we ended up waiting until mid September for the work to get started. We never did get trees put in the right place and seems like no one knew what they were doing. Called this week about the sprinkler system and no one has called back. Had to get another company to come out and take care of our problem. I own a business and take care of my customers. Would not recommend their work or getting work done in a timely manner.

Zero stars. They actually cut my neighbors yard. They always blow off her driveway and mulchbed right into my rockbed and yard. I have little kids and dry mulch can hurt when you step on with bare feet. Tried to explain to the crew but it seemed like lack of caring. Sad really.

The quality of service and customer care is excellent. Always prompt and if there was a change due to a weather event we would be informed immediately by email. The guys even did some extra things for us that they had not been planning to. Always friendly, helpful, the work is really done well. Highly recommend these guys!
