Brian Dunlap went above and beyond to ensure I got a great deal on sod. Not only did he go out of his way to find the best price for me, but when he discovered I was installing it myself, he and his worker, Westley, insisted on doing the job themselves. Their professionalism and willingness to help made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. To be quite honest I was left in tears. Brian has been doing work in Manteca for many years so he has a lot of knowledge with concrete and laying sod. I will be calling Brian for my next project. Even if it’s not his expertise, he always “knows a guy” for every job. I highly recommend Brian and his team for any landscaping needs. Brian I can not thank you enough.

While I was happy with concrete work, I was pretty disappointed in the fence and gate that was installed. The welding on the steel frame is not very good and they painted the steel after installing it in my yard so there's paint on the new concrete. Also the paint job wasn't thorough so some parts are already rusting. They didn't add covers to the gate post so we had to go buy some and install them before the rain came. The cross beams in the fence are not level. They also didn't clean up. They left all the old fence and when I contacted them about it they said they would come back and remove it, but they only removed half. They left a wheel barrow full of concrete pieces. I ended up having to make two trips to the dump myself. I won't be using them again for the rest of my yard.
