Lawn Outlaws LLC in Mansfield

We used Lawn Outlaws in 2022. The service was basic, but acceptable. However, in November when the weather changed the business owner stopped servicing our yard. Not a huge problem, but we were set up to pay automatically. So we paid for several weeks of services we never received. This is also not a problem. With good customer service, it is a trivial thing to overcome. So, I called him and texted him to see if we could either have service or get refunded. I left 4 messages and nobody responded to my calls. In the end, sent 2 messages each suggesting that he would send someone to care for the yard in the current week. No return phone calls and no yard services for the last 2 weeks. Had just one phone call been returned, there would be no reason to write this review. I'd be displeased, but I would understand. The same applies if they had done the work 2 weeks late without any contact. I would be ok with this, too. To me, there are 2 very basic things every business should be: responsive and dependable. Lawn Outlaws fails on both counts. On the plus side, it does kind of feel like we are dealing with outlaws!
