This review is for AM Property Maintenance. Our culvert needed stones and soil cleaned out so water would flow through properly. Adam came out to determine what was needed and then provide an estimate. Adam clearly explained the work needed. We also asked him about work needed for our driveway. We received an estimate within a day or two that was acceptable to us so the work was scheduled. We are completely satisfied with everything that was done. Adam and his crew did excellent work and went above and beyond our expectations! They were professional, polite, on time and left the worksite better than when they arrived. We will definitely use AM Property Maintenance for our future projects and will recommend them to others.

We had a defunct koi pond. Adam filled it in for us and pulled the existing slate rock into the site and made us a beautiful patio area. He also made us a fire pit area where a tree was removed. His pricing for this work was very fair and reasonable. His work ethic is impeccable! We are so pleased with these new areas of use in our yard. We highly recommend AM Property Maintenance!!

Adam has done work for me in all four seasons. From outdoor landscaping to major tree,plants and brush cleanup. Everything he has done outside turned out beautifully. He has just finished painting the den. That included wallpaper removal, drywall repair and two coats of paint in a room that is very cut up with two doors, two windows and lots of trim. It looks super. I cannot say enough about his dependability, work ethic and fair pricing.

Found A M Property Maintenance via a google search. Called and they were the only company that kept a scheduled appointment. Adam listened to our thoughts and came up with a plan. He presented an estimate in a timely manner. We accepted the estimate and set up an approximate date of completion. He stuck to the completion date and promptly showed up for the job. As the crew began the job it was obvious that there was thought behind our request. He offered a better solution than previously discussed, and we agreed. Adam and his crew were professional and efficient. The final clean up was exceptional. Highly recommend his services and will use him again, when needed.

Adam and his crew were unbelievably professional, punctual, efficient, fast, and most of all confident and competent. Absolute ARTISTS. I had two boulder retaining walls done that i am frankly shocked by how much i LOVE them!! Some yard drainage/grading issues were solved as well. The final bill was less then the estimate by about $500 and much more was done then we discussed. Adam, Will and Gabe rebuilt my retaining wall that was falling down. They also removed lava rock and replaced it with mulch in the front and back. The grass was planted where they drove their equipment through the yard. It has completely transformed my property. They were on time, professional and cleaned up everything. I am more than pleased with their work!

I almost NEVER leave reviews however I absolutely had to for Adam. My parents had a number of severely overgrown flowerbeds that have gone untouched for years. In one day ..In one morning, Adam had the beds cleared and mulched! Because I wasn t at their home at the time, he called me when they were finished and sent pictures to me. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB!!!! I like Pro and Con Lists. So here are my lists for this business . Pros : Answered all of my calls and texts. Gave me a free estimate. Gave me a fair price. Called to move up the scheduled work day when they had a cancellation. Were on time! Were very nice. Did an AWESOME job. Cleaned up after themselves. SUPER GREAT COMMUNICATION.
