I hired several lawn care companies but I was not at all satisfied for the past few years. I came to know Weed Man when I was searching for a good one. Weed Man Lawn Care has been fantastic in maintaining my lawn! Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to ensure my yard looks great. Since I started using their service, I ve noticed a significant improvement in the health and appearance of my lawn. They are prompt, thorough, and always willing to answer any questions I have. I m extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and effective lawn care.

The technician that has come for my last two services has been great. She listened to my concerns about some seasonal weed problems I was having and made sure to address them. And she followed up via text message to make me aware of the work she did. I m seeing great results!

I was extremely pleased with Joel s services today. I watched as he thoroughly inspected and serviced my lawn. Usually I accept what has been done but on a service a couple of visits back I watched via my security cameras as the associate made one wide swipe of my front yard. When I went out and asked why he didn t do more sweeps over the yard he informed me the broadcast spreader he was using could cover the entire yard. He then did several more sweeps which disproved his claim.

Tiffany who came out today was fantastic. I had questions for a specific part of my yard and how to improve it. She gave her recommendations and even sent a YouTube video on how to do it. Schedulers are easy and communicate well. Billing side we had some discussions on what what quoted vs what was billed. After they went back and listened to the tapes they realized the error they made. Would have been nice if they just believed me rather than had to listen to the tapes.

Also worth noting is their customer support from rescheduling an appt to requests for reservice or just answer a question about lawn care.They use quality products and have knowledgeable, professional &friendly technicians **Addendum: recent schd treatment, I discussed with tech my concern which was how armadillos ravaged my yard. Tim(tech) was able to quickly schedule me for below surface insect treatment. I love being able to have the WM team as my partner in yard care. **Octobers trtmnt w/ Grayson(technician) spent some time talking with me, I was able to learn several new things about lawns and their maintenance. My yard has improved so much in past 2-3 years- partly from my efforts, partly from the products supplied by WM; but hugely from the education I receive from conversations with technician!!!

Horrible experience. Signed up for 4 applications 2 days ago and paid ahead . Scheduled for today with no time window . He did not call or text ahead , did not ring the door . Caught a movement in front camera him waving he completed the service in backyard and walking away . He cannot enter the backyard as it was locked and needed me to open it . Back camera did not catch him coming into backyard . He lied he did the service or jumped over the fence to enter the backyard where no camera coverage . Either way totally unprofessional and unacceptable. They charged me for this service they claimed they did but no proof of him entering the property with customer interaction. Cannot assume customer is not home without knocking on the door first. When you see a lock on the door professionalism dictates you stop and get their attention. All other service providers do this . Disputing via credit card company . I will not recommend this service to anyone . I did not have the option to put zero rating here . Totally unprofessional!!! Inconsistent defense and cover up from 3 different customer service reps including the manager. I am a first time customer and this was the first application horrible, horrible customer service It is unethical to enter customer property without knocking on their door and introducing oneself. This is basic customer service . Obviously they have a different definition of what is ethical behavior. Secondly , there are 2 rock beds in the back. He did not verify with customer which is the service point. Thirdly , if he really sprayed nothing changed since yesterday as the weed is still green . This is supposed to be an effective weed killer. Customer should be refunded for this botched up first service all around . No two ways here . We deserve better

This company is a scam - I have to constantly call in to request service and they don t show up. Call again, great we ll send someone, doesn t come - over and over and over. Backyard is FULL of weeds - even when they do come. Don t book with this company.

Weedman came out this morning and spread moisture management on my lawn. I had a concern about my lawn and waited to determine if the technician was able to identify my concern without me telling him. The technician came and knocked on my door and told me what he found, and it was exactly what my concern was. The technician stated, he would have management call me to discuss my concern. I am pleased with the technicians professionalism. I would recommend Weedman Lawn Care to others who may be interested in lawn care.

I had an wonderful service with Weed Man Lawn Care. When I moved into my house, the previous owner had not cared for the outdoor part of the property (lawn and trees). I was unconvinced that the lawn could be saved without major work, it was about 50% weed/bare. Weed Man came out, evaluated the lawn, and said it could be saved. I was still pretty skeptical. 4 months later, I have a lawn. Its healthy and green and my neighbors are no longer side-eying me. As an added benefit, my healthier lawn has noticeably improved some of the drainage problems I was having in my back yard. I couldnt be happier. Brian is my usual tech and always has great communication and makes sure to tell me if he is seeing anything concerning.

It always works out that they can only return when I m due for my next billable service. All service tech s who have come out to the house are respectful and communicate well.

The customer service representative is very rude and unhelpful. They refuse to provide any service until we follow up with them repeatedly. We have to make multiple calls for each issue that needs to be resolved.

Getting excellent results and they work fast. I highly recommend if you want a green lawn. It can look expensive annually, but for the hours to do it all yourself, the equipment and supplies its a better deal if you want more time for your family.

Buyer beware - I signed up in April and was told since it was already 4 months into the year I would receive 5 services for the year on a regular basis. I was told Id be contacted a day before service to notify me they were scheduled for a visit. Flash forward 4 months and I never had a 2nd visit. I reached out to CS which took a few days to respond. I was told Id be scheduled and another week went by. No contact. Reached out again. All the responses take a few days to get from Weed Man and they never answered my questions as to why i had a 4 month gap and if I had not contacted them would they ever come back even though i paid for the entire year in advance. Finally had someone come out again this week and he confirmed there should not have been 4 months between services. The lawn itself looked better after the initial application but I still have to hand weed at times and feel like this was a big waste of money with complete lack of customer service.

We lived backed up to a wild green space next to a creek. Prior to weedman we were in a never ending battle with the weeds from that green space. We ve had weedman for a year and half now and our weeds are minimal. They are always polite and address any concerns. I highly recommend their services.

These guys from Weed Man are always prompt and very professional and my yard is one of the prettiest in the neighborhood. The Weed Man techs always knock on the door and let me know they re here and then text me when they are done treating the yard. I ve used all the other big name weed control companies and these guys are by far the best!!

We purchased a home with a very sad looking lawn. With just a few treatments & the benefits of some good rain, we ve seen significant improvements. The technicians they send out are great!

Although our lawn improved for a short period of time, I have to give them 1 star. The service is awful and so many empty promises. They did not treat what I asked them to treat (crab grass), havent treated my lawn in 4 months, canceling appt after appt. I have reached out to them, had a manager out, and been very patient with them. If you want honest and consistent lawn care, look elsewhere.

I didnt get his name but dude was professional, knew what he was talking about, and I would recommend him and his service to anyone who needs this service at their home or business.

My service was horrible in the 18 months I had them, The weeds grew so high and they had to come out a few times extra and it still didnt work. When I called the last time to ask what they can do to keep me from getting fined on my HOA it was almost like I was bothering them. At first they told me I had to wait a week for it to take hold, but I told them it had been 4 weeks and it was still growing like crazy. Instead of saying they must have missed that spot, again, they gave me the option to quit them and I did. Instead of actually working on getting the right formula, they just used what they used everywhere else and it was horrible.

On time. Good directions and gave me very good instructions on lawn care. 5 years with these guys and they never fail to take care of me!

Decent company. Constant employee turnover. Yard is generally green, but definitely have a ton of weeds every year that I have to go out and pull by hand due to uneven application of their product(s) . Just like every other business out there, theyre being told to apply the bare minimum to maximize profit, which means the customer really isnt getting the best quality service.

Weve been using weed man for around 2 years now. Overall, Im satisfied with my lawn care. They seem to keep the weeds at bay and the lawn fertilized. However, that is not what prompted me to write this review. Every couple of months I get an annoying marketing call from weed man, trying to sign me up for more of their services. This is on par with a salesman knocking on your door and you not being able to get rid of them. They are very persistent, even over the phone. I am already signed up for their lawn care, yet still receive these calls. IMO, thats no way to treat a customer. I am considering canceling just because of this. Do better.

240813 Update. Originally liked the service I received from WeedMan, but yesterday I canceled the service & switched to another provider. After 1st few treatments, the technician would spend about 10 minutes tops to service my lawn & it actually started looking worse than when I started with WeedMan. I spoke about this issue twice with 2 different technicians, & once to customer service. I objected that they often tried to upsell me after I already had committed to an annual service. Unfortunate to say the least. I had a career in sales & always remember the cardinal rule not to lose a customer, but no one at WeedMan seemed to care about my concerns.

I ve had Weed Man taking care of my lawn this year after weeds really went crazy over the winter. Brian has been great about checking in with me when he arrives to learn my concerns. Most weeds are gone and dead spaces are slowly filling in with grass. I m pleased with the service and results.

Ive been trying to work with this company for around a year. I fired them last year when they would treat weeds in my zero scaped yard, only to have the weeds completely ignore the treatment. Weed Man offers free retreatments, which I called for, and they came out and did, but the weeds wouldnt even yellow. My yard was completely weed free when they started. After it filled with tall weeds, I went to Hime Depot and spent $20 on weed killer. The weeds died! What on earth was I doing paying a service to do it when I had to do it myself. I canceled. This year, they offered me a discount to try again. Again, I gave them a weed free yard to start with. Over a few months (and after a retreatment request) the weeds grew as tall as my knee. I was completely embarrassed about the state of my yard. There were weeds everywhere. The treatments ignored grass, weeds (big and tiny), vines, and pretty much everything. I even had weed flowers bloom after treatments. My partner jokes that Weed Man must have sprayed with fertilizer instead of weed killer. I feel completely duped by this company. They dont stand by their guarantee. They only offer retreatment under their guarantee - even if the treatment clearly doesnt work. They wont clear the yard or refund you if the treatment isnt working. I just spent hundreds of dollars to have a different company clear my property of weeds. After 3 weeks with the new company, Ive had no weed growth - shocking! See the attached photos for a property after a few months of being treated by Weed Man. Im happy with my new service and will never call Weed Man back.

I moved into a new-build last year and my newly-laid sod was no match for all weeds! Theres something especially unsightly about a brand-new house with weed-infested lawn! Weed Man came in and, though it wasnt overnight, my lawn no longer has a weed problem--well okay I still have rashes of nutsedge, but that doesnt count XD. Especially helpful is their pre-emergent regiment which they did back in January. Come Spring this year, the vast majority of the lawns of new-builds in my neighborhood were full of weeds, and mine had none in sight.

My yard is really starting to come around. Its a work in progress but, I can tell a huge difference since Weed Man took control.

This company is one of the best companies out today. Before calling them, my yard was completely taken over by weed and the grass was thin.I tried store bought products, which did not work and I eventually gave up. Fast forward today, my lawn is getting full and the weeds are gone. Please use this company, I promise you won t regret it. Also, you need to be attaining to your yard as well, meaning the only way you are going to get results is by making sure that you water your grass on the watering days.

Took almost a year but our lawn ie nice and lush. Few weeds here and there but very minimal. Next treatment should knock it out, we are happy with the service and providers are very kind. Thank you!

I have been using Weed Man for three years and have always had top-notch service. The technicians are very knowledgeable and always there to answer any of your questions. I had to fire my previous lawn care service because my yard was full of weeds, and within two Weed Man services there was a substantial difference in my yard. My yard has been weed free ever since and looks amazing!

After being a customer for 2 years I cannot recommend. Weeds never once improved. Communication and scheduling was awful, theyd show up with no notice or completely bail on their scheduled appointment. When I called to have a manager come out they sent someone who was clearly not a manager. He could not even tell me what kind of grass I had? He also was not filled in on what my issues were and had no idea what he was walking into. So, I called again saying the man who showed up couldnt help me because he didnt know what was going on. They said theyd send someone else out. When they arrived on scheduled day, it was the same man. He aggressively said Im the one who didnt know what was going on. As a woman alone at the house I felt extremely unsafe and the fact that I am paying for this service and treated that way was mind blowing. This is only the biggest out of all the issues Ive had with weed man. Another was being charged over $100 for a service I did not ask for. Their reasoning was because I had asked for it last year, they automatically charged me this year? Note I was never given any document or information that would suggest this. Overall dishonest and poorly run company that doesnt even provide quality work. Spend your money elsewhere. I now use another local service and my lawn has shown more improvement in the last 3 weeks than it has in the 2 years using weed man.

Weedman has been treating my yard and I could see the results getting rid of the weeds after the first 2 sessions. The techs are always friendly and knowledgeable to answer your questions. Today I m getting an aeration treatment done, hopefully will help my lawn to grow better and more green

We used their service for about 1.5 years and still had crab grass growing rampant in our front lawn. I called to ask for a spot treatment because it wasn t working and they tried to make me pay for an entire additional treatment. When I asked to reduce from front + back yard to just front yard, the price only decreased by $11. On top of that, I just called customer service today and spoke with the rudest customer service rep I ve ever interacted with. I asked her to send some sort of cancellation confirmation (which is not a crazy request from any service?). She repeatedly told me no, then took an extremely condescending tone. I let her know that it was wildly unprofessional and that I had zero intentions of continuing the service after speaking with her. She sarcastically wished me a good day then hung up. Their services don t work, and neither do their customer service reps.

I was skeptical at first as my yard was completely overflowing with weeds. It was a lot of thistles and dandelions - so much that most of the grass was gone. However, after one treatment and about a month, the yard completely transformed. A few months later and my yard looks significantly better. They told me they didn t work miracles, but they sort of did. These guys provide great service and a great product. Jason, our tech was thorough and helpful. I honestly can t recommend Weed Man enough.
