It was good. The gentleman who provided the service was attentive. I did, however, notice a day or so after the treatment that there were a couple of yellow spots on the lawn, and I suspect that the liquid that was applied may have been dripping from the hose, and may have caused this. I hope, and would guess that those spots would recover.
Awful! Don’t show up when they are suppose to. Their technicians never spray my whole yard and I have to repeatedly call back for reservice. If your lucky to get your entire yard sprayed it works.
I have been using Trugreen for the last few years, and I am not terribly impressed with the services I have received. Because of the condition of my lawn, I was always skeptical that their product was being applied at all, even though they always left a service ticket. The reason I believe this to be true is because I would come home and there would be no visible signs of them entering my yard. Within the last year I have installed cameras around my home, and on two separate occasions have caught them on film driving up the my home, leaving the service ticket, and leaving without performing the services I have paid for. The first time this happened I called and they sent someone out to do a reservice. The second time I called and had them refund my account and cancel all further services. To be honest, my lawn looked better when I signed up for the Scott's delivery program and did everything myself.
The service provided for me this morning was done in a very professional manner. Christopher Wilson knocked at the my front door and was very friendly in his greeting. He explained how he was to treat my yard. When finished he returned to my front door and explained to me what he had done and not to walk on the yard until it dried. I was very satisfied with his performance. A very friendly man.
On time, professional and good quality. David came to the door with concerns and we discussed, he did good job.

One bad experience last week caused by a poor quality employee. I called and requested a do over and they quickly responded. The new driver just left and did an excellent job. I will continue to use them.
I appreciate the phone calls for the upcoming service dates, the technicians are very courteous, and there are no questions asked when we find something not right with our treatments, they schedule a repeat of the service, no charge. Happy with TruGreen!
Unresponsive Over 4wks never got in touch with supervisor once Paid $400.00 for weed controll aeration and over seeding with no results Apparently not interested in quality work or results Wouldnt recommend to anyone And will actively discourage everyone to not use true green Find other resources
Caught them last fall on camera only doing front yard and not back but charging for both. And the calls for business were excessive past 7pm we will no longer do business with them
They talked me into paying for the full year of services for a discount. That was March 10. Its May 3rd, weeds are growing, and they havent shown up. Ive tried to call multiple times, and hold times are are always 2-3 hours! I tried to do online Chat, and there are always more than 100 people ahead in the que! I want my money back, and Ill find a company that will show up.
I am having a hard time with Tru Green as I cant get feedback or talk to anyone at Tru Green,I am not getting the service I paid for,very very, disappointed.
No clue what or if they did what I requested, waiting for a bill

Im tired of the company! They have come and sprayed three times, one of which was a free service because there were no weeds killed! I can literally see the zip zags of where they sprayed this last time.. they dont spray the whole yard, only spots! They guarantee no weeds, yet my yard is still covered. There services are a joke. I wouldnt recommend them to anybody!
TruGreen destroyed my lawn with their chemicals. Will not return phone calls to fix problem...worst customer service.
Awful customer service. I called just for a quote and info and the representative was very rude right off the bat. I just was asking questions to better understand their service and what they can do for me. However, the representative did not want to provide any answers and gave flippant nonsensical in-descriptive responses. When I pressed further and explained that I was only trying to understand their services he just hung up on me! I am so glad I found this out before I spent any money.
Not going to say they were not timely or unprofessional. Didnt know they were a continuous service and this was not explained to me at any point. Ridiculous that they can get away with this

My wife called once last year to check some prices and decided it wasnt worth it for us. So far this year she has been called by five different numbers for trugreen. She kept blocking them and they kept calling back. Finally took threatening a harrassment suit to get them to finally stop. Any company who is that hurting for customers is probably shady to begin with.
It was done right before our last snow and it was very windy. I was concerned with the wind as to whether the application was even staying in my yard. Not sure yet?

The front and back yard look the best . There are several small and large brown spots on the side yard. I do not have a dog although it looks as I do.
TruGreen works like all the others, you dont have weeds, they fertalize your lawn...its the same service you get everywhere. What sets TruGreen apart is the non-stop barrage of upselling calls you receive daily. I had both what seemed like our local person as well as some regional person calling asking if i would like them to spray my tree, mosquitos, bushes...it was endless and worse than any telemarketing company i have ever dealt with. It became part of my daily schedule, like eating breakfast, lunch and dinner, i had to also tell TruGreen no. When you consider changing your cell phone number because of your lawn care company....there is a problem! I use Green Care now, cheaper same quality service and the best part...i have not gotten a single call from them trying to sell me anything!!
My lawn has never looked so good. The are very few weeds in it. The specialists come when they are scheduled, do their job and leave me a thorough description of what they have done.
Trugreen is bad news I called for estimate 600$ dollars wow!!! And I said very polite no thanks oh man 20 mnts later this guy was trying to take advantage of me and would not take no for a answer I feel sorry for the people that dont know better and fall for there game call spring touch.

Great, friendly technicians. They come and go so quickly that it is difficult to speak to them at times. I like to know when they arrive and when they leave. I try to speak to them at each service call. Interacting with specialists....
we have 2.5 acres of land and our grass looked terrible, so many bald spots and weeds. i did not think it would ever look good. true green stepped in at a price i could afford and we couldnt be happier. weeds are gone bald spots filled in, very Beautiful grass. thank you true green.
I was losing control of my lawn. Weeds, crab and quack grass were taking over. My TruGreen specialists were able to bring my lawn back. The weeds are diminished and my lawn looks great. Best of all, I havent had to waste my time or money on big box store fertilizers or seed.
I will never use Curb Appeal to do anything on my property. Choose TruGreen. I was mislead and lied to by an owner of Curb Appeal located in Mapleton MN.
Did a pretty good job missed a few weeds next to the deck but if I was doing it myself I could have missed them also. Great specialist to talk to very polite. Great job overall.
Our lawns look much better in their second year of your program and worth it in comparison to previous vendor. I think that a evaluation by specialist would assure people that it is individualized. Have not talked to any of the appliers. Have no scheduling problem as you decided when to apply.
