A nice place. The people are very professional and helpful. They seem to do great work. The selection at the place seems a little limited, but they have all the essentials.

If you need some outside work done contact Thomas Tree and Landscape. They are great people to work with and will get the job done right! Keep up the great work guys!

Parts of project turned out nicely. Bushes that should have been thinned were cut down to sticks. Charged for debris hauling only to find that a large pile of debris was dumped on the back of my property. They denied doing it and wouldnt even come to look and identify this debris. Now I have to pay someone else to haul it away. Very surprised by this and disappointed.

UPDATE: Tyler from Thomas Tree & Landscape contacted my via text and email after reading my review. He apologized for the lack of contact, indicating the company had trouble receiving emails at some point. He also provided the quote. This did not address the reason I didnt receive the quote in the first place and had to resort to following up myself to try to get the information in the first place. I take the company at its word that some tech snafu prevented them getting my messages, but more attention to customer service in the first place would have avoided the problem. Im revising my rating to 3 stars and reducing detail in the original review. ____ After a delayed appointment, the rep said it would be about 2 weeks to get an estimate to me. That seemed reasonable, but after 3 weeks passed, I sent a follow up email inquiring. I sent another one after 5 weeks had passed. I never had a response. This seems to be a growing pattern among contractors across the trades who have sufficient work that they dont feel compelled to respond to all inquiries.

They were awesome! Friendly, helpful suggestions during booking and when the guy droped off the dirt! I will need more dirt and landscape items this year and will 100% go back to them.

I cant be happier with the work Thomas Tree & Landscape Inc did on our house. The drought pulled our soil from our foundation. They fit us in before winter. From the office staff, landscapers, to the manager, everyone was fantastic to work with. 100% will do work with them again on all future landscaping needs.

Have had to use their snow removal services over the years and can say they have done an EXCELLENT job for me. In the fall of last year they also removed a small tree and stump for me along with trimming up the landscape around the house....again they exceeded my expectations. Thank You !!

We had Thomas Tree dig up a stump recently. They did a great job digging it up and cleaning up afterwards. When I received the bill in the mail, it was higher than I had anticipated based on my measurements of the stump. I called Thomas Tree and spoke to Jim. After explaining why I was surprised by the high bill, Jim agreed to lower it some, telling me that he wanted to have a happy customer. I was extremely pleased with the service and the customer service that we received from Thomas Tree. I would definitely recommend Thomas Tree for your tree services.
