Brockman Lawn Care in Manhattan

I had called looking for someone to cut my lawn as I couldn t get ahold of the people that were cutting it. I called Brockman Lawn Care and he was able to give me a price and put me on their schedule right away. Thank you all so much!!

10/10! Called to get our lawn mowed last minute yesterday and Aaron showed up in less than 15 minutes to check out the lawn and fit us into his schedule. The lawn looks amazing, very clean!

They did an outstanding job on my lawn today. The yard had prairie height 3 grass before they mowed, patches of weeds gone to shrubs all over, and it was the first mow for the year so no spring cleaning was done either. They seem to be a family run business with husband, wife, and son and working together very efficiently as it took them almost no time at all to tackle my 1 acre yard of jungle grass and weeds. They also did a good job with the details. They didnt mow grass into my air conditioner, did a good job weed eating around my septic tank observation pipes, and knew to mow out 10 feet from the property line like the adjacent neighbors mowed. Id say this group has this down to an art. They also wont break your bank.

Side note: Many years ago, Aaron saved my daughters wedding day by the lake. The night before the wedding we realized that no one had mowed the site. We called Aaron and he came right away. Responsive and affordable. Does great work

Labor day weekend (Sunday at 2 p.m.), I received a text from the owner requesting payment. I responded in text, that I had already paid him through Venmo and I didnt owe him any money. Mr. Brockman calls back agitated, that he cannot find the payment. After several minutes of holding me captive on the phone, he finds the payment. Mr. Brockman did not apologize for his accounting error or argumentative tone. He did tell me, that he provided service for several businesses around town. I would suggest, investing in an accounting program to keep track of his accounts. In conclusion, the lawn service is okay no frills. The flower beds in the backyard were not edged. The grass under the trees were not cut. I can overlook the mediocre lawn service. I cannot overlook Mr. Brockmans inability to control himself on the phone.

Aaron responded right away to my request for someone to do fall cleanup in my yard. They were here within a couple of days and did a great job. Would definitely use them again!

Excellent job! I had leaves growing on leaves!!! They completed front and backyard in about 4 hours. Will definitely use next fall!

Thank you for such great service! I needed my lawn cut prior to selling my home, I am out of state and they took great care of it. I had made arrangements with a friend prior to leaving and then their mower broke so I needed someone asap. They fit me in the same week, I know that is not always possible so I definitely appreciate it. Aaron responded and got me on his schedule quickly and mowed on the day he said he would. He also sent me a couple of pictures after he mowed and the yard looked great.

I called Brockman Lawn Care on Saturday and they promised to mow the lawn on Monday, even though they were totally booked, and they did!!! The yard looks great!

They are extra busy right now, so couldn t get to us for a few days, which was completely understandable. But upon arrival they were kind, professional, and quick working. Yard looks much better and leaf removal was huge help! Reasonably priced. Will use again.

What a great company and equally great team. I called Brockman Lawn Care at 4:00 PM, left a message, and 10 minutes later received a call back from the owner asking how he could help. After a brief description of what I needed done he said he could get over to our house and give the yard a needed cut. They were fast, accurate and as friendly as could be.
