My yard is a little difficult to mow fast and quick. This makes it harder for the employees to get in and out quick. A & J repeatedly had its employees who operated the weed whacker scalp my lawn. Even after asking week after week for the weed whacker operator to stop killing my grass, they would invariably repeat it again. Ive spent all spring patching and fixing all the damage they caused last year.

Recently used AJ s. Was quoted between four and $600. They ended up charging me $1300 for 2 1/2 hours and they canceled on me twice. I will never use them again. When I went to try to address this on his webpage and confront him, he removed my comments. I am a veteran and I was never confused about what his price was and what he quoted me. I recently had my yard detailed again. The cost was $600.

They change their price with each contract they make with you. Make sure you read your contract thoroughly to make sure that all the services you want done are clearly on there. Upon receiving my quote each contract was a different price and did not have everything I wanted done for the price they quoted me. When I called to have all the stuff added that i wanted i was told they would get back to me and they never did, poor customer service. Not to mention that when I decided to cancel one of the services and had to get another contract sent to me they increased the price of the other service that I wanted which is not fair.

Jordan s team took great care of my home! I was absolutely delighted by how kind and thoughtful the team is to introduce themselves before they begin their work! They did outstanding and I will definitely be continuing to go with A&J for my lawn services 10/10 recommend them!

This is the second year weve used A&J for our fall cleanup, and each time theyve gone over and above to do a stellar job. They show up with plenty of personnel and equipment and immediately get down to business. The fact that theyre a veteran owned business is a plus factor to me as well. A & J LAWN CARE, LLC expects to be paid for a minimum of 6 hours of labor at $80 per hour. It seemed quite reasonable to me until a very average job was completed in less than two hours.........need I say more? Actually, I do need to say more. Very average is an overstatement! Upon closer inspection, this job is very below average, in fact, totally unacceptable. But here is the real kicker...the owner never took the time to view the job! He did, however, leave me a voicemail asking me to call him on his cell since he would be out on the road. So, after expressing dissatisfaction to him, he didnt view the job but did charge my credit card at the full quoted price of $880. As I told my wife, we should have simply given the $880 to charity since our lawn looks untouched! In his rebuttal, Mr. Labrie neglected to mention that he offered me a discount within minutes of me updating my review. Also, his reference to making numerous phone calls to me is a blatant misrepresentation.

My recommendation: HIRE THESE FOLKS. I had multiple questions for the owner before and after the quote. Jordan was patient, answered every question, and got back to me immediately if I remembered more I had to ask! Before even having services done, I was impressed by the work ethic and professionalism of A & J. The cleanup crew came yesterday and turned my disheveled lawn and garden beds into a backyard oasis. This company is fantastic and I am so pleased with their work!

They do such an amazing job with all my clean ups and my driveway is always safe and useable in the winter. Jordan from A & J is very kind and personable. His crew also just made my yard look very nice! They were efficient, friendly, and asked us to inspect their work before they called the job done. I am so thankful we found A&J. They do quality work at fair prices.

Jordan was really fast to respond and quote the job. I had a situation that required the work to be done ASAP and he was able to accommodate and started the job 2 days after the quote! His crew were fast workers, polite and did and excellent job. Id hire them again and recommend to anyone that needs excellent work at a good price!

These days when customer service is dead and excuses are rampant, it was a pleasure to deal with A&J Lawn Care. I called for an estimate on some fall yard clean up. Jordan showed up the next day on time and had emailed me a quote by the end of the day. I agreed to the quote and Jordan called me to schedule the work. I scheduled the work with him, he then called me at 7:30AM the morning of job to let me know they would be there at there schedule time of 8:30AM. I could have set my watch by them. The guys all greeted me and went right to work, doing a spectacular job (NO CRY BABBIES). Their prices are competitive, but the customer service was over the top. As an older guy I remember when customer service meant something well to me it still does. That is why I chose to write a review. OK, first the work was excellent. Can t complain about that. Not a good value though. Charges by hour per man but has a one hour minimum. Sent 6 guys to my house for a basic yard cleaning. They were done in 30 minutes yet I got charged the full hour for all 6 guys at $75/hr. Paid $450 to have leaves cleared from a 1/2 acre lot. Not a good value. Would not recommend because of their billing.

I had my first service with Jordan and his team today. Spring cleanup is never easy, but they had my yard looking like winter never happened. They turned a neglected property into one Im again proud of. Jordan is very responsive and if first impressions are anything, a nice and honorable person. When I first booked A&J Lawn Care LLC for our yard - Jordan contacted me and was transparent and upfront about pricing structure, expectations, and agreed without hesitation to stop by and max out at the minimum required cost. ZERO high pressure sales tactics - just good old communication. On the date of the job Jordan and the crew were punctual, even slightly early, and called on arrival. We spent a few minutes going over the landscape and services my wife and I needed assistance with. Buying a property that had been poorly maintained for years comes with challenges, and his crew were up to the task. Years of dead leaves, seeded acorns, weeds... all needed to go. I initially had only planned to have the crew around for 2 hours - but after seeing the great work they were performing - was able to extend the time frame at the last minute by giving Jordan a quick call - he responded in about 1 minute - told his foreman to extend the task - and I couldnt be happier with the result. I am certain that I will need and use their services in the future - you should too. Great bang-for-your-buck. Jordan is quick and clear in communication, his crew was respectful and efficient, and overall the entire experience was painless and easy to complete. They even do online payments by card! JD

My husband and I purchased a home that had been vacant for over a year. It was completely overgrown. We called Jordan @ A&J on a Wednesday and he was at our house by the following Monday. When I was in a bind, A&J Lawn Care not only performed exceptional lawn care, but displayed exemplary professionalism in the process. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I was stuck looking for a one-off fall cleanup the week after Thanksgiving, and Jordan of A&J Lawn Care was a godsend. When I first contacted A&J, Jordan gave me the courtesy of a prompt response letting me know that while I was outside of their service area, he could refer me to a different lawn care provider. The next day however, Jordan called me back to let me know that he actually could fit me in and the very same week at that! Jordan thoroughly explained the pricing structure, answered any questions I had, and was quick to respond any time I contacted him. The crew from A&J Lawn Care arrived on time, worked quickly, and had the whole property spotless in a matter of a couple hours; they also made sure to ensure I was satisfied before leaving. Overall, I was highly impressed with A&J Lawn Cares service from start to end. I would strongly recommend them for any lawn care needs.
