A company car came to my place of work today to eat lunch. A coworker was just getting off work and saw a dog in the car. Beyond closer inspection there were also two cats with a litter box in the front seat. Those animals were out there in 95 degree heat with the windows barely cracked, not to mention it FEELS like 99 the weather says. This is unacceptable. They heard us talking about calling the police and left immediately. They were in our store for at the very least an hour!! Unacceptable!!!!!! - EDIT- I see your response and it is false. The car was NOT running.

WOW - Mizzou Crew did an amazing job on the hardscape they put in our front yard. Chris was superb in the way he prepared the yard, placed every block in a precise manner, and filled it with beautiful flowers. We get compliments DAILY about his work.

I asked the man on the phone to give me an estimate for my project. I wanted him to send two men for four hours because I had an old privacy fence that needed to come down and it would take two men to get it done. I also wanted the tiny front yard prepped to put gravel down, weed barrier placed and two small flower beds against the front of the house cleaned up and two old bushes cut. It was my intention to move plants from the back yard where they werent getting enough sun. Brush and rotten firewood needed to be removed. I sent photos of the yard and the areas I needed work on. They put me on a waiting list. Finally, the day came and they sent a man to work. One man, not the two I requested. He seemed nice enough but he could barely speak english, had to use a cumbersome translation program he had on his cell phone. He was simply told to get everything near the house. $500 later only 5 plants were moved and he didnt put down weed barrier or water them afterward. All but one were beat up badly. The fence is still in place (at least until more of it falls) and the rotten firewood hasnt been moved. I asked the man to put the brush in a bagster we had out front. He packed it in those giant paper bags and left it sitting 20 feet from the bagster. I wont be that hard on him. The work he did get done was well done, the flower beds he cleaned up looked very neat and nice but it wasnt what I wanted. When I first talked to the company I asked them to give me an estimate on this job. Never did give me an estimate and now I understand why. They are getting $62 an hour for one man to work for 8 hours. I could have hired two people from a temp service to do the work and it wouldve been cheaper and more would have been accomplished. I will not hire Mizzou Crew again.

The Mizzou Crew are great. I use them frequently for a variety of outside projects at my house. They have worked on inside projects for me as well, like hanging ceiling fans and moving furniture. All around good guys!

The crew was very professional and hard working. They did a great job with my landscaping needs. My new stone patio is great.

The owner Jeff was excellent to deal and always very helpful offering creative suggestions for a variety of needs around the house.

The crew they sent did do great work for us, and I give them extra credit for working in the extreme heat. But they charge by the amount of people and time spent, as opposed to completing an objective. Im always skeptical of this type of billing/charging, as theres a built-in incentive to go slow, stall, make up extra work to fill time, etc. Based on the phone discussion, I expected to pay $899 for the pool-backfill work we requested from them. Later, I was told it would be $1299, because it was 3 people for 8 hours each. The reality is that they couldve been done in a half-day, but I asked them to do more, because I wanted to pay them the $899 wed talked about rather than having them stop early and charge less (many are struggling for work during this time, and I didnt do this to try to get rock-bottom prices.) After the fact, I was told it was $1299 and not the $899 we had agreed upon. I didnt argue because I know these guys need to earn money like everyone else. Long story short, if I did use them again, Id ask for a fixed bid, rather than letting them fill time and charge me per man-hour.

I needed some landscaping waste removed from the yard. Jeff and Chris were friendly and responsive. Would use their service again.

I am very satisfied with my interactions with MizzouCrewSTL. Ryan did a great job clearing a badly overgrown yard...on a very hot day! Jeff answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely use their services again when needed.

Their work is good but the communication needs some work. Our project was on the medium to large size (removed a bunch of landscaping and replaced with mini flower bed walls). Phase 1 required a lot of hand holding to figure out when they would be onsite. When day 1 started, i thought they would have a dumpster to dispose of the debris. A couple hours in they told me the dumpster would be on Monday. Not what we agreed to but fine...the debris can sit in my yard over the weekend. Monday came and no dumpster. It was Wednesday before they were able to finally get it (though it did rain on Tuesday so that accounts for one of the three days delay). I texted them every single day during this time for updates only to be told it would be another day. Aside from the communication aspect, they did good work. They were very courteous and flexible. When we had leftover border stones at the end of the project they offered to return them to the store to get the charges reversed on my card. I have had several compliments on the final look of the house and that is because of Mizzou crew.

Jeff and his team are responsive and communicate effectively. These are qualities you dont find in the landscaping business very often. Their work was solid and reasonably priced, performed as agreed, on time and within budget. I will hire them again, for sure.

These guys do an awesome job, I had a LOT of leaves from the Fall and they took care of everything amazingly fast, made sure nothing went into my neighbors yards and all this for a very reasonable price.

Paid for leaf removal and gutter cleaning. The crew came over without notice and stared working without letting me know. Also left without notice. I went outside and saw not a single branch or twig had been picked up and a leaf pile the size of two dumpsters mounded up, spilling into the street. I called the owner again and sent photos. He said the bin was full and it would cost extra to have them come out and dispose of the mound. Keep in mind I told him a couple times he could mulch them up or leave the bags of leaves by my garage and Ill dispose of them. He said the crew would most likely be out by the NEXT day. So I ended spending 3 hours cleaning what I could until it was well dark because my neighbors were more than a little unhappy. The crew finally comes out the next days, leaves about 3 bags worth of yard waste. I called this service hoping to save time and ended up spending even more and over 300 of dollars on this wonderful experience.

These guys came and rid our home of moles, something other companies had continuously failed at. Mizzou Crew has been solid for us!

Jeff and his crew do great work with fair prices. We will be using them for future projects. Highly recommend!

Did a really good job on bushes, trees, and lawn. Good workers. Makes a huge difference in the way the house looks. I will call them again very soon.
