I contacted the Lawn Rangers eighteen months ago. Their work can only be described as excellent. It is a large, sloping garden which can flood. Thomas and Matthew are most reliable and punctual. They are polite, pleasant and totally professional. The garden flooded for several months last winter and they have worked extremely hard to transform into a beautiful garden and outlook. I would thoroughly recommend them.
I started using Lawn Rangers over 12 months ago. Thomas and his team maintain my garden and always do a fantastic job which is not easy as the garden holds enough water to have a swimming g pool. They are friendly,professional, and very reliable I have recommended them to friends who continue to use them and would have no hesitation in recommending again. Excellent service from nice guys.
Lawn Rangers have been maintaining our garden once every two weeks since the start of spring. They are punctual, thorough and hard working. The garden always looks much tidier once they have been, and is much healthier for the regular attention! Very happy with the service and would fully recommend!

Just done a neighbours garden and didn t bother to clean up properly after. Used the blower to clear the rubbish off the pavement onto the road. Who do they think is going to clear the road?

Booked Thomas in after another gardener let us down. Did an amazing job on our garden which was looking very sad post Winter and post storm(s). Very contactable throughout - will be having him back for regular maintenance moving forward.

I used Thomas (The Lawn Ranger) since the beginning of last year during the covid Pandemic. I was really happy with Thomas and the work he did at first he was always punctual and turned up on my agreed day every time. However this year I have noticed a real difference in attitude and quality, I have had excuses about lawn mowers breaking. Sometimes said he run out of time didn t come and turned up the next day late in the day. If you don t come on the agreed day the least you could do is turn up early the next day. The quality started to become poor just subtle little changes spending less time doing my garden not picking the weeds from the borders etc. Then it started to become regular not turning up on the agreed date. This weekend just past Thomas was supposed to come on Saturday my agreed day. Usually when he comes it was before 11am 99% of the time. We had a kids birthday party on the Sunday and a family bbq that evening. 4:30pm on the Saturday and no sign of Thomas I messaged him regarding this and he replied back over 30mins later saying he run out of time and he won t be coming. How do you run out of time unless you are stuck i traffic or are unorganised and poorly running your business. This completely left us a nightmare with my garden needing maintenance for my family bbq and children s birthday party with no time to sort it. Thanks Thomas. After being personally messaged last year by Thomas where he asked me to leave him a good review as he knew it would be a good one I only felt it right to review again and show the contrast between last year and this year are miles apart. I am along the belief he s got better paying jobs (Greed) and has shown no loyalty to a customer who have supported a local business during these tough times. I really think this is a short sighted business plan and word of mouth spread. Overall very disappointed with the outcome.
I was very disappointed with the service. We had a booked in a job following a quote and only to be told he has ran out of time and time is up. The only good thing I can say the hedges were cut properly. To be told your £40 is up who s says that? We offered to pay more for the service. But apparently he had another Job. We were nice but he had an issue with us. Dont use them. No customer service and a rude chap. Stay away. Find someone else

The Lawn Rangers got the overgrown lawn at our house under control and have been keeping on top of it since. Theyve been totally reliable and just got on with the job.
Have only been using Thomas (The Lawn Ranger) since the start of this year but I now have a regular 4 weekly slot booked. Turn up when they say they are going to turn up, thats a big thumbs up. And always happy with the result and had several comments on how much better my lawn is looking.. Highly recommend
Carried out an initial garden clearance for me at the start of the year and have done a fortnightly maintenance and tidy since. Im very happy with the service, they are extremely reliable and the garden is looking great.

As we agreed on first visit, the job werent fully completed. This company is not a 5 star and looks for beginner gardeners and they are not professionals. From my experience i wouldnt recommend any customer to give any job to this company they are unpromising and they dont do the job properly. I dont trust any gardeners any more, waste of time and money.

My garden needed a bit of tlc and the lawn rangers came round to do an initial tidy up; they visited again after 4 weeks for a final winter tidy up and I can t express enough how happy I am with my garden. It looks so neat and tidy! There is no way that I could have managed to get the garden looking as good as it does now by myself. I ll definitely be having them back in the new year to continue with the maintenance.

Thomas and team are very punctual and do a lovely job looking after the garden. They are fast and efficient and the garden always looks immaculate after theyve been. Thomas is also a good at letting me know if any times or plans change which is really appreciated as Ive had gardeners in the past that just dont show and turn up late without any warning. Theyve also given me advice through the year about what to plant, cut back etc during their off weeks, which has been a life saver as Im not green fingered at all!
