Ismael is amazing. He was contacted on short notice. He was very knowledgeable and actually my 2nd opinion of some not very good news on winterizing our newly installed irrigation system. He saved me a great deal of time and he saved me being scammed a great deal of money.

They gave me a 1 hr window for my appt. I received a call to let me know they were stuck in traffic and would be 15 min late. That has never happened with any other company I have used. Ismael was very knowledgeable. He did a thorough check of our sprinkler system and did the needed repairs in a timely manner. I had a better understanding of the system after his visit. He shared more information than any other company I have used in the past. I will definitely be using Master Irrigation from here on out.

Master Irrigation is by far the most professional irrigation company I have seen hands down. We have lived in our house for almost 6 years, one side of our house was always moist, and neighbors said it was due to some water pathway below it. We called three different sprinkler companies, and none were able to find a leak. I came across Master Irrigation through a friend and I figured to call them, Ismail showed up and he used different strategies to see if there was a leak. Eventually, he determined there were two leaks and identified them like a hawk. He even took the liberty to suggest the range of each zone and how they should water the lawn which made a huge difference and conserved a lot of water. After this was all said and done, the bill was a fraction of what others charged me. It is important to note, Ismail came out a few times when I needed him for different projects (lighting, sprinkler maintenance, and yard leveling) and he either showed up the same day or the next day. Very responsive and took ownership. I highly recommend Master Irrigation due to their professionalism, quality of work, responsiveness, pricing, and honesty.

I’m extremely satisfied with the landscape lighting job done by Master Irrigation. Ismael did a great job understanding my needs for the job, working with me to select the right product, installing, and coming back at night to fine tune everything to make sure I was happy…and did it for a great price! He’s a good, honest man, who takes pride in his work, and you can tell really wants his customers to be happy (something that’s getting hard to find these days). I highly recommend him and will be using him to maintain and repair my irrigation system as well.

So after searching for a quality irrigation company along with different quotes. I found this company, Master Irrigation. Small company but the customer service is superb, so Ismael and his team came out to my .70 acre lot and installed a Rachio3 system. Installed good quality heads, and a upgraded backflow preventer. They completed the 8 zone system and after the system was installed I believed I was good. The next day their was a leak at the meter, called Ismael that same day and he arrived at my house less than an hour, resolved the issue, cleaned up the mess, offered to lay down new sod. Great! So the next day my wife tells me that we lost water pressure in the house. I went to Home Depot and bought a pressure gauge, 60PSI, texted Ismael at 10pm and he responded! Was at my house in the morning, checked the system for any leaks, there was none. Checked my main water valve in the basement cleared the lines and bam!! My pressure was back to normal, happy wife, happy life. I would definitely recommend this company because of the customer service. Anyone can install a system, it’s how they respond when issues occur. 10 out of 10.

I have used multiple irrigation companies in the past but I must say Master Irrigation is by far the best. They showed up on scheduled time, pricing was great, Ismel explained everything they were doing. They even found things wrong with my sprinkler system that others ignored. To top it off, he explained the system to me thoroughly. I have already hired them to come back and install landscape lights. The customer service received from Jenny all the way to Ismel and crew was phenomenal. I will continue to use them. Hire them, you will not be disappointed.
