Used this company for 10 years or so and they provided average services. Nothing outstanding; small yard and average service time is less than 10 minutes. The final straw was when the office manager, Angie, sent a nasty email with yellow and green highlights saying that "autopay" and prepay were the only 2 options for payment. As reported by other reviewers, Naturalawn, Manassas had often made charges on my card without securing my permission first. A little authority goes to some people's head.
Brad has done an amazing job and my lawn is looking like never before. Today, he even knocked on my door and handed me $17 that he found in my lawn while working on it. Amazing service, professionalism and attitude. Love Natural Lawn of America!

I highly recommend NLA. They are a company that cares about their work product and customer satisfaction. Our assigned Tech, Brad Fields is outstanding. He genuinely cares about our yard and makes sure we understand the state of our lawn, how to get it healthy and the steps it takes to make it beautiful/healthy. Brad walks around and explains everything lawn related. He is fantastic! I have already recommended NLA and Brad to neighbors and friends.
I have been in natural lawn customer for over 20 years. That spans three residences in two states. They do a fantastic job, my lawn always looks great. Also they are extremely friendly and personable and it is very easy to wind up with a relationship with them that is better than the normal client/service provider relationship finally, it is cheaper to have them do it then to buy the materials yourself.
Michael Soiland provided excellent professional service.He is extremely kind and took special care to make sure that our lawn treatment would be advisable for our dog with especially sensitive skin. Natural Lawn responds quickly to any questions their clients may have and we are completely satisfied with their services.
Great customer service. Everyone we have dealt with over the years has taking the time to explain each treatment, evaluate our needs and provide the best solutions. We have been using Natural Lawn for 3 or 4 years. Very happy with pesticide-free lawn care and natural flea & tick control. Highly recommend!
I used this company for a year. I found it uneffective for weed control. Person that came out was very friendly. However, I did not have a contract and when 2021 was over I viewed my account and had no services pending. This Spring they showed up for a treatment I didnt ask for and I turned them away saying I did not renew. Then they showed up when I was not home 3 days later and performed a treatment I did not ask for and left a bill on my door. I called to dispute and they said they would talk to manager. Without my permission they billed my credit card on file. So they showed up, did a service I asked them not too and billed me anyways. I was very clear that I was not renewing. The manager never called me back and billed my credit card without my permission.
my technician bradford is the best ever he made my yard look good and i also recommended him to everyon
4 star leaning toward a fifth but we will wait until we see what we have in the spring before we award that last star.
There was an issue with billing and I had questions about their most recent visit. The team from Natural Lawn, Manassas was extremely responsive and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them!

Ive been using NLA-Manassas for several seasons now. They know just what to apply, and when, to keep our lawn looking great. The techs are always friendly and willing to listen to any special treatment questions or requests that we have. It is a pleasure doing business with them!

when Spencer Porter comes out to my house he always takes his time to answer all my questions and he takes very good care of my lawn. Everybody at natural lawn has been very professional and kind and would Highly recommend. Spencer goes above and beyond and just wanted to recognize his work.
