Don, Jessie, Jayson, Gordon, Adam, Brian and Evens constantly go above and beyond to ensure the job is always done quickly, correctly, and professionally. Their Customer Service is terrible. They damaged my brand new truck in the Blackburn Community in Manassas. They are messy with their work and have stuff EVERYWHERE. I contacted them to collect insurance information and they refused to provide insurance information and took no accountability for their actions stating that “their is no proof our guys did it” and blabbed on about how long they’ve been doing landscaping. I have filed a consumer complaint with the state of Virginia because this is just ridiculous at how they can damage people’s property without any repercussions whatsoever. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They illegal dump in creeks, streams and storm drains spring, summer and fall and also They blow trash and leaves over to none- hoa homes which is just annoying. Come winter they’re so lazy they push snow from private maintained streets to public roadways to block ground grill storm drains purposely. After repeatedly being told to stop they don’t. Please cease this behavior immediately. In response to can you please call us about you’re concerns , I have emailed and sent messages you do nothing about it .
Our HOA uses them and it’s always the worst when they show up. Sloppy work done by their landscapers and irritating with their noise levels. They just ground up a bunch of leaves and let the dust blow wherever but don’t even bother doing the entire job to completion and left piles of leaves in the same spot they were “working” in.
If I could give a zero star review, I would. They damaged my car door mowing over a piece of concrete, and left no note. This woman from the office later called me being absolutely rude and extremely unprofessional saying they weren't going to cover damages because they can't explicitly say the mower did or didn't do the damages among other things. Take the words integrity and customer service off of your website because this company clearly has none.
Shenandoah Landscaping did an awesome job at my shop Caliber Collision in Gainesville. All of the workers were very kind and courteous and they were very thorough. Would definitely recommend.

They are hired by the HOA in my neighborhood, but after having them do landscaping near my house I wouldn t hire these unprofessional people. They leave cigarette butts everywhere in my driveway and front mulch beds. They weedwack and trim bushes right next to my bedroom window at 7:15am in the morning. This normally doesn t bother me, but I have a 80 year old senior citizen in this house who doesn t wake up early. Imagine if this were her window and not mine? It sounds like an actual chainsaw and shakes my room, at. 7:15. In. The. Morning. SERIOUSLY? Inconsiderate and unprofessional, stay AWAY.
Prepare to have you car blocked in and lawn ruined. Do not use this service, you have been warned.
These guys came to our place to remove some giant old trees that were in danger of falling on our home. They were professional and hard working and left our property cleaner than they found it. Would recommend for tree removal services.
They are just Bad! So bad. They cant grow a lawn rather destroys the good part of the green of the homeowners. Winter cleaning is a joke. Blowing all the leaves towards the homes. And leaving behind their soda cans and water bottles is a norm. Showing their worst in Fairwoods HOA. Watch out and Stay away from these un professionals.
For my HOA area, I had a freshly seeded yard covered with straw and using blowers they took debris and trash from the common areas not only did they blow that into my yard they remove the fresh topsoil, seed, and straw that I had placed in large sections of my yard. I let one of the supervisors know and nothing was fixed.
Don t expect any sleep. They ll come to your house with chainsaws and a wood chipper at 7am, block your driveway and wake up your entire neighborhood including your sleeping baby.
I arrived at my house after they were cutting the grass, as it was garbage day, they put all the garbage in my parking lot and left it there, I went and talked to 7 of the managers and they told me that they no longer had time For that, how bad the company and its people are.

My neighborhood H.O.A. hired these landscapers to maintain the area. They have done more harm than good cutting cables, hacking the plants to death spreading weeds due to not cleaning their machines.(lack of equipment maintenance) Much of the grass is dead replaced with either dirt run off crab grass, Japanese barberry or Japanese stilt-grass. And they Mow regardless of whether the grass has grown even if it is in a drought, or as in the current case in winter 2 days before Christmas. Complete lack of quality control and skill. Do not recommend to anyone.
Twice, they cut my fiber optic cable for Verizon. They never left a note to apologize or inform me. Horrible service
