They did an excellent job on both interior and exterior work to prevent water intrusion into our basement. I got several quotes for this type of remediation after our basement flooded. We had two major French drain projects with this wonderful company. They also put in a dry well for one of the French drains, regraded our lawn where the dry well is, and put down new sod and added in beautiful new brick to the barrier where the grass begins in the front yard. I can not speak highly enough about my experience with Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions. I live in an are with poor grading and my backyard was flooding and water was threatening to enter my basement windows. From the initial estimate to the final rock laid, Adrain and his team were responsive, professional, transparent and skilled in proposing what could be done to remedy the problem and executing the solution. Renee led his team of Vincent and Franklin expertly, and in 4 days more than 70 feet of trench, pipe and rock was laid. The pride and expertise of the team was apparent and no corners were cut. Our sump pumps and gutters were putting more water into our back yard than it could handle, turning it into a swamp and making it useless for our family to use. Adrian surveyed the yard and proposed a plan. I asked about also leveling parts of the yard and he worked that into the plan as well. Thank you for giving me my backyard back from a post storm swamp to a nicely sodded yard. I ve worked with several dozen contractors as a landlord during the past 30 years and I can count on one hand those contractors who have clearly stood out for their quality work, honesty and professionalism. Even my tenants commented on the quality and meticulous job that was completed in the backyard. I received 5 different quotes for this job. Two contractors did not bid on this project due to the large size and scope of the project. Another very popular drainage/landscaping company in Prince William County submitted a very low price for the job but their verbal description of the work to be done and their unlimited, to-good-to-be true warranty was not reflected in the contract. The price provided by Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions was competitive and the scope of work was very detailed. This project was somewhat large in scope and involved 25 yards of topsoil to be added to the backyard. I m grateful for the company s honesty to bring in the full amount. I ve dealt with some contractors that would bring in less but charge the full amount. Although the contract required placing grass seed and straw in the backyard they placed sod throughout the backyard at no additional charge. The backyard looks beautiful. I strongly recommend that you include this locally owned business when getting price quotes for your drainage/erosion projects.

Our whole experience with them was very positive. So I have to write a review even though I rarely doing it. This is a company focusing on quality and customers need. Their staffs are friendly. Their workmanship is outstanding. The price is reasonable and 3 years of warranty will serve anyones need well. BWe purchased a newly built house and had backyard drainage and soil erosion problems ever since. We got quotations from three companies Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions wasnt the cheapest one. But we had picked them because they maintain the best communication. Adrian did the estimate and willing to change the design few times in order to help us applying the vDot permit. Unfortunately we couldnt defeat the red tape. Adrian had been very helpful and had redesigned the plan to take care of all issues. The crew did a fantastic job in two weeks without creating any mess. They took care of all our concerns. Really owning trust and give us confidence during the construction. we end up with adding more things to the original plan. When the project is near its end, Adrian showed up on a pouring morning to check the result and made some adjustments accordingly. We hired Adrian and his very capable crew to address drainage concerns for a house built in 1962. They replaced five lines with pvc pipe and installed a new catch basin and window well. They also restored a buried brick pathway under a side gate. Adrian gave us a detailed estimate broken out per job, completed the work timely and made slight adjustments immediately. For anyone experiencing drainage issues or have waterproofing needs, please call this company. I have used them for three different jobs to over the past three years as Ive learned the ins and outs of our drainage after moving in. I couldnt be happier and more at ease knowing where all the water is going during heavy rains. Spring 2024 -- I asked Adrian and the crew to address some water pooling I noticed along the foundation after some heavy rain. We water tested the one downspout that was in question and sure enough it was the issue. The crew did a great job over two days waterproofing a small part of the foundation and setting a down underground drain pipe to feed into a re-located downspout. Once again, thankful for the time and attention to detail from Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions. The crew even upgraded the size of some river jackstones on a downslope to better hold up to runoff. Summer 2022 -- Please see the attached photos of an updated patio. The Premium crew came out to rehab my two level patio. They salvaged much of the good flagstone, and replaced a bunch of brick and re-mortared everything to seal it up and help ensure water drains away from the house. Once again, the crew was very thorough and took care of everything as requested. I will continue to use this great company due to their high quality work, professionalism, and customer service. Summer 2021 -- Premium Draining and Erosion Solutions, LLC, gets my highest endorsement. They came out to do three very specific things for me including fixing an underground downspout that was cut off by a tree root, create a French Drain on a side of the house experiencing some pooling, and placed River Jack Stone with Catch Basin Drains on a hardscaping bed that was also pooling. Jose and the crew completed the work in 1.5 days, were super nice, efficient, effective, and answered all my questions. Working with Adrian for the estimate, the before and after was also great. I cant thank Adrian enough for the time spent with me to discuss details and make me feel valued. Lastly, communicating with the office staff was also very pleasant via email and the portal. The staff was very responsive and kept me fully informed.

My backyard suddenly flooded with rainwater due to my neighbors having put in a new patio that blocked the usual flow of water from my yard down to the retention pond. I quickly looked up someone to come and fix the problem so that my basement would not flood as well. I called Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions based on their online reviews, and Adrian was able to squeeze me in that same day to come and assess what was happening. Within a couple days he had a sump pump installed in my yard that took away the standing water and prevented more water pooling in the yard during the next rain. He had that done until he could install a different type of drain as a long-term solution. Ultimately, my neighbors decided to install the permanent drain, and I no longer needed Adrians services. However, I was and will always be extremely impressed and grateful for Adrians quick response and expert resolution skills and professionalism, as well as for the temporary services his company provided me. I am truly thankful!

I had a big issue with water pooling in the corner of my yard about 6-8 inches deep in some areas. Problem started occurring after we had some concrete work done which trapped the water. They came and assessed and proposed a solution. I had estimates from multiple companies and their prices were pretty comparable to others, but I thought Id go with them because their solution was most appealing. I got scheduled for the work and it was about a month out but I requested an earlier date if one opened up. Luckily it did and they were able to schedule the work about 2 weeks out. The date rolled around and they showed up in the morning. I spoke to Adrian and we confirmed the plan for the project. It took 2 days to complete the work...which was not a small job. They did an absolutely amazing job. Certainly, they addressed the drainage issue, which was the primary objective for the work, but everything else they did was definitely above and beyond. They took the dirt from the excavation to address drainage issues in other parts of my yard to channel the water flow to the drainage system they installed. They also left the areas they excavated flawless with either the original sod or straws with grass seeds. They tested out the drainage of the drains and showed me its performance once they were done. Usually if I have work done from contractors, theres always some cleanup that me and my wife need to do. Not this time. They left everything clean and pristine and nothing needed to done. Absolutely amazing work and absolutely pleased. We just had torrential rainfall and no more water pooling. Highly recommeded!!!

Adrian and the rest of the team at Premium Drainage were fantastic. Their price was right in the middle of several estimates that I received, but Adrians communication is what made us decide to go with him. They schedule pretty far in advance, but when we expanded our job from some minor regrading and downspout work to adding a French drain and excavating a window well, they made it a priority to get the work done in the originally promised timeframe. The quality of the work appears to be well done and the drains they installed working as advertise. Would highly recommend working with them.

I have hired Adrians company based on a referal from one of our neighbours. While I was quoted before for the drainage system, the quote from Premium Drainage was extremely detailed and broken down by phases. While the total amount was more than orginally budgeted for, we worked with them to get more favorable terms. We managed to accomplish all phases which included 55ft linear french drain, building a drywell to include a sump pump and 4-50gal. barrells, burrying two of the main downsputs, and connect them underground to the drainage system, completely tearing apart the front path, regrade, and replace pavers. Additionally, the final phase was including fixing erossion issues in the backyard, regrading, and building a winding path. Our family is finally happy we no longer have standing water and a mudpit. Ill recommend Adrians company to anyone looking for professional drainage and hardscaping. In one sentence, they totally exceeded my expectations.

I couldnt be happier with the work that they did. We originally contacted Premium Drainage to address drainage issues we had around the base of our house (water would puddle pretty depp in rain storms). They ran new underground drains as well as surface drains to remove the water that flows in from the driveway. Turns out they also do patios and landscaping work so we had them install a patio as well as a walkway with stone steps going down to our basement level. As they went along, they made sure we were happy with everything as it was being done and adjusted on-the-fly if necessary. We liked their work so much that we are also having them install a walkway at our sons house and we would absolutely use them again.

Due to timing I didnt get to work with them but they answered all my preliminary questions quickly and politely.

As a relatively new home owner, I had no appreciation of the importance of keeping the rain water away from the house, until the downspouts and the underground pipes were clogged for a long long time. My neighbor reminded me about the need for a solution. I then asked for several free quotes. Premium Drainage had the most competitive price and very good reviews. Finally the work was done after a long waiting period, since I guess they are super busy as a good company. The work was done really well. In my backyard, they cut the lawn to bury the pipes and then put the cut parts back after the work. The lawn still looks neat like nothing had happened. This is amazing! Plus, there are quite some years of labor warranty on the work. I cannot be happier with their work.

I Rarely write reviews, but this company definitely deserves for me to share my experience . I first contacted them in the summer of 2021 to discuss an extension for my sump pump and to have a patio built. The office staff was very friendly and easily put me on the schedule for an estimate. Adrian , the owner , came to my house and stayed for about an hour ( not being pushy or without rushing ) discussing different options that he could do. After he emailed me the estimate a couple days later my wife decided she was no longer happy with the design that we had discussed. I emailed the office and they scheduled Adrian to come back out. He once again came out and spoke to my wife and I for about another hour ( once again never being pushy ). I hired them and they exceeded my expectations. They even did stuff that was not part of the contract because it would make the appearance of what was being done better , and it would make my homes drainage more effective. I later notice something that I was not 100% happy with, they ended up sending someone out that very day to have it fixed to my liking. I hired them for a second project, and they once again did a great job, reassuring that I was happy with the work completed. This is one of the few companies I have hired that seem like they truly put customer service first, and without any question come out and fix anything that you may not be happy with. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes . The reason I chose this company is their customer service though. The office staff , the patio workers , and the owner were all very easy to deal with, we re always respectful , and provided quality work .

I generally dont take time to write reviews like this unless I am really impressed with the company and the quality of their work. Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions definitely impressed me - they are probably the best contractor I have worked with. The owner, Adrian, is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to ensure that his customer is happy with the work. I dont think I have one single complaint with the work they did, which consisted of three projects: 1. Removal of a concrete patio and installation of a large Techo Bloc paver patio 2. A custom built pergola with privacy wall, hand railings, and gate 3. French drain that ran through the back of the yard that was connected to the downspouts from the house which ran under the patio I received a few quotes for this project. The owner, Adrian, impressed me from day one - the quote was competitive, but what really set it apart from the other companies was the level of detail provided for the project. The quote included a detailed explanation of what would be done and with what materials - the other companies provided much more vague descriptions. Adrian took the time to walk through the property to explain the work that would be performed. When I had follow-up questions, he made another in-person visit to walk through things again. Responses to email communications were very prompt. When Adrian is busy onsite or meeting other clients, Marissa consistency monitored emails and made sure Adrian got back to me to address any questions I had. Before the work started, Adrian made another visit to confirm the details of the project before commencing work. Once the work started, the crew was very careful not to damage the lawn with - as much as you could be with all of the work being performed and the heavy equipment required. Jose, the crew chief, and his team were very careful with removal of the concrete patio and did a lot of prep work and going over the ground multiple times with a soil compactor to ensure it was level and firm prior to installation of the pavers. The drains for the downspouts were also run underneath the ground and connected to our french drain (something the company that built our concrete patio did not do). The Techo Bloc pavers are a bit more expensive, but they look amazing and are definitely worth the price. The area we live in is pretty windy, so we needed a pergola that was well anchored. The pergola was custom built 13 x 15 and almost 10 feet tall, with posts anchored 2 feet into the ground with concrete. A few smaller posts were also added for the privacy wall, hand railing, and gate. The ground in our backyard slopes a bit, so they needed to make sure everything was designed so that is was completely level. During the project, we decided to make a couple of changes to what we wanted - Jose and his team were able to adjust on the fly with no issues. When digging the drain, the crew was very careful not to damage the lawn - many areas that were dug up would be replaced with the sod. When the drain was completed, its almost impossible to tell that the yard was dug up at all. In areas where the lawn was too damaged to recover, it was replaced with new sod as part of the project. The same was done around the patio as there was no way the lawn would recover in those areas due to the extent of the work being performed. Throughout the project, Adrian would consistently stop by the check and progress and see if I had any questions or concerns. At the end of the project, he did a couple of walkthroughs to confirm the quality of the work and that there were no issues that needed to be addressed. Adrian identified a few very minor issues that I didnt even notice and sent his crew out again to fix them. This really demonstrated to me that customer satisfaction was more important to him that his bottom line. If I have any additional projects in the future that they specialize in, Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions will definitely be my first choice.

It was great to have Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions take care of the French Drain installation around my house during the past 2+ weeks. The finish of the project gave a much improved look of my yard landscaping and gained very positive remarks from my neighbors as well. It was by far the only large drainage project I ever had: It included a 200+ feet long French Drain (open and underground) plus a retaining wall to basement stairs, a sump pump addition, and additional landscaping tasks. Company owner Adrian and team lead Rene really did great & professional work throughout the whole project. They are very detail oriented, customer focused, plus the good communication - all these made you feel like that the team doing a project on their own yard. From start to finish, working with Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions was the absolute best experience Ive had with any home project! We needed some serious solutions and mitigation of our extremely sloped and wooded lot, which has storm run-off rolling down towards our house, causing erosion of the land and threatening the structure of the house and deck behind it. Before moving forward with Premium D&E, I got multiple bids to add retaining walls, dry wells, a new patio and a new walkway in my backyard. I met with Adrian, the owner, and he listened to all of my concerns, answered all questions, was so friendly and honest in doing so, and came up with a plan that made the most sense to me compared to other quotes I received. Communication about every aspect of the job - finalizing a plan, scheduling start dates, etc. - was very responsive and clear. The crew did an impressive job on everything we could have hoped for. They arrived on time and never missed a day. Adrian and team re-did my backyard first by removing the River stones and re-doing it with stone pavers. I appreciate their approach to every aspect of the job. The initial estimate where he pointed out details I would ve never thought of, followed by the contract with the itemized list, easy communication and of course the quality of work itself. The pavers looks great, feels quality and really changed that area to be more welcoming and a place I can spend time grilling and hanging out with my family. Adrians team did a great job installing a French drain and walking path along the side of my house where we had previously had a big problem with storm water flowing into my basement window wells. His team also put in two beautiful paver patios. It has been two years since the work was done, and everything has held up perfectly.

Premium D & E Solutions replaced my 45 year old slab patio with a paver patio secured with a retaining wall on two sides. They also installed a catch basin and extension and regraded the area that was not draining properly away from the house. They installed a dry well with a sump pump with connecting downspouts from my house to assist in draining my yard faster. Before the work was done water would stand in the yard for days on end making it hard to use the yard, and also hard to keep the lawn nice. They also added a cement step to the entrance to our basement in order to combat those huge huge storms that happen once every 10years. Both the office and the team doing the work were super responsive to my questions, which there were a lot. I would highly recommend them to a fellow homeowner looking to solve some drainage /flooding issues.

We had a severe water seepage in our basement recently from the backyard. Adrian, the owner, came and did a thorough inspection of the situation from both inside and outside, and explained to us what could possibly cause the problem. He then proposed a complete solution with great details in what he would recommend and why. We, of course, had a lot of questions and concerns, and Adrian patiently addressed every single one to our understanding and satisfaction. He ended up spending almost two hours with us. Consequently, Adrian and his team removed our deck, waterproofed the backside of our house, installed a new pavers patio, installed a french drain all around the patio, installed an outdoors sump bump, installed a couple of catch basins with extension, and regraded certain areas in the backyard. Very pleased with the results of the drain boxes and new underground pvc pipe to carry away the standing water from my rear yard. The company was very professional and cleaned up the area well once they were done. The sod looks great which was installed above the underground pipe. After fighting this for nearly twenty years we finally decided to bite the bullet and get a professional company to design a drainage solution that would permanently dry up our yard. We invited two highly respected companies to design solutions to fix our yard. Both companies were major operators in our area and had stellar reviews. We left the designs up to each company and ultimately chose Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions LLC. Adrian met with us and spent the time to really understand our requirements, not only to solve the drainage but also create an attractive element in our landscaping. Their crew was very professional and respectful of our property and clearly took pride in their work. The final design was a fairly complicated combination of open and covered French drains all leading to an existing underground stormwater management system. The crew, led by Renee , took great care in executing the design as well as modifying it as necessary to integrate into our existing underground infrastructure, i.e., sprinkler system, gas line and downspout/sump pump drains. These guys knew what they were doing and made sure we were informed of any issue that they encountered and their proposed solution. Our yard was in great hands. They even took the time to hand lay each river stone that covered the open French drains resulting in a very attractive addition to the landscape. Once everything was fully installed, the crew went the extra mile to clean up any mud or dirt left in the grass and left our landscaping in better shape than they found it. It s rare that I write reviews but Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions did such a fantastic job that I wanted to take some time to write one. My primary point of contact was with Adrian, but his administrative staff were always quick and responsive to my email inquiries, and all the members of his work crew were so nice and professional. My initial contact with Adrian was for the replacement of two retaining walls, but he understood exactly what I needed and was able to work with me to bring the cost of the job to a range that I could afford. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately as can be seen in the pictures, the third larger retainer wall collapsed before the job started. Once again Adrian came out to review the damage and draw up a new quote for 3 large retaining walls and two drain catch basins where we were having standing water issues in the front yard. The quote for the total job was comparable to other quotes we received but with a much higher quality of materials and workmanship. Once the work started on site it was clear we were dealing with a group of professionals who were dedicated to doing a great job. Ripping out the old walls was no easy task as we live on a hill that backs to woods. Using a mini excavator and a lot of manual labor, the team was able to remove the old walls and make trenches for the new and improved design. My wife and I were so impressed by the dedication that we actually bought them some Dunkin Donuts one morning as we felt it was the least we could do for all their hard work. The before-and-after pictures illustrate our point the dangerous and ugly old walls came down, and in their place Adrien and his team constructed beautiful walls that were much sturdier and properly drained. We were so pleased with the effort that Premium Drainage put in and the results, and I would recommend them to perform work in my friends and neighbors yards as well. I would like to thank them again for an exceptional job, and I look forward to working with them again (we hope to have them back to do some patio work) at some point in the future.

We had the best experience with Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions. They were recommended by a friend when we were looking for someone to change our wooded backyard into a wooded backyard that could be used for relaxation and entertainment. We have had a lot of work done on our house in the last 15 years, and Premium Drainage and Erosions Solutions were hands down the best contractor. They have done so much more than just a drainage project: placed a large drain conduit to divert water coming across the backyard, put down a new flagstone large patio and a small patio with a funky fire pit we designed together, built a small stone waterfall, built a woodshed, removed a tree, transplanted a bunch of bushes to create a more secluded space, put down a stone pathway to the front of the house, edged the flowerbeds in front of the house and brought our deck up to code with a new lettuce and a staircase as well as a new support beam under the deck. All of that was done for the price that many other companies charged just for the patio. Our project manager Adrian was amazing: full of ideas and choices and suggestions, open to ideas, prompt, responsive, affable, in short, an ideal foreman. His crew was similarly very nice and highly professional and has delivered a high quality project that we have gotten many compliments on already. We had a great experience with Premium Drainage & Erosion. We had some water seepage at the facing of our house and had to do a number of repairs. Last year, they came out to do some repointing and seal our front patio steps to help eliminate the water seepage. They took care to cover our foundation plants to reduce damage and worked efficiently and thoroughly. They also regraded around the foundation where the ground had settled in some areas to encourage water to move away from the foundation. I recently noticed that our front patio steps had a gap on another side and suspected water may be able to seep in again. Adrian said they could seal this area under warranty which was great to hear! We have a plan to reroute some buried downspouts and I can update my review once this job is complete.

Yes. We had a serious problem with water coming into my sister s house. We tried everything we could do to stop it and were unsuccessful. We reached out to a number of companies we found on line. The company with the best rating, no matter where we looked, was Premium Drainage. After talking with a number of companies, we realized why Adrian and Premium Drainage were rated so highly. They clearly offered the best proposal at the best price for resolving our problem. And Yes. Their work was top notch. Their people are dedicated to satisfying customers and they are smart and know what they are doing. I cant say enough good about Premium Drainage and Erosion, who recently extended the downspouta on my house. 1) Estimate/scheduling. What a great process. When you call, you get a friendly/knowledgeable member of the team, not some third-party answering service that never returns your call. Was quickly/easily able to schedule an estimate by a drainage professional (not a sales person). At the estimate, Adrian gave us knowledgeable advice on how to improve drainage around our house. 2) Product/service. This company takes pride in its work. They carefully dug the trenches for our downspout extensions, making sure not to damage anything. They used quality triple-walled HDPE. They even used extra dirt from the trenches to regrade around my foundation where settlement had occurred. 3) Reliability/Responsiveness. I was able to count on Adrian and team. They did everything they said they would (and more). If you have drainage needs, do yourself a favor and call Premium Drainage, not just a landscaping company. This is a specialty field and these guys know what theyre doing.

Wish I could give more stars! We recently purchased a home and have had many contractors come for estimates and work, but Premium Drainage, by far, has the best combination of management, communication, and staff. Estimates were detailed and on time, Adrian went out of his way to go over any concerns we had related to the project, and the staff were extremely hard working and did an excellent job on our new patio and french drain! Adrian and crew along with the office personnel did a great job, had good communication, explained all the options. They came out on time and did quality, careful work. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that we have yet to see if the solution worked during heavy rains.

We had a deck added on to our house last year, and part of it was uncovered, while underneath the deck was screened in. Rain would come through the overcovered portion and pooled on the concrete below with no way to escape and would sit there for days. We had Premium Drainage come out to put in a channel drain to take the pooling water into a nearby garden. We got estimates from a few companies, but Adrian came in at the right number and with the right expertise. He is very hands-on and made us feel comfortable. Literally the day after the installation, we had crazy thunderstorms that dumped a ridiculous amount of water FAST. After the rain cleared, we checked the drain, and it had worked like a charm - zero standing water! We are very happy with this companys work!

My drainage issue could have caused long term problems if not addressed. Premium was highly responsive and suggested a solution that was significantly less expensive than other estimates I received. The work was done efficiently with little disruption to the yard plantings. Most important, it was successful.

I wanted to wait until we had enough rain/snow to test out the french drain that Premium Drainage put in our back yard. Well......the difference was night and day. Sure its still a little wet (we had 10 inches of snow followed by rain and we have clay soil), but we dont have to wear rain boots to walk in our back yard now!! They were very easy to work with from the first estimate until the job was complete. And the people who installed them were WONDERFUL! They cleaned up our yard as they worked, and you would NEVER know that there are 6 drains in the yard. They clearly knew what they were doing! Plus, the office staff was responsive and friendly. In addition, they put in a lovely stone landing below the steps from our deck. It was fan shaped and a bit of a challenge. The results were marvelous! We were so impressed with how much time they spent on making sure the concrete brush matched our original as well as regrading our existing soil to be ready for landscaping. We recently had Adrian and his Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions team to our house to undertake repairs to two major erosion issues -- one keyed to improper runoff from a neighboring house and the other due to ground settling. Adrian rapidly responded to our initial email, arranged to visit and take a careful look, prepared a detailed estimate of repairs, and worked with us to find the best price point. He and his team arrived promptly on the scheduled repair days and got both jobs done beautifully, one including the construction of a 35 foot French drain. Of note, in both cases, the team left the area clean, with sod repaired and seed laid down, and with the erosion/drainage issues solved. Of particular note, in taking the final inspection and discussing other projects, it was noticed that a large section of tree had fallen in recent windstorms and was precariously perched at 25-30 overhead. Adrian quickly called in a colleague with extensive experience in tree removal, who came within 45 minutes with full gear, and was able -- along with the Premium Drainage team assisting -- to get two 20 logs down, cut up, and hauled off without damage to persons or property. Despite what was essentially emergency service, the price for this was very reasonable and the team went back to finalizing the drainage job once the tree issue had been solved Needless to day, I was very impressed. We will be working with Premium Drainage and Erosion on other projects, and were happy to have chosen them for this one!

I hope you dont have water issues. Really. Its the worst. However, if you do, get Adrian and Premium Drainage & Erosion to at MINIMUM come talk to you and give you a quote. Adrian and his entire team were fantastic from start to finish. He came out two or three times because of flooding we had with different rains so he could see the issues first hand. They drafted several quotes for us each time they came out - all of which were very detailed with the work that would be done and why - and we were able to pick and choose which work we wanted to move forward with. Adrian was also the only person who told us, very plainly, that no one can guarantee there will no longer be water problems because, as he said, water will find a way. And he was right. (We went with another contractor previously who knew, for sure, what the fix was... and it wasnt.) Adrians team was amazing. The work they accomplished in four (very long) days blew my family away - regrading the entire yard (which included removing two old flower beds with tree stumps in them), installing downspout and sump pump extensions, moving everything towards the storm drain, moving azaleas, and seeding/covering most of the yard. It was incredible. Were now 12 days past the work and the grass is starting to come in. We have only had small rains since the work but it looks to be doing what we needed. Only time will tell. We highly recommend Adrian and Premium Drainage & Erosion. We really liked our experience and working with them. We will contact them first the next time we need any of this kinda of work done.

I had an A+ experience with Adrian. For years, our sloped and shaded backyard would consistently flood in areas any time it rained. It would sometimes take days for our yard to dry out. When water seeped into our basement, we finally knew we had to fix the problem immediately. We contacted Premium Drainage & Erosion for a quote. Adrian was punctual and professional. He spent time with us talking through the issue and proposing various solutions. He spent more time with us and was more knowledgeable about the problem than the other companies we contacted. His estimate was more competitive than the others too. He ended up installing two different french drainage systems in our yard (one of which included a natural stone retaining wall) He and his crew did exactly as promised, and completed the work ahead of schedule. There were no surprise expenses. His crew worked really long days. At the end when they were cleaning up, they noticed we had a few bags of mulch and went ahead and spread them for us. Adrian installed a french drain to carry the water from my backyard to the drain located 100 feet or so away in the front yard. Bottom line, out of a handful of companies I reached out to, Premium Drainage was FAR AND AWAY the ABSOLUTE BEST when it came down to analyzing my situation, taking thorough measurements, creating a complete solution, and was still the lowest quote I received! They were champs during the execution phase, working in the searing heat all day, digging up massive stones during the trenching phase. The after pictures speak for themselves. These were taken just minutes after a heavy rainfall. The only wet spots left are due to pockets of low ground that I still need to level out at a later date. The long story... We purchased a house in Virginia and after the first time it rained we noticed massive amounts of standing water in the backyard that took several days to evaporate. There was nowhere for it to go! Previous owners didnt disclose this so we were caught off guard. I called several companies and received mixed results. Some came, eyeballed it for five minutes, emailed me a quote a few days later. One wanted to put an in-ground storage system in six feet down and charge me three times what a french drain would cost. One said I didnt have enough drop to carry the water away and declined the job. Only Adrian came out, took detailed measurements of my property, used surveying equipment to ensure there was enough drop, answered all my questions right there on the spot, and had my quote, the lowest quote, in my in-box the very next day. The crew arrived on time and added cleanouts to all my downspouts, dug up all old drainage pipe and installed all new drainage pipes that either connected to other drains or attached to popup emitters. Adrian evaluated a water leakage problem in our newly renovated basement. The drains in the basement window wells were blocked. When it was determined that the window drains were not connected to the French drain, Adrian installed new drains connected to a sump pump to resolve the problem. Even though there was more labor than planned we were only charged for the cost of the pump. In addition, Adrians crew did an outstanding job with the cleanup. The patio was restored and cleaned and grass seed, fertilizer and topsoil were placed to repair the lawn. We received a free consultation with thorough explanation of what the problems was and how it could be fixed. The proposal statement of work included things their competitor failed list that were obviously needed. From start to finish each worker was respectful, and open to explaining the work at hand, or any issues that may have come up. The project was done on time and accurate.

Adrian and his team worked at our house on a big porch project. Our basement and kitchen subfloor were taking on water from the outside, but we werent sure why. They demoed our old porch, found the source of the problem, excavated old fill, waterproofed around our foundation, put in brand new fill and a brand new porch, and constructed a french drain to carry the water away from our house. I have never seen guys work so hard in my life. They did an excellent job. The end results look great! They were also great at those soft skills that are so important...communication, prompt responses to emails, attention to detail. We are beyond happy with their work and will definitely use Premium to replace our walkway and driveway when were ready.

They did a good job and met my needs

My house had a problem with water leaking into the foundation from underneath our deck. This problem was a combo effect, because of problems draining from around the house the water would go into the foundation; then sump pump would kick on dump water back out that would dump water under the deck. You see the cycle. They did an awesome job linking the whole system together to get all water away from the house. Sump Pump linked to downspouts link to low level drain around my flower bed. At first it looked great, but my wife was concerned with trying to step over the rocks into the grass from our deck. The foreman said, No problem we will get stepping stones and make it look nice. They went out got stepping stones and place them in the exact spot we needed to feel comfortable walking off our deck to the lawn, and he was right it did look very nice. It was def worth the price and the guys were professional. My wife and I treated them for lunch on the last day bc we felt they did such a great job overall on the project. I will def be hiring this company again to do my patio when I am ready to make the investment.

Adrian ensured that himself and his team did the work as best as possible and I was amazed at the effort he took into leaving things neat and clean once he finished the job. He did a french drain and a retaining wall for the water that enters my yard and these systems have been working wonderfully, I don t have anymore mud or puddles on my yard and not to mention he added dirt in the patchy areas to level out the yard. It s been 2 months and everyone on my block questions me about the wall so this has become my favorite part of the yard, thanks to Adrian. Recommend this company a million times over the other high priced companies.

I absolutely recommend Adrian and his crew from Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions. Adrian provided a fair and thorough quote. He took time to answer my questions. The work was scheduled as we requested and he and his crew showed up at the scheduled day and time. He estimated two days to complete the work--and the work was completed in those two days. He and his crew were careful in working at the site (private home). They installed an underground drain pipe and catch basins to address stormwater drain issues during major rains. They were careful to ensure that the pipe inclined lower until it daylighted--they used a level to check and verify this. They reinstalled brickwork that they had first removed and did a great job. Adrian was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my several questions before the job and during the two days working on the project.

We had a serious drainage issue in our front yard. The area would always stay wet even days after it rained followed by hot dry days. We had 2 other companies come in to offer us a solution. Both offered a dry creek bed with french drain type design and were charging 25K - 30K for the work to be done including the rocks and other materials. Adrian from Premium Drainage Solutions was the only person to come in, listen to our desires and create a unique design solution for half the cost of the competition! Adrian and his team are great! I decided to level a portion of my backyard to make it a more usable space, but when I started getting quotes I realized that it was quite an expensive job. Adrian gave me a very good estimate for the work, and he also recommended running drain lines from all the downspouts down to the back fence to make sure the leveled area wouldnt get carved up from downspout drainage during rain storms. His quote for both jobs was very reasonable, so I hired him for the work. His crew put in 4 inch PVC drain lines and then leveled the backyard and everything was very well done! Ill definitely use Adrian and his crew again if I need any more drainage or erosion work.
