They are very easy to work with, do excellent work and go the extra mile. Anyone doing landscape design or pavers would to well to give them a chance to submit a quote and meet the team.

Zadlock is contracted to maintain the landscape in my area. I needed to have some work done resulting in lots of excess dirt with no grass. Ed was prompt and thorough, had his workers come over and get the extra dirt removed and grass seed down! It was all taken care of for a minimal price. One less thing for me to worry about and looking forward to having grass again! Thank you Zadlock!

I highly recommend Zadlock Outdoor Services. They did an absolutely great job on my property. The work included new paver walkways in the front of the property and around the side of the house to the back. They repaved the driveway and created beds in the front of the house and at the base of the driveway. Our project manager Matt K was great. He kept us informed, had great ideas and monitored the project on-site. This is the 6th home I have owned and in each I have had to create or redo landscape beds and in a few paver walkways. Zadlock s quality of work and materials exceeded any of my previous experiences. Their work is of the highest standard and as a result I have given them 5 stars.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt and the Zadlock team on a demo of our all brick/concrete backyard and my experience was beyond amazing. If I could give Matt and his team 10 stars here I would. We highly recommend Zadlock Outdoor Services for your paver projects. We just hired them again to install a walkway extension to the patio they installed three years ago for us. Ed listened to our goals of what we wanted to accomplish and made it happen within our budget. His recommendation for the colors and style of the pavers could not have been more perfect. The placement of the walkway extension was designed so that it was centered to the home and coordinated with the other walkway they installed previously on another area of the property. The installation team was hard working, executed the plan, communicated with us when they had a question to make sure what they found and needed to do was good with us and they cleaned up afterwards.

I had a very particular circumstance where I needed some grading work done due to water not draining correctly from my yard. At the same, time the person who I had bought my house from cut out a large portion of the yard to put a stone wraparound bench, which I never liked and had been contemplating completely renovating the hardscape. I eventually decided to redo the yard and tackle the drainage issue at the same time. Zadlock was recommended to me by my older brother when I made the decision to expand my patio paver area in a tight back yard. He had some drainage work done and knew they did paver work etc. I was fortunate enough to work with Nick at Zadlock, who showed up and did a thorough analysis of what we could do. Through various meetings, thorough discussions, and various quotes, we settled on the idea of expanding the pavers around the existing to create an inset with a slight color differential around the existing patio to make it look intentional. Given my lack of knowledge I had to trust the guys to get it done right and make it look good. You never know what adding on to an existing piece will look like. Impressed would be putting it lightly. These guys efficiently and effectively fixed my drainage issue while making the patio look phenomenal. I couldn t be more pleased. We used Zadlock on the recommendation of family for sodding our front lawn and running edging along the driveway. We couldn t be more pleased with both the result and service of Zadlock. Matt was our point of contact for the job and he worked seamlessly with the irrigation company who installed our sprinklers, was on time, responsive, and kept us informed each step of the way. Matt is continuing to followup to ensure that the sod knits into the soil well and if any sections don t take, he ll replace. I am pleased with the experience with Zadlock and am planning to use them for other work soon.

We had some drainage issues around our property and hired Zadlock to handle some of the mitigation. Nick was very helpful in explaining the process and providing us with a good plan to alleviate a lot of our deck flooding. The folks that did all of the labor were great, they worked hard and at the end of the day our backyard was totally cleaned up. They really went above and beyond to make sure all debris was picked up and taken away. Having had a TON of rain this summer, we were able to see the new drainage system operate and are very pleased with the results. No more flooding and no more standing water around our pool deck! Very happy with this companys work. Would definitely recommend!

Fall 2022: We were very happy with the drainage project that was recently completed by Zadlocks crew, and in particular the project manager Matt. For years and years we had a drainage issue in our backyard that we continued to put off addressing. After a heavy rainstorm, we had so much water buildup in our backyard it looked like kiddie pool! When we decided to address the problem, we contacted 3 contractors for proposals. Zadlock Outdoor Services stood out, not only because their price was competitive, but I felt that Matt knew exactly what needed to be done and was confident that the issue could be resolved. We decided to go with Zadlock because of Matts overall professionalism, he was always very prompt returning calls and texts, gave our project his full attention and patiently explained the details of what needed to be done. I had Zadlock Landscaping do a yard (front/back Spring clean-up on my home last weekend. Jason and team did a great job removing all brush, leaves, fallen branches , excess lawn debri, pruning and trimming bushes/trees, and remove unnecessary ground plants and vines. They also added mulch and did a great job spreading it all around. What a difference. They were professional and easy to work/communicate with. It was obvious they took pride in their work. Jason was absolutely great to work with throughout the whole process. Definitely comes at a fair price for the great quality of work done to newly build our 30x40 foot patio and backyard walking paths. Did a truly wonderful job and got it done even multiple days before when we wanted to have people over to showcase our new patio on 4th of July. Hes very honest too and helped to work with us on a particular issue. All around nice guy who knows what he is doing. I would definitely recommend them and would even hire them again as needed.

On a whim, I reached out to Zadlock Outdoor Services solely based on the positive online reviews I had seen. They were extremely responsive during a busy time and scheduled a consultation almost immediately. I had a few ideas for my backyard and patio area but needed someone with a design eye to bring my vision to life. Matt Kot was amazing to work with and a true partner. Matt came to my house multiple times to show me different ideas for new pavers, pictures of other kitchens and bars he has built, and took the time to listen and walk me through the possibilities. He took me through every step of the process and was very transparent on the costs. What I liked most about Zadlock was that they didn t just try to upsell me, but really listened and gave suggestions that fit my vision and budget. After I picked out my preferred pavers, Matt met me locally to show me what that color actually looked like on the ground. I called Zadlock as I had a major problem with water from a poor paver installation from a contractor 8 months ago. The owner responded and came to my house and was extremely thorough, fair, and understood the predicament I was in. He didn t take advantage of the situation like the two previous companies I had called to help. Jason and his team took up my 25x15 paver patio, made the necessary repairs, adjustments and other needed items and finished in two days. Jason was available and responded to calls and texts immediately. After this recent tropical storm, I had no water issues. This company is really awesome and will use them for everything moving forward. Truly impressed.

I am not one to post reviews, however felt the need to for this company. Jason (owner) came out and checked thoroughly my drainage problem that rain across the side of my property and gave me a fair estimate to which I agreed. On workday, his crew and Jason himself came out and dug out 90 feet by 2 feet wide and had to go about 3 feet deep which was unexpected. Jason and his crew not only did the job, but went above and beyond what was expected. Much appreciated. Drainage problem no longer exists Thanks to Jason and his Crew. I was driving by the house where the work was performed by the company. I liked the quality and look and called for the estimate. The immediate response, showing in time, help with choosing the pavers and suggestions, and even more - the estimate better than other companies. The work started pretty soon and finished quickly. I wanted a special look for stairs and those were done exactly as on the picture I showed. The owners were really nice, knowledgeable and attentive to my picky needs. It was a pleasure to work with Matt who managed the project even while being away. I am happy with the outcome and would really recommend the company.

At the end of May Zadlock Outdoor Services came to my house and performed a few various tasks. They replaced the stone in my backyard, redid the entire landscape in my front yard, and laid down pavers for my bbq equipment. After the first day it looks amazing. Night and comparison. The work was quality and professional. Clean and proper workers that had on clear identifiable uniforms. You cant judge a place on the initial work tho. You have to wait until theres a problem. How fast did they respond, how well did they respond, and did they fix the issue? In the midst of Covid, Tropical storm Isais, and loss of power, the communication was top notch. The addressed the concern, scheduled a time to show up and fix it, fix the concern, and notify us when they left. Will be using these guys again for just about everything in my back yard.

I recently ordered this firewood from Zadlock and not only were they extremely professional, but they were extremely courteous about working with me for delivery around my work schedule. The delivery went off without a hitch and we ended up having a wonderful discussion of ideas to better improve my home and campfire to boot. I cant be more pleased with my experience with them. 11/10 I will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

We hired Zadlock to do our landscaping in the front our house. It had been blank for awhile and Ed met with us and knew exactly what we were looking for. We moved to the area during the start of Covid to a home that was rehabbed inside, but outside was a nightmare. I found Zadlock on FB. After a couple mediocre to poor landscaping/mason experiences, 3 times must be a charm. Zadlock created a beautiful paver patio extension and recreation area during the Summer. Our plan was to call on them again in the Fall to then finish the back yard inclusive of grading, dry well and sod. Ed took the time EVERY time...
