LM Irrigation in Malverne

Unfortunately service has gone downhill tremendously since younger guy is handling turnons and closeouts. Not thorough when servicing closeout, left water in system causing pipe expansion. Had to pay to repair pipe and backflow

Complete scam. They will install a timer that magically breaks just as the warranty expires. Meanwhile they're the only ones who touch the timer. And they're charging $500 to replace it. What a scam!

I scheduled an appointment on a Friday over the phone. One day later I was told via email that the technician can't come on Friday and that my appointment was rescheduled to Monday without my go-ahead. I immediately let them know that Monday won't work and to reschedule. Monday came around and they sent a technician anyway who later had return back. Their office is very unresponsive and hard to reach. The company seems small. I understand that this was a long weekend but I made sure to contact the office well in advance of the long weekend to reschedule. Heard nothing back and so I went with a different vendor. Slightly more cost but I didn't have to deal with this nonsense.

I cannot say enough positive things about this Family owned company. From beginning to end of job my expectations were exceeded. And usually, I am a very skeptical person. I called and the secretary was quite pleasant, and soon put me in touch with the owner Luigi. He came to my home very professional, explained the process. Well knowledgeable about the irrigation system best for my home. The NEXT DAY Victor, & another gentleman showed up on time, we briefly spoke and they got right down to business! Approximately 5-6 hours later I had a brand new 4 Zone irrigation system!! Afterwards Victor walked around my property with me, as we tested the system made a couple of minor adjustments to my liking and here I am now immediately posting this review. I highly recommend LM Irrigation! I believe this company is going to be around for the long haul if the need arises for my system. I applaud their professionalism. Lastly, prices can't be beat! No more dragging around water hoses for me, and no more returning from vacation to a dead lawn!!!👏🏽👏🏽

I found LM Irrigation on Home Advisors and immediately hired them to service the existing system on our home in the spring because they were here the very next morning! I am very pleased with their responsiveness, quality of service, and billing system. They were just as quick to schedule and winterize the system this past week, and I highly recommend them! I am happy I found them!

Luigi installed a sprinkler system at our property. Since the start of working with him I have been extremely impressed with his team. They’re honest, transparent and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. Extremely reasonable and willing to work in your budget.

Great company! The installation process was really good. They installed a 4 Zone sprinkler system with WiFi enabled, which is so easy to program from your phone. Price was Fair not expensive. Plus if there is ever any issue they do come out and fix it. Overall 5 STAR company.

Outstanding service!!! I have been using L& M Irrigation for many years. They are extremely reliable and dependable. One Friday at 5:00 pm I noticed a problem with my sprinkler system. I left a voicemail. The next day they were at my house before 8:00 am. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. You can’t get any service better than that.
