The consultant Pete was excellent and really took the time to learn the property. He then recommended several options for care. No pressure, no sales tactics. It felt like just visiting with a guy who knows his plants and wants to care for them. That said, I was originally disappointed with our first appointment but after a call to Pete he explained the issue and had people back out to finish the job shortly. Overall, I was very happy with their winter clean up and fertilizer service and signed up for their year long full service as a result of them making it right and then some. Unfortunate circumstances happen and Pete and team showed us that they stand behind their word and will make it right when it happens to their customers.

I work in Property Management and have had the pleasure of working with the Seasons Best Team on a variety of projects. I have had the opportunity to work with Dan Overholser on a number of projects. He has gone out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. In fact, there was one situation that was time sensitive. We needed the grass on the hillside of a vacant property we own to be cut down beneath 10 or we would be facing a fine from the City. Dans crews were busy elsewhere and Dan came down and personally cut the grass on the hillside. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. He took care of the issue in a professonal and efficient manner. He has done an outstanding job on each and every project. He is enthusiastic, talented, and detail oriented. He also does an exceptional job communicating and providing photos if I am not available to make it to the work site. Seasons Best has provided landscaping services to me for many years - spring clean-up, plants, sprinklers, mulch, you name it and they do it for me. The customer service has been excellent. Most recently, I had a great experience with Dakota Penquite. We had a communication error, and he worked to correct that and make sure I was satisfied. I really appreciated that!

Our entire experience with Season s Best was top notch. From Blake coming out multiple times to quote and give his vision, to Hunter s team doing grading, drain and patio install in a day and a half. Everyone was so kind and the finished product is great! I even caught Hunter washing my dusty car for me at the end of the day above and beyond!

Seasons Best has been a wonderful company to work with! Our front yard had many boxwood bushes that were dead and we needed a complete upheaval and new start. They picked out such beautiful plants for our front yard that have brought so much color, with plants that compliment our house perfectly. We are very happy with the kind workers and the amazing time and consideration they spent getting it all perfectly together for us.

Zach who manages the irrigation for our property is amazing- very patient and took his time (even off the clock) to swing by and check in to make sure our new grass wasnt dying and the irrigation schedule was up to par! The team at Seasons Best is proactive, especially when it comes to weather related variables (snow, need the driveway/walk ways pretreated. high winds/rain- tree and debris pick up) . Knowing you have a responsive company who is a step ahead making sure our property is in tip top shape is a priority for us and Seasons Best does just that!

We have been using Seasons Best (Formally H&T) for several years, for lawn maintenance, snow removal, and landscaping maintenance, at our business in West Chester. They have done gravel and rock work for us as well. The team is always responsive to my calls, and they do a fantastic job! This past storm over the Christmas weekend was a nightmare for many, however Seasons best did an amazing job! The wind blowing had recovered part of our truck lot on Sunday and Monday. I reached out to Amy on Monday to see if I could get a retreatment prior to 2:30 am when our fleet started heading out. This was taken care of, and our fleet was able to get out with no issues. Thanks to everyone who gave up time with family and friends over the holiday to get things cleared!

I just started working with this company but have been quite impressed with them. I hired them for snow and ice removal at my office and they did a good job on clearing for recent storm. When I needed to clarify treatment of an area they called and quickly clarified what they needed to do.

We love the creative installation of our Christmas lights! DJ is very responsive when we have a special favor such as a party coming up and our request to change the day our lawn is cut. Also, we like supporting a veteran owned business.

Used H&T, maybe the first year they were in business. They came in the Spring, did a great job. I asked them to come back in the Fall, and every single time I reached out to follow up -- QUEUE the sound of crickets. We tried to use them the last two years, but again, they never respond to our contact, yet they send us news letters announcing their services, or like this, asking for a review. Well, the work they did was great --- Havent been able to get them to come back. Weve taken the hint. Weve moved on.

We interviewed several companies and since he was a veteran and knew all the correct things to say to questions we went with them. Spring clean up was over $3800. Nothing special except for the mulch which is still dark and I love that. They did not edge all beds that were discussed. They pulled out rose bushes that had been in the beds for 20 years. I had addressed the question as to whether their staff knew the difference between weeds and plants and he assured us they did, but clearly they dont. We are on a maintenance program that that never had the courtesy to come back for....ghosted us big time. I dont know anyone with integrity, like you imagine a military person to have that operates like this. It appears to be more about acquiring your initial visit, overcharging you and then moving on to the next person. They had a foreman that was chatting it up instead of watching the staff work and the staff proceeded to cut down feeder vines to a pergola that only took 10 years to grow. They are not what they sell themselves to be, very disappointed with work and professionalism. Should not use veteran to obtain business unless they are going to use the qualities that veterans have such as work ethic, professionalism, courtesies.

I recently found my dream home and decided to put my current house on the market. H&T services did an amazing job and helped act as a consultant to get my house s landscaping ready for showings. My house has recently gone under contract which has allowed my wife and I to buy our forever home. We owe it all to H&T for helping us Get top dollar by landscaping the outside so well.
