We received our AGM 400 recently and have just tried it for the first time. We have had artificial grass for 4 years and have 5 labradors. The grass was completely flat - not anymore!! We can t believe the difference, and the dog hairs in the collection bin is unbelievable! When buying a product it is difficult to know the good from the bad. So pleased we found your website. I ordered a box of sample grass and during the current pandemic it took a week to arrive but that s ok. I made my decision and decided to order 4x5.4 of the NYC 35mm artificial grass with accessories. This order was placed after 4pm on Monday, the grass arrived at 9am Wednesday which considering what we are going through is amazing. The turf has been laid down for nearly 24 hours now and I must say it s fantastic. I m absolutely over the moon with how it looks and feels. I was a bit sceptical thinking that it wouldn t be as good as the sample but it s much more better than that. Thank you

I wish I had read some of the reviews here before placing an order. I was promised delivery in three bsiness days, but It didnt arrive. After s further three they still could say when it would arrive. Coincedantally the peoduct line I ordered showed up as out of stock. When I pointed out they were still advertising no delivery problems on the website, and the stock issue, they cancelled my order. I then had to wait another three days for a refund. Each time I called I got got through to the same, unhelpful staff member, with the same unhelpful patter of Ive checked with my director, and the transport company, what more can I do. To me if felt like they didnt have stock but took my order, and money, in any case and were quite relaxed about about any dificulty that causes customers while they await stock???

I have had a couple of artificial grass products in the past but nothing that compares to the Boston from ForeverGreenLawns. I ordered sample boxes from three suppliers and the Boston was by far and away the best aesthetically and structurally. We absolutely love the colour and the infill thatch creates a really lifelike appearance and adds to the comfort too. This was also great value for money with regards to the premium offerings of the other suppliers. This coupled with the helpful and polite nature of the team means I couldn t recommend them highly enough. Mega impressed.

I purchased 2 lots of artificial lawn called Los Angeles it is great so a few months later we decided to do 2 more areas. I called to be told by Nikki that they were changing Los Angeles so I needed to order straight away as the new version was slightly different so I ordered that day. When it arrived it was totally different no where near the quality very disappointing so we fitted one piece and I called to explain Los Angeles was totally different to the Los Angeles I bought previously so Nicki agreed to take it back but that I had to pay £35 to have it collect which she would deduct from my refund! I should have returned both pieces as it s no where near as nice. It should not be sold under the same name and I should not be charged and spoken to so rudely for their mistake. My daughter and her cousin have both bought through them on my recommendation I certainly won t be recommending them to anyone else there after care is appalling.

Bought the AGM 600 petrol power brush for just shy of £400. What a waste of money, it runs terribly, just about sustaining life with full choke on constantly. Really weak. Build quality seems poor. Terms and conditions for returns is scrupulous because they also know it s rubbish and highly likely to be returned. Protecting themselves with a commercial depreciation valuation if it gets returned so they can offer you nothing back for it...

Ordered the Florida 5m width for our garden and have to say what a fantastic lawn it is. The quality is amazing and Forever Green Lawns were very helpful. They answered all my questions quickly and delivery was super fast. Would definitely recommend Forever Green Lawns.

Dreadful after- care service.

I recently bought an electric artificial grass sweeper form this company and the service I got was second to none. I spoke to Paul and ordered the sweeper over the phone. Paul was very helpful and I received the item on the day I had chosen. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend this company they are excellent.

Went for this company on recommendation. Paid for the Delux install. They should have installed grass on a bed of type 1 and sharp sand as indicated on fitting contract. Had a water logging problem and lifted grass to investigate only to find they hadnt bother with type1 or sharp sand, just put a weed membrane and grass down on clay. Contacted company who stated out of gaurantee (1 year) and company changed and only now supply grass no fitting. Clearly a fly by night company. Dont use!!!

Unscrupulous!! Great until theres a problem and then they pull the same separate installation company line as with Malcolm Jennings (reviewer) to avoid obligations. Paul (Dad), Mike (Son) and Nikki (Sis) were directors of both companies. As of today (companies house website) Paul is still General Manager of Forever Green Installations and Nikki the Company Secretary. They are all Directors of Forever Green Lawns. The companies share the same 0800 number. I had all my dealings with Forever Green Lawns but when I check my bank statements they processed my payment as Forever Green Installations. Now as Mike is very happy to tell me, Forever Green Installations has stopped trading and its nothing to do with them even though theyre still running a video on YouTube and the Forever Green Lawns website showing vans advertising supply and installation services. He didnt even ask me for my customer info. He may be right, he thinks legally speaking I havent got a leg to stand on.....but morally.....Ill let you the potential customer decide for yourself. Im not sure but to present yourself as one company and take payment as another without advising the customer also the website video may fall foul of Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regs 2008 - misleading actions and omissions. Come to think of it the team who did my install were in the same Forever Green Lawns van.........Perhaps the local trading standards officer should decide? P.S. The 5* Google review from Paul Williams.....the family surname is Williams, coincidence?

Had Forever Green Lawn install artificial grass last year. Very satisfied at the time. Chose them as they sold themselves as local family complete package. However I now have slight problem and called them. Surprised to be told from extremely rude and unhelpful guy that - like the reviews below - the installation was not done by them. And they are not interested in Putting it right. Yet reading through the good reviews here most are about service and fitting. So if they do not have a fitting service should not be on this feed back page. Very disappointed as I have recommended them more than once. I also noticed that Paul Williams is a director and has left a review.

Second time they have laid the lawn and it is still terrible! Off cuts been cut and stapled at the edge.....it goes on. Dont use them!

We have two dogs and a lawn that after a very wet winter was resembling a mud bath. We decided an artificial lawn was the solution. Thanks to choosing Forever Green Lawns, that has proved to be a great decision. They did a fantastic job leaving us with a great looking lawn that after 15 months still looks as good as when they laid it. We would unreservedly recommend Forever Green Lawns.

Went with Forever Green as I wanted a professional high quality job doing. At almost double the price of other qoutes we decided to go with them, I asked for two things, a flat lawn and that it was flush with the decking. Unfortunately I didnt get either. Despite actually showing the salesman an exact example Forever Green still couldnt deliver. At circa £4,000 for 55m Sq I did expect better. I was advised that we never had the discussion about it being flush with the decking - even after the sales man was shown the example at the neighbours house and he told me the make and model of the example and he actually knew the fitter that did it amazingly this has slipped his memory.

I would recommend Forever Green Lawns to anyone considering artificial grass. The entire team were professional and friendly. 10/10 !!!
