The visit was excellent. Zak took his time, addressed all of my concerns and corrected a few issues. He adjusted all of the sprinkler heads and adjusted the water pressure and watering time. I hope I see Zak on future visits!

Zak was very patient and cordial since he had to come three times, since the power was out. He was very friendly and set up my rachio system. Its nice having a system that monitors the weather and waters appropriately.

Zac did a fantastic job. He reset all of my sprinkler heads, fixed rotar heads, and adjust the patterns. He also took the time to show me things on the control panel of which I was completely unaware.

Initially I had a person who set me up with a plan and way oversold expectations. He no longer works there. Anyway, I was very upset. The owner took over and called me. We worked it out. We now have a plan for the back yard and Im looking forward to this getting resolved. Im very happy now. The communication and care to get this right is certainly there. The care and plan is what makes the difference.

Nolan came out, explained everything and was extremely helpful! Will post review again after the job is completed. Very professional so far! A bunch liars. I never signed up and I never agreed to a weekly service! Ive never scheduled any appts. You cant just announce youre coming. Bad business!

It has been a great experience working with Nolan. He initially came out to observe my lawn and prepare a quote for weed and feed He was detailed in his measurements and explanation of treatments and program options. After contracting Heroes, Nolan performed the first service. He was on time, made sure of where not to spray and was accurate in his spray patterns. Its clear why Heroes and Nolan deserve their A+ reviews.

Zac did a thorough job of spraying/treating my lawn. The weeds are mostly gone. Just waiting on the grass to start filling in.

I recently had Heroes Lawn Care out to my home in Magnolia, TX to repair my sprinkler system. My backflow preventer did not make it through the freeze. Their irrigation tech, Patrick, did a great job replacing the broken PVB and showing me how to properly drain and winterize the new one so it doesnt happen again. I highly recommend Heroes Lawn Care to anyone needing irrigation work.

After several years attempting to get an irrigation company to look at my yard and if we could use the existing piping, I found Heroes. The other companies gave me a song and dance without checking what I had. They wanted to put in a new system and tear up the yard. Heroes has slowly brought up the piping without ripping up the front lawn and at much lower cost than a new system. I am impressed with the fact that they took the time to find out and we are still in the process of making the old system work. I will continue to work with them and highly recommend anyone to talk to them.

I had them come out and repair my sprinkler main that had broke over the winter. They did such a good job it brought a tear to my eye. I then had come back and do a complete system check up and move and replace some sprinkler heads. Im very happy with the work. I forgot my repairmans name but he did a great job both times he came out.

A friend of ours told us about a new lawn care company in our area. Last month we decided to give it a try. So far they applied a pre emergent for weeds and did an aeration. Our yard looks pretty good however we still have some weeds that I think will be dying out as the heat rises. Fertilizer should be scheduled next week. Taylor has serviced our yard needs and has done an excellent job. We are anxious to see what the grass looks like after fertilization. So far we are pleased with Hero s Lawn Care.

Found on Angies list and Zac (owner) provided great customer service! I explained my disaster over the phone and we discussed options. Hoping that the soil amendment treatment will help the phosphorus toxicity and level the nutrients back in that have been locked out. The price was very reasonable and he worked me into a very busy schedule to get this started asap! Nolan was very professional and personable as well as a surprising familiar face! The fact that and took the time to explain what he was doing as he did it and also advised me of their other services they offer. I will use again and recommend! Thanks guys!

Showed up on time and were very professional.

We used Heroes Lawn Care for our irrigation needs and we had an amazing experience! Patrick our tech took his time to check that all the watering zones were working and then presented us with his analysis. Then he fixed the broken sprinklers, raised a few that weren t performing and overall improved our coverage. These changes will help our system be more efficient and in turn, decrease our monthly water bill. Despite the 100 degree weather, he took his time and was very polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Patrick did a great job overall. He fixed the dead sprinkler zone and replaced the battery in the rain sensor. My only disappointment was that he wasn t able to connect the control panel with my phone app. I need to call Rain Bird tech support.

Patrick did a great job with my irrigation system. He walked through what he was going to do and pointed out areas that needed work. He even found a sprinkler that I did not know was there and now the grass in that area will start growing again. Patrick even installed and new sprinkler head that has two water streams, one goes far and one goes close.

Patrick was a great help when he came out for my evaluation of my existing irrigation system. He provided me with a detailed list of the items that needed to be repaired and offered some alternative solutions as well. He and coworker Nolan return the next week and completed all the necessary repairs. Both guys were friendly and professional. I will definitely be using Heroes Lawn Care in the future for any further problems with my irrigation system and will refer the company to my friends and neighbors. Patrick Gallagher was the repairman who was very patient in checking all parts of the system and then repairing this older sprinkler system. I highly recommend this company and this repairman.

Patrick and his assistant showed up right on time and texted 30 minutes in advance to confirm their planned arrival. They swiftly got to work resolving my issues. Patrick did a great job of assessing what the problems were that I needed to prioritize, and then showed expertise and experience quickly identifying valve locations, and then replacing a leaking valve. Along the way, he was informative and provided valuable recommendations, as well as explaining exactly what he was doing. Both he and his assistant were professional, competent, and hard working, and resolved my issues in a reasonable time, and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Heroes to my friends and neighbors.

We hired heroes for the first time to do a mosquito treatment to our back water side yard. Not for mosquitoes but for midges. They sprayed down the lawn, the shrubs, and fogged the trees. After we watered in the lawn chemicals overnight the midges were greatly under control - about a 95% reduction or more. For $145 it was money well spent and the company was very easy and pleasant to deal with.

Patrick and his partners did a very good job. My system was very jerry-rigged and was not mapped. It took awhile but my system is now working and mapped. They also located and repaired a weak spot in my dog s Invisible Fence. The ground was too hard for them to properly level some of the valve covers but they came back in the fall after we had enough rain to soften the ground and did a super job of leveling them up.

I called Heroes Lawncare to have my sprinkler systems backflow preventer winterized before the freeze so it did not break like several years ago. They sent out their irrigation tech Patrick the very next day. He was very kind and helpful. In addition to shutting off the system and draining the backflow preventer, he re-taped some of the pipe insulation where the old tape was falling off without an additional charge. I highly recommend Heroes for anyone needing work done to their irrigation system.

I saw an ad online for pet waste pick-up and found Heroes Lawncare. I called and they had someone come out the very next day. Shannon showed up on time and was very professional. My dog really liked her as well. I Highly recommend her for your pet waste extraction.

Unfortunately my backflow preventer cracked apart during the recent hard freeze. I called Heroes and they sent out their irrigation tech Patrick to replace it the very next day. He also installed an in ground shut off valve and showed me how to properly shut off and drain the backflow preventer so it does not happen again. Highly recommend Heroes Lawncare.
