We are new customers. A-Plus Lawncare has only mowed our lawn once. But thus far I have been very impressed with their responsiveness. They were quick to answer my initial inquiry about their services, came the same day to look at our lawn and give me a quote. They are very flexible about their mowing schedule based on the lawn’s growth rate. And the lawn/edging looked great after their first cut.
Mike was professional and came with a great deal of positivity. I really appreciated how prompt he was and how flexible he was with making my request and a special design on my lawn. I appreciated his work and would definitely use them again.
We have a nightmare renter situation. We needed a quick response when we were notified that our lawn needed immediate addressing (we are out of state). Saturday of a 3-day weekend we called and asked for help. He was out of town but got back to us the next evening. He got our lawn taken care of the next morning (a holiday), and the other place we tried never even called us back. He even sent us before and after photos, when the job was done. Thanks Mike!

I shot them a text to cut my lawn, they responded in minutes and pulled up not 5 minutes later. Very professional and got right to work.
I called Mike when I was having an issue with our lawn mower and he was able to fit me into his schedule that same day! He reached out to me to see if I still needed him to come out and he came out the following week as well. The lawn looked absolutely amazing after he cut it (way better than when I cut it!), he also edged and did the trimming. Overall, he went above and beyond any expectation I could have had. He let me know when he would be arriving so I knew when to expect him. If I never need help with the lawn again, I will 100% call him, truly I would not recommend anyone else!
