Absolutely incredible service. They are super friendly, respectful of property and very responsive in emergencies. I had a tree fall on my house and they absolutely came to the rescue, even when I was still awaiting insurance approval. Finding a contractor is always stressful but when you find someone like these guys you want to use them over and over again and share the results with everyone!

Just had these guys come out to trim some large trees in the front yard, which is the kids play area. They went above and beyond to make sure they didnt damage anything and did an outstanding job. Will be using them again in the future, great guys!

Id give them 10 stars if I could. I live outside the immediate area but was in Madisonville KY to view the eclipse. Unfortunately, shortly after filming it, I crashed my drone into the top of a tall tree. To make matters worse, I had to leave the drone up in the tree and drive home that afternoon. The next day, as a last ditch effort to recover an expensive piece of equipment, I called The Cutting Crew office to see if they might recover a drone. The office staff said they werent sure, but promised that Luke would give me a call when he into the office. Within 15 minutes, he called me back and said that he would look for the drone as soon as it stopped raining. I told him approximately where it was and an hour later, I got a text saying he found it and would recover it when the rain ended. Less than two hours later, (while it was still raining,) he texted me that he had recovered the drone and would have it shipped back to me! WOW! This is the most AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive experienced in the last 40 years!!!!! Ive become very cynical as I age and just dont expect much these days, but wow! Luke exceeded my wildest expectations...He is an honest and helpful salt of the earth kind of guy. Thank you! The Cutting Crew, and Luke in particular, have renewed my faith in people being decent and caring. I would have these guys do anything tree related. They went way above and beyond. Bravo! World class service and honest people.

Our back yard had become almost a jungle of trees, so we contacted The Cutting Crew. After meeting with Luke and getting the estimate, we hired them. They brought a full crew and set to work trimming our massive magnolia, oak, and sweet gum trees, as well as shaping up an ornamental. After the cutting, the guys loaded all the branches into their truck and finished up by raking our driveway! Super efficient, super professional, super affordable, plus they are very nice people. We cant recommend them highly enough.

Did a great job at a very good price. Took the trees down, cleaned up, and had to take down a section of fence and put it back. I recommend The Cutting Crew for any needs you have. 10 of 10 would use again.

Did a great job and cleaned my yard and the neighbors yard to where they looked better than before they started. They usually dont do the Sturgis area, but they did a fine job for me. They have the equipment and experience for extremely large trees. Im getting many compliments from friends and neighbors. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Came out the same day for an estimate and came back the next day and completed the job. Did a good job too.

We had a tree limb fall through our roof. The Cutting Crew came right away and removed the limb and then came and trimmed our trees making it safer for us. Professional service using the latest technology providing a much safer experience.

Reasonably priced, very professional and worked safe. We had several trees overhanging our home and a detached garage. The specialized equipment and expert operations brought them down with precision. All stumps and debris cleared and cleaned. Other than the trees gone, you wouldnt know they were there. Highly recommended!
