We are a family owned lawn care and property management company located in Madisonville, Kentucky. We offer several services for residential and commercial customers. Some of our services include, but are not limited to, forestry mulching, driveway installation/maintenance, dirt work, brush mowing/ skid steer services, landscaping, mowing, string trimming, edging, leaf clean ups, and gutter cleaning. Rodney did an excellent job clearing debris and grinding stumps down in my yard. Moved dirt around and completely transformed my back yard. Super professional guy throughout the entire process. Will definitely be hiring again for future work.
Very easy going and wonderful guy to deal with who was extremely attentive to my wishes. Recently been trying to reclaim some pasture land and accessibility to hunting areas on an overgrown family farm. I do not currently live in the area so I got Rodney’s number from a local excavating company in Fredonia one Sunday morning on my way home from the farm. Called him up and kind of explained to him what I needed but lived a few hours away and he was quick to say “no problem”. I sent him some google earth photos and within the week him and his brother were on the old farm clearing land. Once done he sent me some photos/videos of the work he got completed. I got a chance to be back on the farm in person this past weekend and the work looks great. Not possible to have any better of an experience. I certainly plan to use them again in the near future once we start reclaiming more pastures from locust trees. The guys are great and their back story on starting the company is even better.
Simply Green did great. I asked if he could clear some over grown brush, and he was able to do the job. Rodney did an awesome job in a timely manner. Very pleased!
Rodney is fantastic! Not only was he on time ( in fact early ) he does an incredible job. He put in 4 wheeler trails and food plots in a very thick woods. As a hunter he already knows what I was looking for and that’s a huge plus. I have already scheduled him again to come back and do more and I will use him every year for maintenance of my farm.

Rodney was very professional, on time, and reasonably priced. He did an outstanding job on our back yard that was overgrown with brush and saplings. Night and day difference in the appearance of the yard now. Would recommend him to anyone that is needing and clearing of brush and saplings.
