Madison Lawn and Landscape in Madison

We contracted ML&L to weed and feed our acreage. We inquired about several additional services they offer, and received a "partial" response via email. I requested a phone call to discuss my specific needs - rather than multiple email exchanges. I received - via email - a response that basically said..."this is how we do business, since you don't like it, go somewhere else..." there are many other options for lawn service - I would recommend any other than Madison Lawn & Landscaping.

Edit: Josh left. We had Madison Lawn Care do several projects over the years. Most recently, we had them come out and bid a job for some extensive landscaping including a retaining wall. Josh had come out prior to the bid and took measurements and did all of the leg work so that when it was time to speak, he could give me a good idea of what was necessary, our options for plants (we wanted low maintenance and pretty!), And visuals for the retaining wall (bricks vs. boulders). After decisions were made, he sent me a total estimate for the project - included was an itemized list. He did a great job handling the couple of changes in plants I wanted after thinking more about it and sent updated totals and lists. When the gentleman came to start digging, they all introduced themselves and we're extremely polite and professional. They worked so hard and my project was done in a timely fashion. We will never choose anyone else to touch our landscaping!

MLC has mowed and done fall cleanup at my business professional crew with great results! Nice to have the leaves picked up before old man winter comes back!

Madison Lawn Care seemed very helpful at first as a new home owner. But their work has been sloppy. We have had to have them come back multiple times to fix things that were not done right the first time. It is also hard to get them to commit to come on a certain day which is frustrating. Just make sure if you go with them check everything throughly,

An employee chopped down my marked cucumbers after being told not to. Couple employees are rude while a few others are rather pleasant. The few that cut my lawn did a great job. Unfortunately, yesterday because of my experience with this company I am being harassed by an employee named Adam. Meteric asked about about our lawn being mowed. Adam's dissatisfaction about this review has resorted to nasty text messages on Meteric phone. Although Meteric says he's mentally challenged I've chosen to leave the authorities out of this situation. Adam I for one do not like to talk about money, although I did thank you for paying me $50.00 for the lose of my plants.

I needed my sprinkler system winterized. They came the next day. Great service.
