I couldn't be more pleased with Superior Lawn Irrigation LLC. I had a lot of difficulty with my neighborhood water well this summer and as a result my sprinkler system. But Superior exhibited great patience and helped me as much as they could, WITHOUT overcharging me in the process. I found their fees to be fair and reasonable. My contact person was named Cody, and he was both professional and knowledgeable. He and the company receive my highest endorsement.

The owners posted trying to rebuff the post about an employee road rage incident. Several people asked if the owner investigated the claim. Owner made it clear they had not stating it was because they had not received a phone call from the original person. They clearly do not intend to take this matter seriously. Image is one example of many. To the owner: Poor form as your concern over your reputation rather than the child involved in the incident shows poor character. You commented several times complaining that others are bomb reviewing and ruining your business. You seem to be doing well enough at doing that yourself. Learn better what is important and how to investigate claims as well as how to respond to issues. This is 2024 not 1982, you should expect to receive complaints in this format and in no way does that reduce their legitimacy. You have work and self reflection to do, get to it. Edit to respond to owner’s reply: you are missing the point or simply not fully taking in what everyone is trying to get you to understand. It isn’t difficult to say “we take matters of this nature seriously and will investigate further. Please reach out to us with more details”. If you have this much trouble being accountable to even investigate a claim then there are much bigger issues here Edit2: lead with that part, mate. This format is how you’ll receive complaints 9/10 times. People aren’t making phone calls anymore. Even I recoil at the thought of having to talk on a phone. There are free resources for business that might help you ready yourself with more effective responses the next time something happens. Them having a photo of that staff member driving doesn’t help. Less defensiveness more professionalism. You probably do wonderful work, but the response to this issue has surely put off a number of people.

Very pleased with Superior Lawn Irrigation .Received a prompt reply to my Angi inquiry, and had Cody on-site the next day. Work was completed efficiently and professionally at a reasonable cost. Planning to use Supeiror Lawn again in the future.

Cody was on time, professional, friendly, and very informative. Most importantly, he did the job correctly and in a timely manner. We have an old sprinkler system that hasn't run since we moved into our house over five years ago. Cody had to replace a cracked pipe.
