Very unprofessional, we had agreed on a cut every other week but after 16 days keeping us waiting he made up new rules for his service then refused to come back altogether. Difficult to communicate with and blamed us for mistakes he made. Couldnt have been ruder and doesnt deserve any stars. Emotionally volitile which is weird to even notice in your lawn guy. In his responce below hes totally lying, we did get him mid season but we started renting mid season, he never informed me i was going to be a low priority customer bc of this or that i apparently needed to tell him when to come over biweekly, the first time i texted him he nearly bit my head off and i didnt want to be rude. Doesnt know how to function as a person let alone a proffessional and if he screwed me over i doubt he will care about leaving you stranded this summer.
