Torry is a great access to TruGreen. He is always kind, professional, and pleasant to talk with. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any of my questions or concerns that I have about my lawn care.

Never used their service, but someone left me a flyer by pounding several times on my front door and woke my toddler who wont stop screaming. No reason to make such a loud fuss when leaving a flyer. This might be a silly negative review, but Im pissed off. May have used their service in the future, but not any more.

I pre paid for the year up front. About 8-9 months later I get a bill for $91.15. They said what I paid didn t cover the full year. Only covered a certain about of rounds. There is crab grass and weeds in the grass. I am not happy with services received at all. I do not recommend their services. You are wasting your money if you do.

I hired truegreen for about 8 months and in that time frame it seemed like the guy was spraying weeds into my yard. The weeds got worse and I eventually had to cancel because I was paying for more weeds. I never saw one patch or dead weeds the entire time. They need to upgrade or reevaluate there product and will get more customer and better results

I agreed to a service that was $45 for the first month and $90 every 4-6 weeks after. They came to my house three days ago, charged me $45. Cool. TWO days later they texted at 6 a.m. said someone was on their way. They showed up with some huge machine and I had to usher my dogs inside while they stared at me in my backyard. I didn t even know why they were there. I check my account when they were done putting holes all over my yard (never talked about or mentioned once) and I was charged $254!!!! If I wanted a bunch of holes in my yard I would ve grabbed a stick and be $254 richer. Literally if I didn t already pay for the year of pest service I would be done with them forever. Never again. Now I m having one heck of a time getting a hold of someone to cancel my service. This is ridiculous.

Zazhariah is very professional. He took time to answer all my questions. He always had a smile on his face! He assured me the weeds would soon be gone and that my lawn would look better than ever.

Aaron was much more knowledgeable than most of the others I have had dealings with at True Green. He knew what spray he had in the truck and agreed that it would not be wise to spray preemergent down on my lawn Again this spring. He also said that fertilizer would probably be with the next spraying and that it was a little too early now. He identified the fungus in my front yard. He sprayed my Dallas grass with a backpack spray that he said is safe to use on Centipede and agreed to come back in two weeks to check on progress of sprayed areas. I understand that killing Dallas Grass takes quite a while but he assured me that with time his backpack spray will do the job. I am requesting that Aaron be the only Tech to spray my yard because, so far he is the only person that seems to know what he is doing there.

Horrible just horrible!!!!! I can t say this enough do not use them!! Customer service is horrible no body knows anything managers will not return phone calls and keep your money when services that were promised where not provided!!! This company does not try and make the customer happy also there products do not work we have still been seeing bugs and getting bit after 2 treatments!!!!

Came by to trespass without approval or invitation and door knock while Im busy working from home. If a company is gonna door knock it should do so in accordance with local ordinances...OR NOT if its prohibited! So far performance has been horrible because simple laws seemingly cannot be followed. Heres a tip, look at Perry Municipal Code. At least they are better than Liquid Lawn on that note though LOL

Technician Carlos Chirre did a fantastic job on our shrubs and hedges. He arrived at our home first thing this morning. Very friendly, waved hello, and answered a quick question about our backyard.

I recently signed up with TruGreen. We had some landscaping done in June and with new sod, trees abd shrubs, I wanted to protect my investment. So far, I have been pleased with the services I have received. I can already tell the ants and weeds are better. I am sure after a year, my lawn will be absolutely beautiful.

I wouldn t recommend dealing with this company. I dealt with Nick Anderson and he is not professional at all. I have been trying to call and text him about my services all day to see when they will come to treat my yard but have been unsuccessful. He told me the price of what it will cost me to treat my yard but I got charge a different price. Then when I tried to get in contact with him, he doesn t answer my text or call. You will think that they will be a little more professional. Taking my services to another company.

I have had a very good experience with TruGreen! They provide chemical services for my lawn such as lawn fertilizer, weed and pest control, lime application and also pest control for my shrubs. They are always courteous, friendly, thorough and on time. TruGreen is always professional and i receive quality service and a good value for services rendered! I highly recommend TruGreen for anyone wanting a beautiful, healthy lawn!

How can they meet expectations when they have no direct communication with customers.

They killed more grass than weeds, and when I tried to contact the rep who set up the account (Grant) he never answered nor returned my calls I even sent him pics of my damaged lawn. My yard looked better when I used Scotts turf builder so thats what Im going back to using. I DEFINITELY wouldnt recommend Tru Green to anyone its a rip off !!!

Called main office on website. The employee was courteous and quoted me a price of $70 a month. Then I began receiving phone calls from 2 local TruGreen representatives, who each quoted me a price of $52 a month. Not sure what is going on.

Dont waste your money they do not do a good job

Im a new Prepaid customer and so far I cannot give a review on the actual service provided for my lawn because the first two TruGreen scheduled services were both cancelled the same day of each scheduled service. First impression isnt looking too good. Can only reach a call center with vague information. Wished I had read all these reviews prior to prepaying for services that seems that I may have extreme trouble even receiving.

If you have invested in Sod and want to keep it maintained, do NOT use these guys. I CANNOT get them to keep their scheduled service date appointments to spray my yard. They keep pushing the date one week, then when that date gets here, push it another week. It takes 3-4 scheduled dates before they will honor the date that they themselves scheduled. Ive called and called the Macon, GA office and it ALWAYS gets transferred to the Corporate TruGreen office where you get a predetermined response script read off to you to appease I Prepaid for a years worth of service in July 2021 (five services for the remaining calendar year). As of 10/6/21, they have been to my home ONE time and even after numerous complaints to Corporate of course, my Certified Sod has more and more weeds Ive never seen before I hired TruGreen. The so called Customer Satisfaction Guarantee is a JOKE. They sure arent going to come in between visits for FREE when you cant even get them to honor their scheduled prepaid service visits. I BET THE PGA (THAT THEY PROUDLY BOAST ABOUT ON THEIR WEBSITE) DOESNT GET THIS KIND OF 3RD CLASS SERVICE.

You better want them to do your yard because if you do not select their service you get many, many , many calls from them from all over the country trying to sell you their service. I can not seem to stop it. Very, very annoying!!

What a scam. This is the worst company I have ever got involved with. I prepaid for the service. They keep coming even though I tell them not too. Keep sending a bill even though I prepaid. SUCH A SCAM!!! Not to mention they killed the grass. This company and their business practices are such a joke. Lady just called and was the rudest individual I have ever talked too. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I have already reached out numerous times. You promise it is handled then here we go again. You need to reach out and make it right.

I decided to give tru green a call since my yard was literally overrun with weeds and pests and we could not even enjoy walking without shoes or even with shoes from the stickers and fire ants. The rep went over each plan in detail and we opted for the pay as you go plan and we had both the lawn treatment and pest treatment. They came out on 5/21, which was 5 days ago. The pests are GONE!! The rep said that it would most likely take more than one treatment to have a lush lawn. Well in the back yard, which was so bad with weeds, is literally green and lush already. The front yard is not quite there yet, but thats because we did have so many weeds. The weeds are dying off fast, but due to the large amount it is leaving spots that have no grass. That being said, we fully intend to continue the service just from the better than expected results just from the first treatment, and so far they have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone with a fire ant and weed problem for sure.

Went from having the best lawn on the block to the worst lawn on the block in three months. They burned 60% of my yard in one application. After two weeks of trying to reach the local office and no returned calls Sebastian came out and denied any fault, then suggested we contact the extension agent and let them deal with their lawyers. Unprofessional and inexperienced technicians and even worse customer service. Do yourself and your yard a favor and hire someone else

Weeds are not going away. They came and replied. I called today (Sep 30) and asked questions. They are going to have a service manager call me back.

They are horrible. You wont hear from them until after nothing is being done fire your grass so you cancel your service. The treatment they used was like water. Thre service manager basically told me, better luck next season after Ive had them for 4 years.

Ive been with them five years and weeds everywhere. Cant call directly and speak to a manager.

The worst business model I have ever encountered. Constant confusion on service appointments. Can only narrow down visit to a day. Must be available for 12 hours! Technicians lack integrity. After sitting home all day, no one ever arrived! When I called the local office the following day, the customer service representative said I refused service and turned them away! Absolute bare faced lie. Did I say they are LIARS!

TruGreen does a great job with my lawn and as always great customer service! TruGreen has improved the curb appeal to my small yard that makes a big beautiful statement. They offer so many services that will make you want to spend more time outside rather than inside your home. I have enjoyed their Ant treatment in the past and when they say satisfaction guaranteed believe me, they stand behind their word!

My lawn has large brown spots and weeds on it, do not keep scheduled appointments when they have been paid in advance, just talk to someone in macon ga, office she was very rude and yelling at me i am a senior , was calling to let them know no one came out for my my schrub service appointment today and she could not give me a date she only said they will be out in 2 or 3 days, lawn and schrub has miss quite a few schedule appointment i thought this was a good company but they are not

Been a True Green customer for 5 years now and this year my yard was FULL of weeds after having them out all year and over the winter. Cancled and complained about my service with 1 manager, then had Tonya Bryant call me telling me she was taken over my account if I would just sign back up and she would fix my yard immediately. Well that was a month ago - The service man came out 2 times with a broke truck, and no word from Tonya, yard is full of weeds.

TruGreen needs to have a class action law suit filed against them. I have indoor and outdoor video cameras tied to my security system that I can access from my phone. I went back to verify what they did from Feb 2017 to May 2017 and to my SURPRISE the technician did not do what I paid for. My yard is approximately 1.94 acres the man arrived at my house rang the door bell several times verified no one was home walked to the back yard placed a TruGreen spike in the ground that suggest the lawn was treated and placed one in the front walked to his Truck got a door tag out and placed it on my front door, then left. This took roughly 12 minutes tops on each visit!! Needless to say I fired them but if I had no video capability on my security system I would have never known because on every write-up it says the same thing...Yard shows signs of weeds that are hard to defend against.....WOW....HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! Dont get taken advantage of!!!!!

The specialist, Charles Willis, who came to our home to start our TruGreen lawn care was absolutely the true professional, explaining everything him and his trainee were prepared to do. I would definitely recommend asking for Charles if you decide to have your lawn cared for by TruGreen--and I highly recommend buying this service!!

Had no thought of using ANY lawn service. However, one morning (Dec 2017) as I was (late) leaving for work I happened to notice the TruGreen truck (about 5 houses down) Honestly, I did not expect the response I got and was almost hoping to write this off as a few wasted minutes. I approached the representative (Brook Boudreux), who dropped what he was doing and walked up to my yard to survey and get a idea of what I had in mind and a quick survey of the condition of my yard. Brook would have taken longer but I was rushed to get to work. I liked his approach and the follow up, and figured this might me a good decision. Since Id already done a lot of research, Brook confirmed what I needed to do, AND provided a lot of great additional information to help get my lawn beautifully healthy. Im looking forward to the outcome and am hoping this will be a long-term investment to maintaining a healthy lawn. For me, the best way to measure the results of using a lawn service (in this case, TruGreen) is when neighbors and drive-bys want to know what Im doing for such a beautiful yard!. That, to me would be the best way for results to speak for themselves!

I am happy that the 3 post I read were positive. I have used true green over the last 3 or 4 years. When I returned from overseas i was not happy with the way my yard looked, mind you this was the month of Jan. Tru green called and we agreed to a year round contract Mar 2014. Apparently my year round service stopped in October 2014. Come January 2015 I called Tru green and inquired why my yard is not being service in the winter. I have always treated my yard throughout the winter so that those weeds will not appear once Spring arrives. My yard looks worst than my neighbors on both sides and they do not have lawn service. But my neighbor across the street has lawn service with the weed man lawn service and his yard has little or no weeds at. I wish I could post the pictures I have taken but unfortunately this site does not allow that. Tru green have you lived up to your contract and if so the results have failed me.

Does NOT provide services paid for. Charges you money even though nobody came to your house. I prepaid for a years service up front to take advantage of the discount. I had nothing but problems. The services that I was home to see the technician had no intention of servicing my back yard even though I paid for it to be done. The fire ant service i purchased for the year was not effective. I had to call for re-treatments about every month and they would report that someone came out and I would inspect the mounds only to find nothing was done. They told me they would make sure the service person would put a flag in the backyard to let me know they were back there but the next two services after that call nobody flagged the backyard. Last week someone showed up unscheduled to put lime on the yard. They had no intentions about doing anything in the back yard. I called again and was reassured that my next regular service that was supposed to be done last Thursday they would flag both yards to let me know they performed the service. Nobody showed up Thursday, Friday, Monday or today. I called back today only to find out they charged me for my last service that I received last Thursday. NOBODY CAME TO MY HOUSE. They are stealing money and not performing the services that I paid for. I asked for a refund of the remainder of my account. I will never use this service again.

My shrubs were browning a couple of months ago and now Ive noticed that they are looking healthier and green again.

I have been a True Green customer for the past 3 years and I am very happy as to how my lawn is coming along. It was in dire need of help when I first started using True Green. And through a knowledgable service technition I learned alot about my lawn and its needs.They are always friendly and knowledgable and helpful when asked questions.

My lawn is green, thick and weed free thanks to the service I receive from TruGreen. The specialists are always courteous and profession and willing to take the time to answer any questions I may have.
