No integrity at this place. The owner agreed to sell me a container and let me drive 2 1/2 hours only to be told its sold. He knew I was coming since I messaged him before I left and he said Thats fine. I wasted 5 hours, rearranged my schedule to get there, and spent $75.00 worth of fuel and a deposit on a transporter, to be told by the owner, Rick Wallace, that it was sold and Im sorry. Seems like his Glossy facade is betrayed by the way he does business. I would never trust him with a blade of grass or an once of fertilizer.

The lawn service is good. My lawn is one of the best in the neighborhood. I had some billing concerns, however their customer service was helpful to clarify/explain the total cost of the service and billing frequency.

No complaints. They are always on time and take care of my yard. Since starting the service I have definitely noticed the grass being more full and healthy looking.

Best of all from my perspective is their fire any control. A single annual treatment leaves my entire yard free of fire ants for a price that is less than ineffective do-it-yourself treatments! Not just no mounds - NO FIRE ANTS in my yard! I can lay in my grass or stand barefoot without getting attacked by fire ants. Parents with young children will love this result! I called twice left messages to stop service. We told the technician twice that sprayed our grass to stop service. They would still show up during the week when we were not home and bill us. Worst customer communication and service I ve ever seen would not use them.

WOW! Liquid Lawn saved my lawn as proven by the pictures. I was using a national name brand company and my grass started to deteriorate and I could grab clumps of grass with my bare hands. I contacted liquid lawn and they came and looked at it. I had root rot and and the grass was all but dying. The next day they aerated my yard in the morning and in the afternoon they sprayed for a fungus and put down fertilizer. Look at the attached pictures and see for yourselves the difference Liquid Lawn made to our yard. The rest is history as that was over 5 years ago and I still use them at our house in the Tiffany Subdivision. I routinely get asked about what do I do to make my grass look so good. I could make this a very long post, but if you are like me you like to get straight to the point. Bottom line best lawn care service in all of middle Georgia. I have tried many over the years with not great satisfaction. Have had this service for 4 years not one complaint. All my neighbors on my street now have them after seeing my lawn. Outstanding service!! By the way this is what my yard looks like from Spring until dormancy in October. Cant go wrong choosing liquid lawn. Even during the extreme heat this summer followed the advice of Chris and my yard stayed beautiful.

I used a different lawn treatment company for about two years. When the individual that serviced my lawn left that company, I asked him (now that he was not biased) which company to use. He said I should absolutely switch to Liquid Lawn, and so I did. His words, Due to their formula and delivery method, they are able to use the best products year round. In any case, after two years with the previous company, my yard was still pretty rough. Bare spots, weeds galore, and my yard would turn into a reservoir after a good rain. I switched to Liquid Lawn about eight months ago, and I am extremely glad I did. The massive bare spots from before have largely filled in (almost there!). There are still a few weeds (Georgia, after all, so especially some difficult crabgrass), but just a small fraction of what it was before. And finally, I don t have a pond in my yard after a rain. The previous company had also aerated, but I guess it just didn t have the same effect as Liquid Lawn s. Although the cost of Liquid Lawn is slightly higher, it is well worth the additional $15 or so every six weeks. Liquid Lawn has been very communicative, and they always provide detailed notifications of upcoming service and of what they are specifically targeting. A friend and fellow customer mentioned that Liquid Lawn will make visits outside of regular service dates to stay on top of things like aforementioned crabgrass, but I haven t tested that yet. Overall, though, my yard is significantly improved and looks better than it has in years. Yes, I put in some of my own work, but the yard wouldn t be anywhere close to where it is now if I d stuck with the original company. Sometimes the proof is in the pudding; in this case, the proof is in the health and thickness of the grass dad joke. But seriously, thanks Liquid Lawn! I ll be a customer as long as I m in the middle GA area!

Liquid Lawn took over my lawn care that was previously handled by another company that I was not fully satisfied with. It always seemed some type of weed would be growing. Once I called Liquid Lawn and spoke to a rep, I had someone at my house the next day. I have been extremely pleased with the service and noticed a healthier lawn and no weeds. I also started noticing new grass springing up in the back yard for the 1st time. I love the rep who is assigned to my lawn care always sends a small video clip to let you know what they are putting on the lawn and what it does. The rep also contacts me by text the day before he is coming so I know they will be here. This has been an awesome experience and I am so glad I made the call. Definitely 5 stars for service, price, and communication.

This is about the poor customer service I received. I do have a fenced backyard. On 3 separate occasions they failed to treat the backyard. After many excuses I decided to go elsewhere. They had also overcharged me on a previous visit which I thought they would refund to me but they basically said no. Be careful with this company.

If you want your yard to look like this then you should definitely call liquid lawn. Over the last few months they have told us they would test our soil, change the formula etc and nothing. We had used them for years and have experienced problems within the last year and they have done nothing to resolve, just kept taking our money to make our yard look like this. 0/10 recommend.

Taking photos of a house, logging its address, designing individual fliers with said home s photo on it then sending to a printer to mail to the owner do we really think stalking tendencies will make me purchase a service from you? Response:Why not just use a great before and after example. That way I can see what my lawn might look like. Instead I see a picture of my winter dormant lawn

After using Liquid Lawns services for over two years, I had a large weed in my yard that I reported to them multiple times. I even sent them pictures. After three straight treatments it was still there. They told me that it would die and that it takes time for the chemicals to work. It had already been over a month! Their ads say they give a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. I asked for my money back and they just cancelled my service and ignored my request for a refund.

For me, they are pricey and a week ago they came out and treated my yard. Almost half of my backyard is burnt after this treatment. I have watered my yard everyday since this treatment and its not getting better. I have tried calling twice and emailing them but no response. I will take care of my yard myself from now on.

Extremely disappointed in this service. When I signed up, the salesman assured me I would be notified in advance of the treatments by email and text. I received neither notification. The technician came to my home today and treated my lawn and only AFTER the treatment did he knock on my door. I had all intentions of skipping this treatment, but was unable to as I was not notified in advance (as I was promised.) When I called into the office, the representative advised they no longer knock on doors prior to treatments because of Covid. Waiting for my bill as I m sure their automated billing system will work just fine whereas their appointment notification system failed.

First, the tech arrives when it is convenient for them. I had set up an appointment so I could meet the tech and go over details and procedures. I arrived home at the appointed time only to find the tech had been to my house two hours earlier. Supposedly, my yard was treated. I was never able to get anyone to come back out and address concerns I had and my calls were not returned. Apparently, they are understaffed and unable to return calls or return to the home to meet with the homeowner. Buyer beware. You do not get what you paid for. May 2024 Update! I come home from work, and I have an L. L. flyer in the mailbox. I think, Maybe now they are more willing to work with the customer, they are more willing to provide the services promised, and they are able to keep the promises they make. Alas! Much to my surprise, my address has been flagged, and I am banned from doing ANY business with Lawn Liquid. I will never know, beyond my past experience, which was horrible, to be able to testify they have improved considerbly, or they have not. They have noted in their files I am unsellable. I think that about covers the entire adult homeowner population. Who wants to be told one thing, and that one thing is not delivered. I use these liquid lawn since November of last year every 8 weeks for my bermuda grass pre emergent and it didnt work out. I called Chris on several occasions and he were supposed to come out but he never did. I was told to do this in off season and my grass would look beautiful during the April and May time frame. The weeds are still outstanding in my yard

Please be care of their promotions for services. They are lies and they send out techs who cant answer questions. If you should cancel, they do not honor the promotion you initially received. Never will I ever call them for anything.

I am writing this review for two reasons. First one, I used this company years ago with zero success. Many reasons for the failure but the # 1 reason was consistency. each time they would come out it would be a different person so they would have no way of knowing if the product was working. I called to speak with someone, never got a return call. I could go on! Second is I live on a community where at every entrance there is A no soliciting sign. However this means nothing to this company. I get mail in my box that the mail staff did not leave and today stuck to my door, TWICE. So if your going to leave unwanted stuff so am I. each time i get unsolicited mail Ill leave a review 3/25/2024 first thanks for replying so quickly, keep that up. its good for business. Yes you do use the postal service, maybe a little to often, and you may want to consider the approach on those as well. 3 in 3 weeks, but the mail is fair game. Most junk mail never makes into my home yours did I showed my wife and we got a laugh out of the one that kinda looked like A HOA second notice. P.S. these were put on my door twice in under 30 mins. right past the No soliciting signs. that is where my issue stands.

i received a flyer for $19.00 intro to start. The company told me my lawn is too big for that price. They want more $. The flyer does not mention a size limit for the lawn. I believe this is the definition of false advertisement. They hung up after saying they would let me speak to a manger. Recommend people think about spending money elsewhere. (To the response: yes and Im sorry you fail to live up to what you advertise.)

Don t hesitate, give them a call for immediate changes with the weeds and ants. They also run monthly specials. You won t regret the small fee for a beautiful yard.

These people go through my mailbox regularly for their unwanted advertisements. I called a while back to ask them to stop, and just today I called yet again only to be hung up on. Editing this to add that this particular time theyve also taken photos of my home. This is disgusting behavior and at this point, as far as Im concerned, harassment.

Tired of the soliciting/canvassing activities and performances related to their work coming onto our premises without permission, leaving fliers, handbills, leaflets, etc. both in the mail box and taped to pur door in complete disregard of local ordinances (Perry). STOP TRESPASSING AND SOLICITING AND GET FAMILIAR WITH THE LOCAL ORDIANCES. IVE HAD ENOUGH.

Id NEVER use this service. I had flyers in my mailbox, and newspaper slot everyday for 2 weeks, I had business cards taped to my mailbox, I even had a notice taped to my front door, but the final straw was a postcard addressed to me with a picture of my house on it, and it was a side view which was taken from an angle, from in front of one of my neighbors house. It wasnt a tax assessors pic & the picture was taken over a year ago because my tress arent in bloom yet, which means my house may have been used in their advertisement in some way. The thought they have pics of your house from years ago while standing in your yard is creepy. The postcard has a pic of my house on one side and god knows whose house is on the other side. Finally I called the Better Business Bureau and filed a Complaint, and a Cease & Desist immediately. My neighbors have been harassed and bombarded with their flyers, fake HOA threats, postcards, and business cards also. So Im sure there will be more BBB complaints and Cease & Desist orders.The harassment is that bad.

Received a Final Notice with an Hoa flier in our mail. We do not have an Hoa. I find this ad as a fear tactic and misleading for people. Very predatory and overall a bad buisness practice.

I have shown no interest in their service but they continue to send harassing mail to my address insisting I pay them to come poison my yard with their chemicals. I wasnt interested the first 3 times seriously wish they would stop opening my mailbox to put illegal flyers in there as well.

After having to call them several times last year for weed problems and after showing the tech weed problems this year and those in the office saying they personally dont have time to come my hose and walk my lawn with me I fired them today. The office customer service is very low rated and didnt should care to my problem. He said they had pictures of my lawn and didnt see any weeds but the tech failed to take any pictures of the problem I showed him. Will never recommend them to anyone again.

Beware, sends out notices claiming to be a second notice from your HOA. They admit they send out these bogus notices. Very deceptive advertising and makes me afraid to do any business with anyone who would use business practices like this.

They then send you a flyer with a picture of your home as a way to market to you. This is not okay. When I called, I spoke with Rick who stated that the tax assessor had a picture of my home so why couldnt he? If I want your business I will contact you. I will NEVER do business with them. Please beware as your privacy may be in danger with them. Upon further research, I have found that predatory is a common practice with this company.
