My husband and I had a flat tire on Hwy. 540. We were heading to Virginia with our fifth wheel, when our truck had a flat. The LBS landscaping crew stopped to help us and had all the equipment on their truck to make fast work of it. We’ll never forget their act of kindness and even without seeing their landscaping work, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Never hire this company. We had them cut our very small yard, and they were almost always late. The last time they came, they decided to weed eat our flower bed. I let them know it was ok, but not to do that again as those flowers were very expensive. They never came back after that. I just called them to find out why they haven’t shown up in a month, and he said they quit because it took to long to receive payment. I went through my invoices, and it took 6 days once for me to pay them, because I didn’t see the email, all others were paid within three days. Even if they decided to stop doing our yard, they could have called or emailed to let me know. I do not live at this property, so my tenants had to let me know the grass was getting high. The truth is, my yard is small and they didn’t want to make time for my $35 job.

My pictures are afters and befores. I am so happy with my decision to use LBS. They came out and gave me a a really good quote. It wasn’t the lowest, but definitely more affordable than some of the other quotes I received. And they do an *amazing* job. I was speechless when they first left my house. In an hour, the two-man team mowed my half acre property, edged my trees, sidewalk, and driveway, blew all the leaf debris, and power washed all of the weeds growing between the bricks in my walkway and driveway. I was AMAZING! They have extremely customer-friendly policies, which include a courtesy text and the ability to skip services. They also accept a variety of payment types. All at a great price. I really couldn’t be happier with my service.

Yes, I left this review with no comment for a reason, but since the review ask for a response then I will share. I was a little surprised that the owner asked for money immediately and right before finishing the job, but I paid him bec they appeared to be doing a pretty good job with clearing the area from a far. Upon arriving at the center, I noticed that someone had knocked my fence down in front of the daycare while working. Then, someone knocked a hugh tree over on my fence & left it. They put some trimming from the trees over my fence when I paid for a dumpster. My playground has hugh tractor prints bec apparently someone tried to work while it rained excessively leaving the grounds uneven & difficult to walk on. I shared my concern with the owner, he started talking fast & was uninterested. Lesson learned: I don't care how nice or desperate a person may want their money before a job is complete, just wait:)

The LBS crew is the hardest working, most ethical group I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I dealt with them from out of state and they sent almost 200 pictures documenting what started as a disaster area of a yard. In a very short time, they had it ready for showing. My 84 year old grandmother watched from her home across the street and called me in amazement. "Miracle workers are in your yard!!" Thank you, LBS, for the fantastic job!
