First time using the mosquito defense service. The Trugreen technician was friendly and provided the information to help keeping our pets safe. Looking forward to seeing results and being able to enjoy the yard again.

This is the first time I ve had the tree and shrub fertilizer. I can t really evaluate how I like it yet. Sam left a message that some of my plants had anthracnose. I wish I had more information on which plants. I would cut them back.

Ive never had any complaints concerning service from tru-green.

I have been using this service for at least three years now, and I need to find another service. My last service was a disaster. In my research a rule of thumb is to not apply a treatment to lawns after a storm as the fertilizer will be of little affect. They treated my lawn a day after heavy rain saturated the yard. They did two applications, weed and feed, and grub control. Neither of them worked. I have a little more weeds than normal, and the skunks had a field day digging up grubs. I never experienced that issue before. Now I have to remove the damaged lawn and seed the damaged areas. They didnt waste any time with the numerous phone calls requesting payment for their services. Ill have a 3/4 acre lot, but I may count my losses and move on from them, even if I have to do it myself.

Today I thought I would receive service later in the day and would not be able to interact with anyone, but TruGreen specialist Hasker, S., was able to provide my lawn treatment service early today. I was informed when he arrived and was able to receive a little feedback as to how well things are coming along with the lawn, we were both in agreement as to how we see the lawn, and I was provided additional tips to help with the care of the lawn. Nobody else touches my lawn--just them, my technician! They have proven knowledgeable to all sorts of situations with my lawn. The service is a lot better than it was in the past few years with that being said the one thing I think they can improve on is the consistency with their drivers, it started off really good with one guy for the first couple of treatments and then after that, we ended up having a total of two different guys. Most of the time I was able to see the service being completed however, there was one time. Had to leave before they arrive, but thank goodness for my neighbors in the security cameras. The driver did pull up to do the front yard, but never once did the backyard.

Had a very positive experience with scheduling our first visit. The customer service rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. I really liked the app and being able to gets updates via email and text and notifications via the app as well. The technician who showed up on site was very accommodating when our gate was locked and we could not locate the key. He went out of his way to make sure the back lawn was treated by entering through our home. I cant wait to see our new sod respond to the treatment going forward.

I have complianed for years about the service that I have been receiving. It always appears that when they come out to service my yard, they dont include the back yard. When I speak to them about it they say that wasnt told what they should be doing.

Mosquito management is lackluster. An option for weed control in flower/plant beds would be great.

Would give no stars if possible. Have come out twice and not done our backyard but lied on the paperwork that the entire area was treated . Check your cameras or watch if you re home, because they ll con you out of money.

I d say one of the most techy lawn company I have seen. From the appointment scheduling , arrival tracking,the treatment summary, sms, email and all records tracking, all high tech. As far as the lawn treatments, i dont know much about the chemicals but grass does look healthier. Lawn techs Devin E and Joshua H do a great job on addressing the customer concerns.

I had trugreen many many years ago but had some issues but maybe things have changed so Im willing to give them another try so Im hopeful. I will update when more time has passed.

They came on April 3 rd for the last application. The employee didnt know I was home. I watched from my front door and witnessed her fertilized only half of my front lawn. When I called to complain, they told me a manager would call me within 48 hours. He called the following day and told me he would send someone back out the following week. They texted me the following week and said they had to reschedule. Every time I call them they tell me theyre sending someone out the next day. Definitely giving me the run around. Very unprofessional.

Entering year 3 of services and our lawn is the worst it s been. No one has returned my inquiry through the app and customer service stated a local representative would call me within 48hrs. This was a week ago. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed I prepaid for 2024 services.

2nd time they haven t done my back yard. They come for legitimately 2 mins and leave before I can get to the door. They were supposed to send someone back out and they never came the first time. 2nd time they talked to the babysitter and she didn t know what they were supposed to do so they just left even though it was In the notes to spray the backyard and could of call my husband. Waste of money. Will not be going with them next year.

This year we have had the pleasure of having Jeffery as our specialist and he has been doing a fabulous job. The specialist we had las tear Lauren, was terrible. We had started to think of trying a different company. Until we got Jeffery for our specialist this year. Jeffery explains exactly what he is doing and answers any questions we might have with expert knowledge about the services he is providing. He takes his time, but is done within a reasonable time frame. The specialist last year would come and spray the trees, spray for five seconds in the air for our yard and never sprayed around the outside of our house for the insect control which is something we pay extra for. I m happy that they sent another service out when I was not satisfied with what I had. That makes me feel that they care about their customer

You cannot speak to anyone in locally (told me it is impossible), all calls routed to the Caribbean. No one-on-one consulting, driver of Aerator/Seeder showed up high as a kite for the 1st service without killing any weeds or consultation what so ever. Called the Caribbean call center, hung up on me twice.

The worst experience ever! The guys showed up to my house 2:30 and was done by 2:34pm I have a huge yard!! Still a lot of weed since 5 applications. Not recommended!!

This is the first year my husband and I have used TruGreen and were very impressed so far. The pricing is reasonable and the product works. We havent had dandelions since their first treatment and our lawn is greener and heathier looking. TruGreen always sends a text message to keep us in the loop and weve received several proactive calls to ensure were pleased with their service. Overall, I cant say enough great things!

Green lawn more weeds...

Faithful customer for almost 9 years. I used to like this company however after the service or should I say lack there of, I received for the spring summer of 2023, I will no longer be using trugreen. Not sure where they get the technicians or if they are properly trained but the quality of their work has significantly decreased. One particular technician Ryan A. Lies about doing work. I have security cameras around the entire perimeter of my home as well as I was home this particular day that he said he got out of the truck and looked at my lawn. He did no such thing, did not apply fertilizer etc. The quality of my lawn does not look the same as it did previous years. I will no longer be using tru green. I will find another fertilizing company.

True green is okay, I ve been with them for years, I don t believe they use the same quality Solutions that was used , these companies Always use the excuse that your grass has grubs, well get rid of them!!!!

Great communication (texts). Most of the staff that has come to our home has followed protocol of knocking on the door when they arrive. Any of them we have spoken to have been professional, courteous and polite. Despite the condition of our yard at beginning of season, I was hoping it would ve rebounded better this year. We ll be getting the same services next year in hopes that next year, we will have a weed free and lush lawn again.

How is this still a business? Let s spray carcinogenic chemicals all over my yard and let them seep into the water table!!! Can t believe they get anyone to work here inhaling this stuff all day I m sure they ll take care of their healthcare when they have lymphoma.

Weve had a very rainy summer, people all around me are complaining about how bad the mosquitoes are and I tell them that I can work in my gardens, sit on my deck and work in my garage without one bite!! Well I m on the fence right now with Truegreen! We pay for Organic ONLY products, to nourish our lawn. I caught, not the first time mind you a technician spraying poison on my lawn! Then he lies and says oops! So I tell him to get his boss on the phone, so what does he do? He took off! Then complained I verbally abused him! Really? Poor baby, you spray poison on my lawn, and get caught lying about it, man up, and make it right! At least say you re sorry. Don t run away like a coward. So the company tried to make good on his mistake but the next idiot scheduled a week later, to come didn t bother to look at the work order either and made me wait home all day and didn t put ORGANIC product in his truck! So finally I was given a refund(wow) service was scheduled the other day a wonderful young man named Anthony P. Showed up with Organic he did the job I called Truegreen and requested that they put him on as my permanent technician!

This is the first lawn service I have contracted with. My lawn has improved since contracting with Trugreen. I am notified by phone of upcoming scheduled applications that do not require my participation. As most of my lawn needs restoration I am pleased with the progress made in one season. The lawn color has improved and many weeds are no longer present. My specialist seems knowledgeable and is confident that long tern results are achievable. The cost is understandably more than purchasing and applying fertilizer myself but I admit this program applies targeted, specific fertilizer and weed control at specific intervals with return visits if I am not satisfied. This was year one for me and have posted my check for next year to take advantage of the prepay discount.

They come when they say they will and so far Ive been pleased with the service

Didnt help my lawn and proceed to call 20 plus times after telling them to no longer call me and I no longer would like to continue service. This company is like working with a shady used car salesman.
