I would not use this company. When they are done with a yard the sidewalks are completely covered with fertilizer. This is a hazard to dog walkers. If the granules can absorb into the pads if they are damp or if the dogs feet get wet; and if granules are caught in the pads the dog may ingest it by licking their paws when they get home. They need to take an extra 2 minutes to use a leaf blower and clean the sidewalks.
Ed - Thank you for your response. FYI - You came up in my google search for mosquito spray. That was why I called you. Either way someone should of called me back the 1st, 2nd or the 3rd time I called to let me know its a service you do not cover. Unfortunately, it took me writing this bad review to finally hear back from you. I have left 3 messages (March 1st, April 6th & April 17th) for someone to call me so I can set up a schedule for the mosquito spray treatment. Every time I called I was connected to their answering service, who took my information and said I would get a returned phone call which I never received. At this point I can only assume they don't want new customers.
Master Gardener has been keeping my lawn healthy & weed free, since 2012. They deserve all the credit for the compliments I receive on my beautiful lawn. They are very reasonably priced, reliable, & knowledgeable with any concerns or questions regarding your lawn. Great company!!!
Our lawn looked amazing in the summer of 2023. I have just prepaid, (in full) my Master Gardener account for the summer of 2024. I am very confident we will see another lush and green lawn. It's that kind of lawn that calls one to sit down in the yard, and enjoy the beauty of the summer.
Master Gardener is a terrific company. The owner Ed has been to my house to do applications and he is friendly and the service is top notch! I’ve been with two other name brand well known companies and my lawn has never looked better than with Master Gardener! This is my 3rd year with them and I’m looking forward to having another beautiful and green, weed and grub free lawn! Their pricing can’t be beat either, and you’re not last on the list like other name brand companies. I am a permanent customer!
I just started having Master Gardener as my fertilizer company and after 2 applications my lawn has never looked so green. I no longer have weeds to worry about pulling. I don't know what they use for fertilizer but its working great!
I have had them for years and they were able to follow me to my new home. My grass always looks great. And if I have questions or concerns they are very responsive.
We are pleased with MASTER GARDEN.. . This is our 2nd year and will continue the service. We had other companies to keep our yard sprayed and none of them compare. Thanks for taking good care of our lawn.. I have referred this company to a few people liking for recommendations

Ive used this company for 10+ years, and they have helped to improve our lawn health and weed control.
It started well but now my grass is back to ugly, like it was when I left True Green thinking Master Gardener is better. Im thinking maybe Id just do this myself. $47x7 a year (329) seems a lot and my lawn is still bad.... Macomb.

I m not being serviced by this company but I had to leave a review. My neighbors grass is the best grass in the neighborhood and this company is the company they are using. How can they make the grass look so green!! It looks like it get painting the grass dark green! It looks absolutely beautiful!!!!!!!!!!
Master Gardner Review My wife and I decided to change fertilizing companies this year since it seemed Master Gardner was killing the weeds in our neighbors yards. Well we had to cancel after three applications. The weeds are still there and we have horrible crab grass that they haven t taken care of. As a master Gardner they should not just treat but advise their customers what they need to treat so you have lush green grass and weed/crab grass free. The home owner should not have to say hey what s this to the tech, the tech respond with crab grass. The tech should be let the owner know hey that s crab grass let me treat it with I had to reach out to the owner for them to let me know they would be out next week. Well that week has come and gone with no communication. They don t do a great job and my yard continues to look like garbage. Stay away from this company unless you want to just throw your money away. I m someone who has to work hard for my money not to just get scammed by a company.

Great customer service however my lawn still looks the same after 3 years. No improvement.
Lawn looks better than it has in a long time
They killed our lawn. Put down way too much fertilizer last year on a dry lawn while we were in a drought. When asked to fix it, they dropped a bag of grass seed off and continued to charge us. They didnt stand by their mistake and now our grass is severely damaged even now.
Master Gardener is the only company I will let treat my lawn. They treat you and your lawn with top notch care. The last company we used would leave fertilizer all over the side walk and driveway but Master Gardener blows it all back to the grass before they leave. My neighbors down the street now use this company because they love how my lawn looks!
I get compliments on my lawn with this company. Ive had other companies but was not complimented by the color and condition.

Master Gardner is THE ABSOLUTE BEST lawn care company DO NOT USE TRUEGREEN if you call and talk to Master Gardener they will tell you why they are the best better than I can but my yard has improved so much after I began working with them!!!

I am still able and enjoy the up keep of my own lawn. My next door neighbor has Master Gardener lawn service. I noticed the great job the guys do, keeping everything neat and clean never blowing unwanted grass clippings onto other properties or the sidewalk or the street. Yes, I know its a small thing but, detail to small things sends a strong message.If I ever need them I will call.
