Very pleased with Genesis Outdoor. In less than a week I had the contract signed and my first cut was done. I was struggling to have my previous contractor to come out and cut the lawn. Once I contacted Genesis Outdoor, it was done. I don’t have to call and ask. It’s just done weekly with hassle free service. Highly recommended.

Josh and Team have done a great job. I have been very satisfied with their work and attention to detail, as well as their response time to requests I have from time to time. They make sure the gate is closed and secure, that helps when you have a dog.They pretty much show up like clock work, which also helps with having a dog!

Snow removal
BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH! We received a quote for $30 per cut to cut our lawn and we signed an agreement. The very first time they came out to cut the grass they wanted to raise the price to $40 per cut because their system estimated our back yard wrong. Apparently contracts dont mean anything to them and when we didnt agree to their bait and switch tactics they said this would be their last cut. They didnt even offer to cut the grass the following week or two until we found someone else. Very poor customer service and they dont even have the audacity to pick up the phone and call but instead just send emails.
First time using a lawn service and I picked a winner. Very satisfied with their work.
I switched over to Genesis back in June and my lawn has never looked as great as it does today. I m so pleased with the service and the immediate attention when it s needed. I would highly recomend them to all my friends, family and neighbors.

Great company. Great service. Great prices. They always show up on their scheduled day, and I get an email if they have to change is due to weather or a holiday. My lawn looks better than it has In years!! Highly recommend!
