Sherrone completely changed my mind in trying Naturescape again. Her professionalism was just outstanding. The knowledge of the products and being understanding and showing compassion for our concerns was just so impressive.

I used to mow the lawn myself but lately I havent had the time. Ive been a client since last year and I love that I dont even have to think about the lawn. They come by about every 10 days, mow and trim and then I can pay online - which is awesome because other companies require cash at the time of mowing. Also, if it doesnt need mowing, theyll come back another day. I appreciate that they make sure the back gate is closed when theyre done so my dog wont accidentally get out. Great customer service too. Im always trying to convince my friends and family to just get a mowing service - makes life so much easier and its totally worth it.

I have been using Naturescape Lawncare service for about 15 years. I have utilized their 5-step fertilization program for that period of time, the grub control for 5 yrs, mosquito control for 3 yrs, and lawn aeration intermittently. During this time period I have only needed to call them back one time for dandelion control around the base of my chain link fence; they responded the following day! The lawncare technicians are respectful of your property and Im very satisfied with Naturescape. I will also add that any contact I have had with the office staff has been very pleasant. One final note is that if you prepay for fertilization and/or mosquito control by Dec 31st, youll receive a nice discount for the upcoming season.

We just had our last mosquito application today for the season . Our specialist Tyshonn Woodard did a Fantastic job ! He covered every inch of our lawn and took extra care spraying all of our landscape shrubbery. Tyshonn also made sure the wooded section along the back of the yard was covered thoroughly!! Excellent specialist ! Thank you Nature Scape we were very pleased today .

Each year I await my call and appreciate the fine product and service by Naturescape. They truly represent a professional company that still provides quality service and is intentional in doing things well and proper. Thank you. This is the Naturescape I ve known and trusted since 2008.) We have used Naturescape for several years and have always been happy with their service. In the past whenever there s been a problem with our yard they ve been very responsive and called us back quickly and would send someone to look at our yard or reapply an application. When we moved last year we continued with Naturescspe. The amount of weeds in the yard was not cut down by their applications. My husband ended up spraying for weeds but then he thought, why am I doing this, I ve paid Naturescape to do it. He called and told the representative about the problem and expected them to say they d be out to look at our yard and reapply but he was told someone would call him. No one did. He called back and was told someone had called him but no one did. They ve always been courteous and customer service oriented but not this time. After many years we cancelled our service and told that was ok our 5 applications were done for the year. So much for great customer service and a focus on customer retention. Sorry Naturescape, we are taking our business elsewhere.

I have used their lawn care services for a few years and they live up to their customer satisfaction claim. They have made a couple of return trips over the years to clear up any problems (which have been few). They respond quickly and are extemely courteous.

Awful service! My husband and I have sick all week and haven t been able to shovel. We hired the snow removal service and never showed up. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I then began asking many questions about an issue I was having in my front lawn. He answered all my questions and gave me many helpful suggestions. I called yesterday to set up services and I also mentioned some bug issues. They were at our house within a half hour of that call to treat the yard for bugs and this morning to treat for weeds. Weve used their services in the past and have always been happy with them

I put in a request to mow/fertilize my yard last week and I called them twice regarding when they could come out and mow. I was told over the phone they would be in my area the next day and nothing was done to my yard. Now my grass is too long and I m afraid I m going to have to pay double to get it mowed down. This company does not get back to you easily and doesn t schedule and keep to their word of when they are coming out.

My experience with Nature Scape it has been great. Nature Scape treated our lawn with weed and feed about tree times out the year, always professional I totally like that I didnt have to sign a contract.

We have been with your company for over 20 years+. The staff that answers the telephone are always so very pleasant also Great service. If there is a problem with our yard after they have sprayed, we contact the office and an appointment is set right away and they advise us of the time frame someone will be out. We have been using NatureScape of Rockford for the past 4 years. The price is good, the quality is great and they have had great follow up on any problems that have arisen over the years - Not that there has been many problems, but when there have been they are very responsive! I use Naturescape for fertilizing my yard and it looks great! I have also used them for yard cleanup as well as mowing and they do a great job. And if you have any issues, they will make it right! I had to have them mow my lawn twice due to mower problems and Amy and Katie scheduled me right away. Mark was out the next day. I highly recommend Naturescape. They are a great bunch of people, as well as dependable and reasonably priced. I wanted to update my review. I had some huge branches from the renters tree next door fall into my yard and being the unfriendly people they are, they refused to pick them up and get rid of them. I had called Naturescape for a lawn mowing and asked if they would take them but they couldnt. Well to my surprise, Gage, I believe was his name had taken them. I pulled up to my house after work, the grass cut and the branches were gone. It was such a great relief since I dont have the tools to chop them up and get rid of them myself. Just one more great thing about Naturescape. They absolutely go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Highly, highly recommend!!

The company was supposed to come out on Tuesday but didn t make it til Frlday. The grass was very long by then so they charged me double. when they finished it didn t look like they barely cut it ; 3 days later I had to have someone else come and do the yard - 28 bags and 2 trash cans later full of grass! So not happy!

I use Naturescape on all of my properties. They do 55 locations for me. Not all of the lawns turn out perfect every time, but they are so responsive in taking care of any problem I have. They have worked for me the last 20 years. The best deal in fertilization and herbicide applications.

Weve used this company at a previous home and had very little complaints. They did over fertilize our yard. We usee their package with 5 applications. When it killed our yard we had someone come out and help us figure out what happened and uses less applications the following years. So when we moved to our new home we thought we would still use them. But we wanted someone to come out and look at the yard with us to decide if we needed some of their extra services as this yard had alot of previously landscaping that was removed leaving rocks and dead areas every where. My complaint is that Ive called and spoke to representatives over the phone 3 times and no one has come out. We actually had a person call and set up a time and then never show up. Then I called to speak to a supervisor was told they were off on fridays but one would call me on monday. Again no return call. When calling in it says customer service is their number one priority. Apparently not when a long time customer cant seem to get a return call.

Strongly recommend the Rockford branch. Competitive pricing, reliable service and I absolutely love the mosquito control!!!!. Perfect for the Fourth of July weekend.

Our yard was a weed fest until I spoke with Carolyn at Naturescape! I had my first application and everything was looking beautiful until we suffered several weeks of non-stop rain and it appeared that our application was failing - NO PROBLEM said Carolyn - and we had someone out to re-spray within 3 days at no additional charge - Our neighbors saw how great our lawn looked and now they are Naturescape customers too! Highly recommend over any other lawn care service we have used in the past!! These people know their grass, weeds and how to make their customers happy!! Thanks again!!

I recently had the wonderful experience of having Naturescape attend to my lawn that was in dire need of professional help . The office staff are friendly and courteous every time i call . Theyre informative and always willing to help. The tech arrived on time (which is a big plus in my book) with a big smile and friendly attitude . He was very informative with the plan for my yard . He was eager to answer any questions i had and put my concerns at ease . I felt totally confident in trusting him to do a great job. He didnt let me down . The tech was careful to avoid any areas i asked him to while being proffesionally attentive to my yards need. He even closed my gate when he was done . I have to say that your company has some very well trained and super friendly employees . I look forward to building a long lasting relationship with Naturescape as my go to lawn guys . First year we have used their services and everything was wonderful! We also got the mosquito treatment and it makes a huge difference. Plus if you call with an issue, they come out right away! Strongly recommend.

I have tried resolving issues Ive had with them THREE times. There is a huge lack of communication between the office and those who come out to the services. I have repeatedly asked them to call me before coming out to see if I had my leaves up before aerating and overseeding. This last time they were supposed to wait until I called them to give them the ok to come out. Well they just do whatever they want, because there is a guy here right now working on my lawn. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

BEWARE!! I have had NatureScape doing my fertilizer for a few years, but recently I started questioning their services. I recently had them come and do a third application (granules), They put a sign in the lawn, an invoice on the door but there were no tracks in my lawn from the spreader machine, and also, I saw no sign of any granules on any surface (driveway, irrigation valve covers etc.) I called them and their excuse was He must have got distracted. My wife was home at the time and did not hear or see anyone doing anything to the lawn, and I also have video cameras outside my house that showed that he did nothing to my lawn except put a sign in the front yard saying it was just fertilized. This is a very dishonest practice. I also noticed the same thing last fall when they were to aerate and over seed my lawn, but I never saw any signs of any seed anywhere on my lawn, but I got charged for the seeding. Now I know why they are soo much cheaper than other companies.

I am revising my review due to responses so far. Even so, please look at the attached photos to see for yourself what NatureScape did to my lawn. They did the same thing for my neighbor across the street. As of this revision, the local manager has talked to me and has sent his assistant manager to the house to speak with my wife. Their solution is to put us on a schedule to aerate and overseed some time in the future. No date has been set yet. Craig, from the corporate office, also called to tell me essentially the same thing, adding that I will be happy with the eventual results. Of course, nothing can be done about the dead areas now. Theyre dead. This is not the first negative experience weve had with this company. So far, our overall impression is not favorable. As for what it will be, we shall see.

My Uncle has been using Naturescape, for his beautiful yard Elmhurst, for years! He recommended their services to my Mom and Aunt and now they swear by them too. I thought Id check, on a whim, that they could come to my home in Sycamore and turns out they have a location in Rockford! Weve been extremely happy with their customer service and quality products. They are timely and professional!
