After trying 3 different lawn companies in the first 3 years of owning our new house, we finally tried Kapp's. Our lawn has never looked this healthy, lush, and green before! The service techs are very helpful with suggestions in between treatments and photos to explain what's going on, and they are a real pleasure to work with. Will never go anywhere else as long as we're in NEOH.
Kapp's Lawn Care is a very dependable service. They do a fine job taking care of your lawn, cleaning up and pruning needed shrubs and trees. They are reasonable and keep your property looking neat and attractive.
They've been keeping my lawn looking great and trees healthy for several years in Medina. Helpful and friendly on the phone anytime I need to talk to them.

Kapps’s Cleveland branch is absolutely awesome. My lawn was in really bad shape just 3 months ago. With their applications and instruction now it looks great!!! My lawn is weed free and healthy. Without Kapp's, it would be full of weeds and grubs or other turf-eating pests we've dealt with in the past. It's a huge relief not to have to worry about that, and it adds a lot to the curb appeal. Buying all the products and treating the lawn ourselves is just as expensive so it's a great value!
Kapps has always been responsive and professional. Of the 30+ years I have owned my property they are the best lawn service provider I have utilized. When issues arise, they handle them quickly and to my satisfaction.

Theyre better than other companies out there that Ive given a try. They will listen and try to please you if at all possible.
I had them treat the lawn. And had more dead yard then good and a lot of weeds after they started. It killed a lot of the lawn now I have to bring in dirt and reseed.

Expensive. Yard had lots of weeds while using their service. Yard got patchy and dry while using them. Not worth the price.
Unfortunately I had high expectations seeing they performed the fertilization/weed control service to one of my neighbors lawns and it looked great. My lawn looks worse now than it did last year when I did the fertilization /weed control with off the shelf products. My lawn is about 30% weeds and I have already cancelled for next year.

Grass looked great after the first application, but after that, it was pale and looked malnourished. I had three different types of grass growing in my yard after the first application. Absolutely horrible. All of my neighbors grass looked better than mine and I was the only one that actually paid for service. I would never use them again. First time I asked the guy when he would be back and very carelessly replied I don t know. Clearly the communication hair is not good.

We began using Kapps at the start of the 2021 season. When I recently received a call asking if we wanted to add a grub control application, I mentioned that there was a concern following a lawn treatment. The very next morning, the Kapps branch manager came to our property to address my concern. I hadnt asked for this nor did I expect it, but it solidified my trust in this company. Customer service like that doesnt exist anymore, and it has earned Kapps my future business without a doubt. Thanks Bob, for demonstrating such excellent dedication and service to your customers!

Just started using Kapps service this spring. Couldnt be happier. My yard is looking much better and the dandelion and weed problems have disappeared after 2 treatments. We signed up for the 6 treatment program. Lawn is greener and grass is growing better. When I called with concerns Kapps followed up within a week, at no charge. Our Kapps guy who treats the yard is courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this companys services.
Kapps keeps my lawn looking healthy, never burned. They give awesome advice and suggestions on cutting and watering. They have whatever your lawn needs to keep it right.

I have lived in my home now for over 4 years and we had another lawn service BEFORE Kapps....Never again my lawn is so well taken care of by the service technicians...I have even called and had questions answered. Now if I can only get.ky neighbors on board,we would have the greenest block in the city. Highly recommend...

Company took advantage of us when we had a bad storm ...and charged us for a application for our grass when its was fully covered with trees and debris from the storm...our yard and house was a disaster and claimed the treated it when it was impossible even have pictures of the yard.NOT TRUST WORTHY WANT EVER RECOMMEND!!!!!
Ive been a customer for a few years now. Over the years other lawn service companies have tried to pressure me into 6 or sometimes more lawn applications a year. During my conversation with Bob (the owner I believe) a few years ago, I suggested 4 applications and if needed add additional. He was supportive and gave no resistance to my suggestion. He suggested I set my mower on the highest cut setting and give him one year, which I did and I couldnt be more happy with my yard (Best its looked ever). Fast forward to today, I received a telephone call from Grace, Highland Rd. Office Im guessing. She wanted to remind me about my bill, which I had completely forgotten about. She was extremely pleasant and forgiving of my oversight. During this conversation we discussed how the owner writes notes or suggestions or tips on the bill he leaves fastened to the door after each application. I mentioned the fact Ive been seeing more ants this year and she suggested I try their foundation insect application. I signed up for this treatment and Im hoping its as successful as the lawn applications have been. Note to Owner (If its still Bob): Youre fortunate to have Grace as an employee, she is truly an extension of you and talks to your customers just as you would.
There is no one Id rather have service my lawn. Fast, friendly, effective with extensive knowledge of issues and how to tackle them. You cant go wrong!
We have been a customer of Kapps for the past three years. When our old lawn service failed us and ruined our lawn, Kapp;s was there to advise us on the new lawn installation and maintenance. Everything they said was born out in results and the new lawn developed very, very well. We liked them so much, we hired them to maintain our brand new lawn for your new house. kapps is hands down the best lawn services Ive used and Ive tried them all. they are a local company that listens to their clients. Ive recently moved to a new home and kapps was there that week to talk to me about my new property and what we can do to make the lawn the best it can be! Ive recommended at least 5-6 neighbors to kapps in the past, and they have all been more than satisfied.
Kapps provide service for me at my home, and to many of the customers of the company for which I work. I cant say enough good things about them! The are above and beyond great to work with from both sides. Brandy in the office is friendly, efficient, and reliable and gets things done right away. Rob, the service manager, is just the same. They all really care about their customers. They are wonderful at solving problems before they even occur, but if there is any concern, they jump to correct it. I am very pleased about every aspect of doing business with Kapps Green Lawn. :)
Multiple times left dry chemical pellets all over my deck and my driveway and neighbors driveway. Neighborhood animals and young children suspect to chemicals (vet and pediatrician bills to show for it). Techs more concerned with SPEED than quality of service. Steer clear of this company at all costs.
