Everyone was friendly and respectful of the property, especially Matthew. They listened to what I said and delivered quality work. I recommend them for landscaping and yard work.

For 3 years Second Look has been caring for my yard and driveway. I find them to be dependable and thorough. They have taken care to clean up debris at the end of plowing season.

I recently hired this company to do a fall cleanup for my parents. Every interaction was positive, from initial request for quote, answering my follow up questions via phone, and the completion of the job. My father is a tough customer, but he continues to rave about how great the crew was that did the work and how thorough and efficient they were. I found this company to be professional and reliable. Highly recommend and we will use them again.

They did a great job keeping my driveway clear this winter. Always done before I needed to go out. The ground never froze hard so there was some minor damage at the end of the driveway. Before I could push things back in place and throw some seed down, they had a landscape crew here doing a very pro job repairing it. I would highly recommend them.

Out of the many landscaping companies we could’ve chose in the greater Rochester area I decided to give this company a chance. The Owner seemed very nice over the phone as we discussed the scope of work. What was supposed to be a simple job turned into a complete breakdown of communication on their part. They completely disregarded our concerns over the job. Rather than trying to work out a reasonable solution, they just insisted on getting paid. I have no problem paying someone for doing a good job but when you mess up and don’t offer any reasonable solution to help fix a problem, that’s just poor customer service!

Joe and his team did a 5-star job of edging and mulching the gardens around our home. They also ground two tree stumps and applied top soil to a barren area adjacent to a tree garden. Mulching was a big job - 15 cubic yards - but every square foot was done with care and they obviously take great pride in their work! Our gardens never looked better! We'll be using them again in the future and would highly recommend Second Look Property Maintenance.

I highly recommend Second Look Maintenance . I have had them do my lawn combined with plowing services for a few years and find they are reliable with the work done for me.. The lawn has never looked so good since Joe and his crew have been doing it. Anything that can be done outside from cleaning gutters, removing trees and even painting the house Joe and his crew can do it and you will know it will be done to your satisfaction .. I am a very happy customer in Bristol Valley.
