Unique Environmental Landscapes in Mableton

We absolutely love Unique Environmental landscaping. When we moved into our house there, Todd came with the team to make sure everything was pointed out and done correctly. They did a wonderful job and also worked on our irrigation system. Thanks Unique

The crew does a phenomenal job with the grounds of our condo community. The landscaping always looks fantastic and the entire crew is always so considerate, especially when they have the blowers out. Highly recommend!

We needed to have our front landscaping redone after a terrible job by a previous company. Unique Environmental Landscapes did an AMAZING job. Todd is an amazing landscape designer. He listened to what I thought I was looking for and came up with a design beyond what I even expected. Everyday we get comments on how beautiful the front of our house looks. The crew was courteous, clean, and respectful of my house, lawn and surrounding areas. I've never seen a crew work so hard. Can't recommend Unique enough. Would give them 5+ stars if I could.

We pride ourselves in being detail oriented and we have finally met a company who met our expectations. During the summer of 2014 we decided that it was time for us to address our landscaping needs. We placed calls to several landscaping companies, but we were most impressed with Unique. Michele was most pleasant to talk to and handle all of our questions and coordinated accordingly with Todd, Matt, Pete and the rest of the outstanding team. They would always return my calls and despite of the weather related delays and dealing with unforeseen elements, they would always catch up and make things right. They were able to deliver on their contract and then some. They built the most beautiful stone retaining wall & stone patio, exceeding our expectations. They laid Zoysia sod in our back and front yard while being very meticulous. A great experience!!!

We came across Unique while at the Atlanta Home Show in September. Loved the way they tiered their demo landscape and the variety of landscaping materials. So I asked Todd for a layout of our smallish backyard. He did a superb job listening to what we wanted to use the space for then rendering a fairly detailed layout. Couldn't be happier with the end result. We started about four weeks after agreeing on the scope and they finished six weeks after breaking ground. Several challenges (hidden by the earth and previous site construction) emerged but Todd and his crews adapted extremely well, and we ended up with a really attractive and functional outdoor space. Not the cheapest but in my experience one of the most diligent, honest and capable contractors I've had the pleasure working with. We've also agreed to take on their maintenance and care services, too.

Our subdivision has used Unique in the past for ongoing maintenance as well as huge entrance renovation projects and always with excellent results. They are always willing to discuss ideas or concerns, but what I find especially refreshing is their creativity and desire to meet the end result of the customer. All employees and owners treat you with utmost respect. We keep coming back for more time after time so that says something about longevity in the marketplace as well as good customer service.

I really hate writing negative reviews but I had a very poor experience with this company. I met with the owner (Todd) and felt that he would be perfect for our project. Unfortunately what followed was a complete lack of follow up and planning from UE. The only way to get anything moving forward was to complain. Complaining would result in one baby step forward followed by being completely ignored yet again. I could deal with the delays, but not the lack of respect. I finally decided to pull the plug even though I'm left with a torn-up yard and having invested several thousand dollars. I just couldn't see going any further into a major project with a company so lacking in project management and customer skills. Perhaps UE is better suited to yard/common area maintenance or small projects that can be completed over a few days.

HORRIBLE!!! For some unknown reason our subdivision hired this company to maintain the grounds. During the winter, they trimmed the hedges right before the big freeze, killing off many, including mine. I phoned the company several times and never received one call back. Subsequently, the guys came back and cut all the hedges down to stumps. Again, no call back. BEWARE!!
