If I could give it lower than a 1 I would. Came to clean my sisters gutters. Took them all of 12 minutes. They were on property all of 22 minutes according the the receptionist who must be mentally challenged. The owner claims his men can clean gutters front and back in 5 minutes.. Does anyone out there believe that??? Not a company you want to do business with.

Just purchased a new home and seen workers at my neighbors house so I decided to call for an estimate. When I called the receptionist took my info and said she would get a quote and give me a call back. After 4hrs of no response, I decided to give the company a call back and remind her I had called earlier for a quote only for her to say Our services are full Goodbye. Very rude and very unprofessional.

Outstanding experience. From the start we experienced excellent communication and professionalism from the C & T sales guy Henry. provided great guidance and ideas on plant selection and what was needed to get my back yard back into the condition I always wanted.

I highly recommend this service. I have a very small backyard with a lot of requirements and problems that needed to be addressed. Henry came up with a design plan that would help me reach that goal. The crew was really hard working and joking with them made the project easy, so it really all came together well. My backyard had been trashed for years and since I retired I wanted to use it every day. Now I feel I have my own park and oasis to relax in. It looks incredible and I know I will use this outdoor room addition for years to come. I couldn t be happier, if I tried. Thanks C and T.

My experience with C&T was horrible. I was looking to get some evergreens removed and replaced. Judy came out to the house took measurements and left withoutsayinganything. I had to follow-up several days later. Spoke with her said she couldnt do the job. I asked why her explanation was we just cant do the job and hung up. I called in to speak with a manager or owner. I was told Tim would be calling me. Guess what 3 days later no call from Tim. Im guess at this point the job was too small. I was forced to give a star to be able to post a comment.

Cut cable 2 time my TVandinternetservicewereout for 2 days, and lied about they didnt ,,, I wouldnt never use them

Tim is very wonderfully professional, diligent and ethically honorable in every detail. I would recommend them to everyone.

Commitment to service is great and price is relatively good

All I can say is they showed up. My grass looks HORRIBLE. I guess they don t do edging but you will pay for it. Several portions of my grass are uncut. They do not remove any clipping ever and the mulching is more like huge globs of grass clipping left in your yard to turn yellow. They are apparently too large to care about quality service to their residential customers or pick and choose whose grass they will cut well. I recommend trying a smaller place more quality driven company. I m ashamed to drive up to my yard. When I called the lady on the phone she seems to be well versed in handling complaints. It s sad. 5-12-20 After several calls and posted the above review the manager sent a team to fix my grass. Pic posted below.

Please read the review and avoid this place!! They are unprofessional and they do a terrible job. Save your money and go somewhere else. Jennifer is rude and the owner should no be in customer service. They just tried to respond to my review by saying that the rain was the issue when it was not! They did a terrible job at cutting my lawn then wanted to wait until my next cut to fix it. Why on earth would I pay for a half cut lawn that wouldn t be fixed until my next cut? Then Jennifer hung up the phone on me. I called back and the owner was being disrespectful. Don t respond by telling lies.

My family has hired this company to do our yard for years and lately they have been very unprofessional. Our yard was not cut correctly and we called Saturday, Monday and Tuesday to have them fix it. All we got was attitude from Jennifer. My mom has her on speaker and she yelled at her and hung up the phone! How dare you treat a customer like that? No wonder why they have so many bad reviews. There are so many other landscaping companies out there that don t treat their customers terrible. The owner was just as rude. They responded to my mom with lies as to why it wasn t done correctly. I suggest you inspect your yard and document it well. I document the amount of times I contacted them to get this fixed and pictures.

Tim has always done a fantastic job! He has always been very responsive and has taken the time to go over in detail the work that was being done. My landscape has never looked better!

I hired this company to clean my pond & remove the algae prior to a Labor Day BBQ. Instead, they came over & poured blue stuff in my pond - instead of having green algae in my pond, I had smurf blue algae in my pond causing all wildlife to avoid my pond. I called back & let them know this wasnt my expectation, & he replied to me that #1 C&T maintains bigger ponds than me, #2 the guy that did it told him it looked great, & #3 it will take time to work (the end of 2019...winter). I ended up calling my old pond company back & asking for a second opinion, found out that they wrecked my pond & severely stained all of my rocks to boot. I canceled the contract I had with C&T & my old pond company fixed everything- now the birds came back, to add insult to injury, after I cancelled my contract with C&T & my old pond service company fixed the pond before Labor Day, I got a bill in the mail for something I prepaid for prior to C&T performing work on my pond! I sent them the receipt & a copy of the cancelled contract. Everyone said I should be asking for my money back & charging C&T for the work the other ACTUAL pond company did to fix their blunder.

This is my second year using them for lawn cutting. Great Service and workmanship! If something is wrong they make it right. My lawn looks absolutely beautiful!

Morris Avenue Condominium Association was overcharged for a day they did not come out in December even though they claim they did. During one winter they salted our lawn several times by mistake. This caused to grass on the edges to completely die. When the owner was confronted he said he would have to take a soil test to determine if it really was salt causing the damage to the lawn. Three other landscapers had come out and said it was definitely salt damage and they could tell just by looking at same. C&T finally did fix the issue, however, in their recent contract they put they are not liable for salt damage. When they change a contract they do not notify the Board or management company of the changes so they can overcharge if the contract is not read. When confronted as to why we were not notified of changes the reply was their insurance rates went up and someone has to pay them. Management company has advised that they lost over 1/2 of their condominium business due to the sneaky tactics and overcharging they use. Lastly, one of the unit owners planted plants on the grounds of our condominiums. C&T Landscaping came out for the fall clean-up and destroyed (pulled up) the plants. When confronted, C&T Landscaping replied they thought they were weeds. They refused to replace same.

If I could give this business a minus 3 stars, I would. Doug, the owner, and I agreed on an amount to do my weekly lawn cutting. The men he sent only did the front yard, not the back, with the exception of one time. The first month I noted on the bill the fact that they were not providing full service and I also called numerous times, leaving messages. I generously paid the first bill, stating that they owed me additional cuts for the back. The owner never called me back and refused to acknowledge that the did not do the work, by sending me a second months bill for full service, though not provided. I cancelled the service. This is THE worst service provider I have dealt with in my 23 years in Homewood. Beware!

Bad serice all around I would not recommend them. Professionalism from office to the files is just awful. Dont, dont dont use them.

This review is to help inform the public about an employee of this company. I was being a courteous driver allowing someone to make a left hand turn out of a parking lot. The light was RED in front of me. The man in the C & T truck behind me began honking his horn excessively for me to get up to the light 200 feet in front of us!! When I got to the next red light, he was screaming at me in a company vehicle!! If he has disregard for other motorists, Im sure he could care less about your lawn!
