Cooper's Landscape LLC in Lynnwood

We had a complicated clean up and Coopers LC came out provided a quote and then a different crew came out to do the work. We had some shingles missing from the pressure washing against the house and some items that weren t put back, but they worked very hard over the course of two days right before the Thanksgiving holiday. They got the yard cleaned up using lots of machines we called them back to remedy the items that weren t put back in place we have not yet gone back to the house to verify that this has happened. They were very responsive even during the storm.

This is the type of service that is quite amazing in todays society. The yard looks amazing and that is encouraging me to get flowers and water. Great job!! Isaiah is very personable and responds quickly to emails and phone calls. His team did an incredible job on our very overgrown yard. There are not enough words to describe how good the team is to mow, weed-whack and then take all the debris away. For us with limited abilities this company is a true God-send! Request for a quote was simple and had a quick response. They provided an estimate and completed the work within a week. Great work and we were satisfied with the end result.

Didnt send anyone out to look at proposed yardwork. Wanted pictures of flower beds to be weeded and edged. Sent pictures and only 4 none speaking workers showed up. Billed approximately $500 higher than estimate and explaned that by adding an addtional flower bed added $500 to amount of estimate Beware of this companys dealings.

Coopers Landscaping was a great company to work with! I submitted a form to get a quote late at night and by the next morning they had someone come out and offer me a fair price. They kept in contact while I was out looking for other quotes and when I decided to work with them they sent somebody out a couple days later. When they arrived they worked quickly, but also with great detail. Throughout the whole process they were great communicators and I highly recommend them if you want good work done at a reasonable price.

Two workers showed up to remove grass and fungus. and add sod. I had to stop the job as they were unaware that 3, not 2, of contaminated soil, funguses, was to be removed, which was clearly in the conttact.. Owner refused to visit work site. His response was, People dont like it when you watch them work. How would you feel if someone watched you work ? .... Completely unresposive to my complaint that they were not doing what I paid for and how I discovered they were in violation of the contract. 30 minutes later, one worker showed me an email on his phone that we have removed 2 of dirt and will remove one more. I would never use this landscaper again.

We were pleased with the level of service provided till a month ago. We signaled issues regarding the maintenance part of our contract falling behind - shrubs, weeds etc. and after a missed Thursday appointment I brought up to management (the crew actually showed up unannounced Saturday 08:00am), the conversation took a completely uncomfortable and unacceptable turn, we canceled their services on the spot, will not be looking back. Moving forward, I would not recommend their services.

The Coopers Landscaping Team has taken incredible care of our yard. It s been amazing to see how our lawn and all our plants have thrived this year with their expert care. We have a monthly maintenance plan but have also done some special projects with them like big fall leaf pick up and a big spring reseeding and I ve found them very reasonable with our budget every time. They are fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them!

My company sent a check in error to Coopers that was intended for a different landscaping company. Upon realizing the mistake, we promptly contacted the owner, Isaiah, who assured us he would investigate the matter. After that, we never heard back after several follow ups over the course of 6 months. When he finally did reply after our 9th follow up, he was combative and rude claiming he didnt have the funds. This was in fact a lie, as we have proof he endorsed the check before cashing it. It seems he was hoping to keep the money and that we would forget about it. Despite all of this (including proof), he refuses to return the money. The owners evident lack of integrity raises serious concerns about the businesss overall ethical standards. In light of these egregious actions, we are left with no choice but to pursue a fraud claim and take legal action to rectify this matter and protect others from experiencing similar dishonesty.

My lawn was in pretty bad shape, so we decided to remove it and install sod. Isiah listened to where and how I wanted it done, and he even came out for another visit to answer more of my questions before I finally made up my mind. He had competitive pricing and he and his crew showed up on time, worked nonstop, and did a great looking job. Looking forward to seeing my new lawn grow, and then to have more for them to do!

I have used them in the past with good success. But this year s spring cleaning did not go so well. I had requested tree Pruning to prepare a rental home for sale. When pictures were sent of the work, I noticed that no shaping had been done and some of the trees were very oddly shaped indeed. When I commented on this, he replied that pruning was done to let let more light in only, and no shaping was included. Which is strange since I told him specifically that I wanted to improve the appearance for sale and let more light in. And why prune a tree but leave it misshapen? Or at least ask the question. The second issue occurred around payment. I received timely estimates and the initial deposit request, but the follow up invoice never showed up in my inbox. I explained to him twice in email that I wasn t getting his invoices, but he didn t seem to read the message and complained that I wasn t paying him on time. At this point I think I was two days late. he probably has plenty of other business so he can be impatient and dismissive with me, I will find somebody else for future work.

We used Cooper s Landscaping for trimming a tree in our backyard. The service on was time and excellent. It was a difficult tree(because of the way it climbs out) but they did a great job. Definitely recommend Cooper s for any landscaping work!

Cooper s Landscaping is great! The owner came out the same day we inquired about a quote, and the crew started work the following week. The crew was quick and meticulous. We had our driveway, front steps, and retaining walls power washed, sod put down in our back yard, and proper drainage rocks placed around the perimeter our house. We are very impressed with how quickly they got the work done, despite some obstacles that our yard presented to them. We would definitely hire them again if we have more outdoor projects!

We used Isaiahs company to haul away branches in our yard. I reached a person when I called; she was super friendly and scheduled Isaiah to come out and give us an estimate within the next few days (pretty fast). Isaiah was down to earth and reasonable to work with. I feel he has integrity. He dealt with the issue of our job turning out to be more than either of us bargained for really well.

I was in a pinch and needed a company to come level my yard, new grass seed, and add a top dressing. After spending 8 hours in the yard myself I knew I wouldnt have enough time to get it done myself before summer. I called Coopers Landscaping and spoke with Amanda, who was super awesome! She was able to give me ease and schedule Isiah to come out on a Sunday to bid the job. Isiah is a stud! He was able to come out and listen to my needs and present a reasonable price. After our short conversation I immediately knew this was the company I was going to hire. They were even able to start the work that week. The 2 man crew worked a full day on my yard. They were efficient and hard working! Couldnt recommend this team enough. Lastly, I had this work done about 2 weeks ago and I finally have some sprouts coming up across my yard! The workers did great. However the management is non existent. Have been trying to get ahold of them for weeks to confirm an appointment and it s impossible. Not sure what s up. They missed two appointments I supposedly had scheduled but it s hard to say if they were writing them down at all. Tried contacting the office phone and the worker there never answers or calls back, same with the owner. Good luck getting ahold of them after the first visit.

I hired Coopers to help clean up the yard at my duplex and they were able to come out withing just a couple days and clean up a large yard. The staff were friendly and professional, would reccomend.

We have a relatively large yard with several bushes and trees that went unmaintained for quite awhile. Coopers Landscape took care of all of our needs - ivy removal, grass cutting, bush trimming, all kinds of stuff. The before and after was quite striking! The team came on time and was relatively fast, they did a great job. Would use this business again for any landscaping needs, highly recommended.

I am not judging here, only telling the truth about what happened to me. I am a first time house buyer and this is my first time scheduled for a lawn service. I first quote on their website, told them my yard is really small (smaller than 400sqf and new construction nowadays has really small backyard) and a guy replied to me(he did not put his name in the email, assuming he is the manager) saying that it will be $120. I then asked him when the lawn care worker will come and he says the worker does not speak English and he does not have any controls on the worker s schedule. (my backyard has a lock so I have to wait at home. I am not sure whether with other companies, they also do not have a clear schedule and people just leave their backyard door open all day so that they do not have to wait at home). The worker did come at 8:07am in the morning and since I have to unlock the backyard door, I went down and say hi to him. But since NO ONE told me how to pay so that I used my phone to translate to Spanish and asked: shall I give you cash? I then told him that I will come down and pay him after he is done. Those are the only two sentences I ever spoke to him (through typing on my phone with Google translate) The worker left at 8:30 am (I have ring camera at home that can show when he came and left) Then after he finished, the manager text me blaming me for bothering the worker and putting them behind schedule. The worker told the manager that I bothered him all the time and my backyard is big. The manager did tell me in the email if I need anything, just ask him but I never thought simply telling the worker I will pay in cash means bother him all the time , and my backyard is only less than 400 sqf which is the smallest yard I have ever seen. Also, the worker is only here for 23 mins and the manager said he was here for more than 40 mins and put them behind schedule. Eventually he charged me $150+tax. Just want to share what happened to me. The mowing itself was OK so I give three stars.

Very pleased with the work recently done by Coopers Landscaping. A quick reply, visit for a walk through and quote the same day, and everything was done within a week. Isiah is very professional and communicates well, there was a timely question halfway through the work and he reached out right away talking through all the options so I could make an informed decision. During the walk through afterwards, he suggested some additional maintenance that could be completed right away. Ill be using Coopers for ongoing biweekly maintenance and expect them to be my go-to for any future projects.

Update: Isaiah and his colleague completed our giant hedge trim project last week. They showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time and got right to work. My naturally curious husband went out to admire their work several times and never felt like he was unwelcome. The end product is exactly what we wanted. They did an excellent and thorough job cleaning up the debris from the hedge. Coopers Landscaping is definitely our first call for any future landscaping needs. We are very impressed! Ive had a pretty much useless patch of gravel and weeds on one side of my house for years that tended to just accumulate junk and decided a nice little lawn would be a great addition. After searching around for some local landscapers I decided to give Coopers Landscaping a shot. I prefer to go with local smaller businesses and am so glad that I chose this company. From the very beginning Isaiah was very responsive and communicative, providing a quote for the work weeks before other companies even responded to my original questions. Getting on the schedule was also very quick and I was pleased I didnt have to wait weeks or months for the work to be done. Sod install isnt cheap but the cost was right in line with what I was expecting. During the day of the install Isaiah and his team arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and were very friendly and pleasant. The space was left super clean and I cant wait for my family to play on our new lawn! Im very happy with how this project turned out and am even more happy that I have found a great local landscaper I can continue to use for future projects and maintenance.

My trees were evergrown the shrubs were out of control and the grass was all uneven. My yard just looked terrible! Fantastic experience! I work at the Lynnwood Post Office and needed a quick turnover to get rid of some bushes. Isaiah was on the ball from the start. He responded very quick to my inquiry and met up with me at the post office the following day to go over the plan. It was a smooth conversation and we whipped up a plan and schedule on the spot.
