We had New East remove a couple of trees, one very big half-dead tree that was right up against our garage and the crew handled it perfectly! They also cleaned up several other trees around our yard just as we asked and everything was left clean at the end of the project. I called this guy more than 5 times to come and give me an estimate.Finally he comes gives estimate schedule work day then does not show up .I call to find out why he don t show up he does not call me back.I call from another number he uses the excuse he lost track of time.I say why you don t answer my calls from my number he say I call u back in a few minutes then does not call back.Then he comes by again and said it s going to be another 1200.00 for the same work .So I finally fire him and hired another tree service company for 2300.00 dollars cheaper this guy is not professional

I set an appointment to get an estimate for several trees to be removed never showed but after calling he showed walked through got an estimate and asked for a copy of his insurance as some tree services will say any damages are the responsibility of the homeowner. After numerous times of requesting a copy, I finally got it. The owner was angry that I asked refused to respond to texts, calls and never returned to do the job his unprofessionalism is sickening , his prices are no better than other companies if I were able I would give this company a zero and I warn others to look elsewhere, get everything in writing before the start of a job if you proceed and DO NOT pay a blood cent until the job is fully completed I DO NOT recommend this company for any job

I was apprehensive at first. I asked for proof of insurance and got a verbal affirmative. My neighbor actually got physical proof and forwarded it to me. I asked about cleanup and got no answer. However, once NETS arrived with all their trucks, equipment and team of experts, I was amazed at how skilled, efficient, timely and detailed the company is! Definitely a win for reasonable prices, efficiency and removing trees in tight places. They left nothing behind!

I ve used a few tree services in the past and they were good BUT Leonel and his crew go above and beyond!! Had two failing Birch trees removed and stumps ground. The sight was cleaner after they left than it was prior to their arrival. They even cut and stacked some of the trunk so I could use it for my firepit, just a great experience. 100% use New East Tree Service.

I found them through a flyer they put in our mailbox, saying they are going to do projects in my neighborhood. I asked them to come to give me a quote to cut a white mulberry tree in my front yard. The owner came on time and gave me a very reasonable quote. (I also quoted a few other highly reputable companies. ) They came today and cut the tree. The work and the clean up are both of good quality. The crew are professional. I recommend them.

They are equipped with forest bucket truck, wood chipper, pickups, etc. I like that all their guys are using helmet, gloves, earmuff, face shield. They did a good job and the price was reasonable.

35 years after building our home, we needed trees and brush cleared back from the driveway. We could not have gotten a better contractor than New East to do the job. With very little oversight from me, they cut down trees, limbed trees, and trimmed brush to make it look great. (We were going to have a problem again this Winter with snow/ice bending the branches such that the cars would hit them). The property was left like they had never been here. No scraps, no branches, no twigs, no wood chips, no sawdust. I rarely take pen in hand (or a keyboard!) to compliment, but this time it was absolutely justified. Great job Mr. Chavez and crew!!

I had a tree caught on power lines that was dying and was concerned it would come down in some future wind storm or this winter. Also had another small little tree was on its last legs. Neither were huge trees. Leonel was fast from initial request to quote and service. Price was great. Pointed out another tree that was clearly dead but never noticed it due to the power line tree drawing your attention. And Im glad he pointed it out because it was clearly dying and rotting from when it hit the ground. Crew showed up on time and got all three trees down in 30 minutes. Cleaned it all up and were done within an hour. This was a smaller job and they were great. I know who Ill be calling when I have need for a big job. No pics sadly but theres no standing stumps remaining as the crews got nice and low.

Stay away from this people I made a contract with them to cut the tree and gave a deposit. The project has been canceled and Leonel promissed to return back my deposit. Nobody returned back my money and do not answer the phone. Horrible business
