We signed a contract for snow removal service, it was a bad decision made. They didn t show up, I kept calling and calling them the day of the storm and promised they will come by and never did, I was waiting all night for my driveway to be cleaned up. I really hope they return the deposit they took at the time of signing the service agreement.

The Pros Inc. were responsive, reliable and fairly priced. I had a great experience with a significant landscape cleanup and stump removal and am totally satisfied. I will use them again in the future.

I had a new front walkway installed by The Pros. Overall they did a nice job; however, they didnt use the color pavers I requested. The trim was supposed to be a different, darker shade but it still came out looking nice. Salo at least contacted me and admitted they made a mistake when I informed the workers. Id honestly rate them 4.5 stars if possible.

The Pros were excellent. I always get a min of 3 bids because there s so much to them. After 3 estimates where ai only received a number with no details, no replay back of my design, no materials list so I could verify we were on the same page. So I kept looking under hardscape contractors. Salo showed up to ensure he knew the scale of demo and rebuild. He measured (as the others had done) and then took pictures. By evening I had a materials list with his measurements and quantity of each, the picture drawn with measurements. And a request to edit anything that differed. He delivered it via a link with a confirmation button and I confirmed. They asked for a $500 deposit and showed up 4 days later. It was complete in 72 hours from the start - exactly as I asked it to look. They leveled, poured concrete and stone for the base and re-used my demo d brick to reduce the cost of hauling and cost of stone. One of my previous 3 was $6000 more than their quote (I had already run cost of materials. That outfit was going to make $13000 revenue for 3 days (2.5 guys) labor. That s why you get 3+ at least. Pros were indeed Pros. Each of Edgar, Natali and Mariano were pros and couldn t thank them enough.

Salo and his crew were absolutely amazing! We had a paver project done, it was professionally done, done early and more reasonably priced than others. We are moving forward with other projects because of how trustworthy, transparent and responsive. Highly recommend The Pros Inc. for any landscaping jobs!

The PROs are a great team to work with. They have all the resources needed to make the project run on time. Usually bigger companies tend to charge more than the smaller guy but honestly they were sometimes cheaper than other quotes I received from smaller independent contractors. I went with the PROs to do my paver patio and they completed in the project in 2days (450ish sqft). They also removed and replaced a fence panel to complete the work. They also regarded my lawn to help with drainage. I signed the contract and they showed up in 5 days to do the job. The crew onsite were very friendly and professional. I received consistent emails and calendar invites which I was very impressed by. They also gave a 2yr warranty and followed up with me many times after my project was complete to ensure my satisfaction.

We hired The Pros in 2021. We had a landscape design plan as well as a deck going in with a spa. Needless to say our ENTIRE experience was a nightmare. From the beginning with not budgeting the project correctly and our deck falling apart I would NOT recommend this company to anyone in the future. Walkways, and bare landscape projects are their niche. If you have plans for anything (construction) related I would not use this company. We have been told that they would return to fix the deck and we are now in 2023. We havent had any response or dates on the schedule. Keep your money and find another company to work with to avoid any future headaches.

Salo and his entire team on site as well as operation team did fantastic job installing screening trees. Salo was very efficient to communicate and started the project sooner than expected. Initially wrong trees were delivered but they were able to exchange and plant correct ones in a timely manner. They made nice bed and cleaned entire job area. My neighbor is happy as well. They made sure everything went well with follow up calls. It is very reassuring that they quickly corrected set back at first and stood behind their professional work. They even reassured me that they will follow again to make sure the trees will establish well. I highly recommend Salo and entire team.

It was a pleasure working with the Pros at my home. We has a simple backyard and they helped me get it leveled with new grass (SOD) put down, rip up the old fence and put a new one up and they also helped me pull out all the weeds in the front of my house and install something simple an low maintenance. The Pros are awesome! The crew worked quickly to totally transform my backyard. They demolished an old concrete slab, asphalt patio, and chain link fence. Installed a Tecco bloc paver patio and a new vinyl fence. They communicated every step of the way and asked good questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend!!!

When my partner and I first saw our property in the winter of 2022 we immediately agreed that a back yard patio would be a perfect addition to this well-maintained home. We moved in during the summer 2022. In the spring of 2023 we were ready to begin the job and enquired with 3 contractors found through Angis List. We got 2 estimates and after meeting Salo Lopez we finally settled on The Pros because of the price and quality of the materials they proposed to use, thermal bluestone. Salo estimated a fair price within our budget and was very professional. The Pros were excellent at communicating the start date for the job. When conditions and schedule changed they notified us. The job began and I had the pleasure of meeting the crew. The foreman, Hector, went over the job and work began. The Pros installed a 630 sq ft bluestone patio that required leveling by about 2 ft on the down side of the slope. They also installed a drain in front of my garage and patio and tied in the down spouts from the garage to an underground french drain. Hector was very good at addressing all my concerns and the job was completed. They did an outstanding job and even returned to adjust the drain and polymeric sand installation. The Pros are very good at communication and quelling anxiety with a large project like this. I highly recommend this professional and hard working company for landscaping projects and will use them in the future.

The contract provides a 2 year contract- but the owner, Salo said that he would only honor it if I gave Pros a 5 star review! This casts doubt on the validity of all the reviews. My 10 month old driveway continues to flood with 3 of water covering half of the driveway. Multiple requests have gone unanswered. Pros installed a new paver driveway, initially I was very impressed with both the team and the driveway appearance and gave them a 5 star review and referred several friends.

I was happy with this business; they put new loam down and hydro seeded my lawn. So far it seems to be growing well, and I am happy with them. I would recommend them.

I had Salo and team install a pond. Initially it started off a little shaky as we had problems with the liner but Salo made good on it and corrected the problem. Now the pond is in and ready to be complete in early spring with a waterfall and fish. In the end we were very satisfied and even with the minor setback feel the whole experience is positive. I would not hesitate to use them again and refer them if asked. When things go perfectly right that is excellent, but knowing you have the added security that if they don t the company will do everything in their power to make it right is even more reassuring.

Good experience consulting on what needed to be done. Salo listened to my ideas but wasnt afraid of contributing his own and pointing out where my ideas wouldnt work well and what might work better. Had the usual hiccups getting started, which ended up being a couple of days past the original target. Once here the crew worked professionally and industriously through the demolition of a tall, wood fence, the removal of some plantings and a small stump, the recontouring of a slope to address an erosion problem, the edging of a garden, the installation of arborvitaes, the installation of sod, the mulching of the garden areas, the installation of stones as a walkway near the house, and the power washing and repair of our stonework. At all times, they were respectful of our property and responsive to my feedback. There were a few glitches. There was a misunderstanding about what was to be power washed, which was taken care of amicably and promptly. Similarly with an issue about billing. A holly bush didnt survive its being moved, and parts of the sod had problems along a couple of seams and in a couple of spots, which Ive tried to address with grass seed. Of course, the ultimate thumbs up or down is going to come in the spring when everything, hopefully, comes back enthusiastically without help from me. Bottom line is that I recommend The Pros for good work and a good work experience at a fair price.

We had a giant fence job to do with our quirky landscape and my weird asks. The Pros put in 100% and now I have a gorgeous fence. They were so attentive and went above and beyond for my project. They were able to quickly resolve unexpected snags (because of my weird yard) and both Salo and Peter were so incredibly nice and attentive. Pricing was comparable and unlike the other fence companies I went to, they were also able to landscape my weed and tree heavy yard. Would recommend 100%!!!

Salo and his team did a great job. Salo spent ample time preparing an estimate and was extremely accommodating with all change orders (several). They outbid the other competing bids and provided 30% more finished work than the competition would have at their bids, and hit budget. We were a bit nervous at first because of the size of the job (rip and replace (2) separate stone walls - 38 ft. and 90 ft., rip concrete patio and replace with blue stone). They excavated roughly 1100 sq. ft. of my backyard and removed 800 sq. ft. of concrete to make this project happen. Salo and his team were professional and always answered our questions and made the necessary changes requested. Some finish work (grass) needed attention a month after being fully paid, and Salo and the team came back and fixed everything. We have already referred them to others and will continue to use them ourselves!

Of the three landscapers we talked to, the Pros were the only ones that understood what we were looking for. Now that the job is done it was clearly a good choice. They arrived at the time and date they promised and worked the project until it was complete. They were very mindful of our gardens which were adjacent to the sidewalks and were very careful not to damage any of our plants. They re friendly, hard working and do quality work. Our yard was kept clean and neat during the entire job (and the area that was dug up was raked and seeded for new grass at the end). We had a tough, two-direction slope coming off the back our barn and wanted a 14x20 patio placed there. They were able to create a good looking and solid retaining wall along two sides and blend it into the landscape. The wall was created and installed in one day and the patio itself was installed the next day (also in one day). The install was done with care and attention to detail and looks so nice. We are very happy with the patio and wall and would use ThePros again for sure.

We had an UGLY slope in our back yard running along side our pool. Dirt, old mulch, weeds, dying plants...not pretty. Finally decided to do something about it. Salo came out and spent a lot of time with me going over what I wanted, even though I wasnt entirely sure what that was. He offered suggestions and showed me pictures of what he was talking about. Two short retaining walls, with decorative rock in-between with plants scattered throughout. He even came up with options so I could stay within my budget! His crew, run by his brother, Napoli, started on the date they scheduled and worked hard all day long, ending well after 5 each night. The end result is beautiful! My neighbors that live on the slope side of my yard, all commented on how beautiful the work came out AND what a great crew we had doing the work! I wouldnt hesitate to contact them again for any landscaping needs!

Salo and his guys were really great to work with and did a wonderful job with our backyard hardscaping project! Salo was extremely communicative and detailed throughout the whole process. We really appreciated the detailed breakdown of the estimate (4 pages!). We had Salo tear up the existing concrete patio and retaining wall in our backyard. They put down a new paver patio, block retaining wall, and new concrete slab steps. We asked to add in landscaping during the project, and they were flexible and added it in. The whole project took just under 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend & use them in the future!

We had a new vinyl fence installed and a retaining wall built. Solomon helped us to solve a problem we were having with trash etc. coming underneath our old fence. Problem solved! We recently chose The Pros to do a hardscape project for our house. From start to finish, it took less time than the original estimate. They showed up and did not leave until the job was done. The quality of work was much higher than expected. But what impressed me the most was all the little details that they got right without our having to stand over them all day every day. Salo / The Pros just removed old asphalt from my driveway, and replaced it with concrete pavers. The outcome is terrific, and the process was really good. The Pros installed the fence at my mothers house and did a great job, so we figured we would get a quote from them to do the fence at our house. The Pros was the 3rd quote that we got and they were the most detailed, professional, and affordable. The fence they installed our house honestly blew us away. They had (3) men at my house for (3) full days and they were in and out. The fence is perfectly straight, installed without any flaws, and they even added an extra panel and post at no extra cost to make the yard look even better. The Pros Landscape Management, Inc. installed a 20x20 paver patio in our backyard, along with a small retaining wall. I was VERY please with Salos responsiveness and ongoing communication throughout the project. His team was hard working and friendly. Id recommend them as a good value for this type of project.

We started off with a medium-sized project that ballooned into a much larger yard redo which included a fence installation, new bluestone patio with steps and railings and complete yard re-design and installation. Salo and his team got the job done in a timely manor and worked with us as the project progressed to customize and make adjustments along the way. His team worked extremely hard and did the job right the first time. Salo regularly checked in to make sure we were satisfied with the job.

Our backyard at our rental property was a lost cause... or so we thought. Salo came out to our property to take measurements, offer opinions and discuss fence and payment options. Communication on the phone and by email thereafter was a breeze given Salo s responsiveness. The Green Pros remodel our backyard with a stunning 2 tier stone wall from New England round stone. They created the plain surface lawn that we wanted for our kids to play. They did and excellent job following our request with our existing design.
