We bought our house six months ago. Apparently the prior owner had service with Brock. A number of people from Brock stopped by the house. Each time we told them we have our own pest control company. Today one of their employees came by unannounced and tried to dig up the termite stations our pest company had installed. I had to chase him off the property. I am just floored at the behavior. The next time they come by the house I am calling the sheriffs department.

Recently I had my 1st quarterly Ant treatment and very pleased with Jason who first came out for my estimate and Justyn who serviced my yard were both professional, polite and knowledgeable at their job. Both are an asset to Brock Pest Control.

Jason has a friendly smile but, more importantly, he seems to have a vast knowledge regarding lawn pest control.

They take care of us. If we have a problem they fix it. Best of the Best

We use Brock for termite treatments at our townhomes. Not only did they quote us a solution that was less expensive, it was newer technology that didnt involve drilling into concrete. Techs have always been knowledgeable, professional. Highly recommend.

We have been with Brock since May of last year for both pest control and lawn care. Our bug problems are solved and they have turned our yard from a terrible mess of weeds and spiky things into a lawn you can walk on barefoot. Jason is really good at not only letting us know he s coming but also when gets there! That s so helpful when I have a question or concern or would like for him to take a look at something specific. He s more than willing to stop, look and listen and offers great solutions when things pop up. Actually, I have found everyone there to be super responsive and wanting to help! They re definitely doing things right! I really appreciate a company that cares.

Zero communication when theyre coming. Still had ants and definitely still had fleas. We bought products from Lowes less than a month ago to get rid of ants and fleas which are now finally gone. Billed for a service I didnt receive; my dogs were in the backyard the day they came but we were still invoiced the full amount even though the backyard wasnt treated. Complete waste of money.

I am seriously disappointed with Brock after using them for many years. I called this morning trying to get a termite inspection on a property prior to purchase. I was informed they no longer perform these inspections. Its unfortunate they choose not to help their customers ensuring one of the largest purchases people make is not infested with something they specialize in.

Brian is our tech here in Liesure lake and he has been awesome.. We have have been using them for 3 yrs now and hes Brian has seen to all our needs! Highly recommend

Spraying my yard for two years.. terrible service...weeds everywhere and they blame me saying I water to much...truth is they dont spray like they say ...my neighbor watched them pull up to my yard and put a sign up and drive away 25 minutes later.cant believe how I was treated when calling to complain hung up on twice.. dont waste your time or money...but its my fault I water to much

Very knowledgeable and spent time with my husband explaining what he was doing.

Once I had a concern about them spraying my yard while it s was pouring rain, I called and was told if I didn t see any difference in weeds they would come out and respray after three weeks . When I called back I was treated rudely and told we had watering issues and they needed to send out a supervisor. When he came out I agreed to have my yard sprayed every month instead of every other month. When it came time to spray I get a call and they say they forgot to put me on the schedule. After being treated so rudely and their lack of attention to my problem and then them leaving off the schedule they became a problem instead of an asset so I fired them and went with somebody more dependable.

I ve actually use them for quite a bit but my regular guy Tim quit can t wonder why but the next guy actually walks into my home and tells me certain bugs cost more. I really don t have roaches but I did have a person come stay with me that apparently brought me some. I really think that that should be covered. Brian a manager proceeded to tell me that his guy was going through some stuff and I m sorry for that but that s not my concern my concern is the fact that they came wanting extra money. This should all be included in what I pay. I would hate to think that Brock has brought in the scam

Curtis was the best! Very knowledgeable and professional.

It was a referral from a good friend. I had been with my other pest control for 10+ years. Finances made me reevaluate our bills and Brock was cheaper. It s been since March 23, 2021 that I started service with Brock due to roaches. Amazing how just a little gap between companies created so many roaches. Never had a problem with roaches ever. It s uncontrollable now. They ve sprayed and supposedly baited 3 times inside since March for $250 and nothings changed. In addition to the Roche problem they talked about a plan they have that guaranteed no ANTS in my yard for an additional $250. If you re from Florida you know how bad that can be in your yard in the summertime specially if you have kids and I do. I ve taken videos of the piles I ve stepped in I am taking videos of them while they re biting my feet. I have paid Brock Pest Control over $500 at this point to correct the roach problem and take a gamble on their guarantee of no ants and they still exist inside and out. The second time that they came back for the ants in the backyard the employee that they sent was very sarcastic and most certainly rude especially when he asked me if I could read. That kid didn t know who he was messing with at that point and it s taken me until now to process how to handle this because I have lost out on $500 that I really didn t have but desperately needed to get rid of this problem. My opinion at this point is do not guarantee something that you cannot change that that is mother nature. Not really sure how I m going to handle this to get a refund so I can just go back to my other pest control guy who I should ve never broken up with LOL I ll have to say you get what you pay for it works for some but it definitely did not work from my home. After all this time and definite lack of communication from Brock I learned today July 1, 2021 they will not refund my money of over $500 for their services that clearly have NOT worked. I still have bugs in my house and ants in the front and backyard. I am beside myself with this awful and expensive service that didn t work. It seems they ve passed the buck to several people within the company and no one communicated any thing to me. I had to find out myself. Not good. I m embarrassed that this issue hasn t been resolved since MARCH. I will do my best at this point to contact the owner Tim Brock himself. I can t see an owner neglecting a new customer such as I. I hope not anyway. I will never refer Brock Pest Control to anyone after this experience.

Joanne came out to provide an estimate. She was on time. Very knowledgeable and actually saved me money by not suggesting treatment for Black Widow spiders because she didnt find any. Good company that responds quickly and does an exceptional job.

I was so glad that I called Luke. He did the research for us on our fire ant problem and helped us with our problem. He explained his product to us and why it wouldnt work for our yard due to no sprinkler system to water it in. My first contact with Brock was by telephone and the professional handling of the call was unusually good for these times. Chuck Waddell came to the house to explore my needs and left me knowing I was in good hands. The men doing the exterminating had to wait a few days because of daily rain but, the first dry day we had they were here. I heartily recumbent them!!

Not happy with the treatments. My next door neighbor and I had our grass put down by the same people at the same time. He uses a lawn service(which the mower has been used on numerous lawns). We use our mower on only our lawn. What I would like to know is how in the world I have way more weeds in our lawn he has barely anything. I think I need a true professional in your business to come out here again and review my lawn. Really getting tired of this fiasco.

From my own experience, and that of others with whom I spoke, Brock Lawn and Pest Control provides terrible lawn care service. They were eager to take my money but terrible at actually doing anything, since I was a non-corporate customer. After over a week of leaving voice mails and waiting for any semblance of action on their part, I hired a more competent company to take care of the large crop of weeds that had sprung up, let alone the mole crickets that were destroying my lawn.

Brian, we had received a message that we would be receiving a treatment today 4/20, but it was a no show. Called back 4/21 they told me that the sprayer was close and they would get him to come by. 4/21 - #2 no show, was promised a callback from you- no callback. You last visited on 3/25, and we are trying to rebuild this yard. I was looking back that the yard was re-sodded less than 2 years ago. When can we get treatment? We spread peat moss that you recommended on 3/25, but we are losing the grass battle. The whole yard was freshly sodded less than 2 years ago, but now mostly weeds. Help, Wilson

We have had the pleasure of having Kyle as our serviceman for several years now. He is always on time, communicates with us to make sure that we re satisfied and informed, and takes the time to do things right. We also appreciate the friendly staff when we re scheduling our appointments and paying our bill over the phone.

Service is always good. Although within a hour after the yard was serviced it poured down rain. Tag on the door said don t water for a couple of days. It rained so hard the any treatment was washed away. The weather was forecast for rain but yard was sprayed. ?????

Ive used Brock for 3 years now. I have Termite protection and twice a year insecticide treatments. Brock technicians are always professional, courteous and give me plenty of notice. The insecticide that they use for me is effective and only requires two hours before its safe for pets. The office personnel are courteous and accommodating. 10/10 service.

Outstanding service! The Gentleman who does my lawn is Jason S. and I couldnt be more pleased. Im a fairly new customer and was hesitant to hire a lawn care service. However, after recommendations by several friends I gave Brock a try. Jason was great on day one. Today he came back and just a few minutes with him I learned so much about my lawn. I have had brocks for a couple years now. I have grown to love the services I receive from brocks. Burton, our pest control guy. Has been servicing us since I started with them. He is always on time, very helpful and informative. Always gives me advice on how to maintain critters after he sprays each quarterly for me!! He is the best an wouldnt want anyone else to to maintain our home for us!!

Prior to arriving at my house, the gentleman checked my records for concerns. He brought something specific for the insects I have seen around my house. He gave me advice on small flies coming in from the drains. Spraying all around the outside and in the eves to prevent spiders. He was professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him and Brock for your pest control company.

Called this morning (07/22) and ask if Mr. Brock would return my call- Still waiting on a return call. Called last week concerning my bill and left a message for the lady that handles billing - still waiting on that call.

Yes, we had a wonderful experience with Brock as always! I m sorry I can t remember the man s name that came which had come previously, but he was absolutely wonderful, professional, nice, informative. He did a wonderful job as always. We are on highway 20 and he came Thursday, appointment was between two and three and he showed up right about two o clock. That is so nice and appreciative because so many people cannot make their time and you wait all day. Thank You!

We have paid for the quarterly service and the lady that shows up has not a care in the world. Lazy with spray and we are fighting ants in rooms that dont have food at all. I have complained about ants and we never get a respray or response, no follow up after normal apart appointment. This company may be local but they are trash.

Our technician Shawn at Brock has really turned our yard around. 5 Problem areas are now non-existent thanks to his expertise. He saved a newly sodded yard valued at 6K. Shawn knows this business. Cheap...You get what you pay for. (I want to make note that we got this service pre-covid) There were several appointments completely missed with no call from anyone at Brocks to let me know that they needed to reschedule. I had to track them down. When we finally got our initial treatment for fire ants it worked initially but the ants returned in full swing after roughly 6 weeks. (I paid for the service with the 1 year guarantee.) They sent someone back, they took a look at the ants and said that they were not fire ants so they did nothing and left. I got a second opinion (free consultation) even though I already knew they were fire ants and that confirmed what I already knew but I wasnt going to pay a second company for a service I had already paid for with Brocks. So I called and left several messages only to be ignored and when I was finally able to reach someone they just went through all the notes from the previous service call and I explained everything but they said that they couldnt get back out to us until after our plan was to expire so I would have had to pay again. Again, you get what you pay for.
