Brett and his crew were great to work with. He did an amazing job on the landscape project for our townhome development. He was quick to respond to any questions and finished the job in a timely manner. Very professional.. I highly recommend BRS for any landscape or design needs.

Brett and his team are the best. Initially reached out to Brett after a leak in our basement (had read good reviews about his drainage work) and he was able to come out the very next day and come up with a plan and quote. Fixed all of our issues in a timely manner. Several months later we also had him do some design and landscaping for us and we had the same great experience with him and his team. The final product greatly exceeded our expectations and made a huge difference in the appearance of our house. His team leave the worksite each day cleaner than when they arrive! Very highly recommend BRS for any design/landscape needs. Brett is professional, timely, personable, efficient, and a great communicator. Thanks again!

I can't say enough good things about Brett. In the middle of a stressful move, he went above and beyond to help me. He cleaned up my landscaping and even cleaned out my shed and took loads to the dump without being asked. He truly blew me away with his willingness to help me.

Sorry for the lengthy review... Unfortunately our experience with BRS Landscape was no where near a 5.0 rating like everyone else. Initially Brett came out to our home early July of 2023 to discuss a custom project and provide a design, an estimate as well a potential start date. As stated on their website, we paid the $50 consultation fee when he was here and then the $400 design fee late July 2023. Brett told us at that time he anticipated starting our project sometime in the fall of 2023 once we accepted the proposal. That was the last time we heard from him until we reached out months later. Every correspondence since the initial visit was initiated by us and even then it took multiple texts before he would respond. By this point it was well past fall and we still did not have the design or proposal. Once we finally got ahold of him, he continually promised to get the design in the next couple of weeks. Week after week went by and we kept reaching out with no response. Fast forward and it's March 2024. Completely frustrated, having nothing after 8+ months, we finally left a message that we were going to look for another contractor and asked him to refund the $400 design fee because we never got one. That's when he promptly answered and said the designs was ready and he would be dropping it off asap. In true fashion it took another month until we got it. At that point he said he truly wanted to do the project and apologized for the delays. We asked about the proposal and he said his wife and him would work on it and get it to us very soon. We decided to give him one last chance based on the apology and promise, but that was a mistake. No proposal and he has yet to answer any follow-up texts we've sent. It's now been 11 months since our first meeting with Brett and we're in the exact same position as we were in 2023. Update: It's sad the narrative gets spun to make the client appear to be inpatient and heartless. With almost every text sent, they always began with inquiring how your dad was doing. FYI, the second time we asked for the $400 refund was on April 4th and then he promptly delivered the design on April 5th...coincidence?

I want to give a shout out to BRS Landscape! We really appreciate the priority they placed on us. The crew left the job clean and we didn't need to clean up behind them like we often do with contractors. The invoice in the end was really close to what was quoted. The job looks really great! I would use again.

Brett and his crew are top notch! I emailed BRS in the middle of the monsoon on 7/13 while my basement was taking on water and got a response within an hour. Brett came out the next day, assessed my drainage situation, and gave me a solution/estimate on the spot. His crew came out a week later and moved dirt, installed French drains, and covered in river rock. I know this was a small job for his crew but it was hugely important to me and my family! It was a fraction of the cost of an interior system quoted by a foundation company. I feel confident this will solve our issue. BRS Landscaping will be the first call I make for any future projects!

BRS Landscape has been amazing to work with. I have used their services at two of my properties to prevent water from flowing up against the house and seeping into the basement. They installed yard drains, and regraded around the outside of the house, and now both basements stay dry. Everyone is super nice, very professional, and the result have been great! I highly recommend using these guys for your landscaping needs, and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Had trouble finding any decent contractors to do work on our new home purchase (landscape design, tree planting, porch screening, deck wood work, etc) until we met Brett with BRS. I've been involved in real estate and home insurance for over a decade and BRS has provided the best experience, hands down. Very grateful to find a company that can help with all of our homeownership issues and has very competitive and honest pricing. Landscape design also turned out beautiful, my wife and I are more happy with how everything has come together.
