Creative Water Inc. is the best in the business. The owner, Stu, and his staff are extremely knowledgeable. I recently meet with Stu to discuss what type of backflow device I needed as required by the water company. Stu was able to engineer a way to install a Pressure Vacuum Breaker (PVB) which doesn’t have to be tested annually. Thank you for advising me in the right direction when it comes to making the best decision regarding price and effectiveness of any repairs or renovations I needed. Over the years I have had many of their technicians come out to open and close my irrigation system. They are always prompt, knowledgeable , diligent and friendly. I would highly recommend Creative Water if you are looking for someone to service your irrigation system.

I had a very disappointing experience with Creative Water Inc. after buying a home in Massapequa. The initial request was to turn the sprinkler system back on for the season, as the previous owners used this company. I scheduled a service appointment, but since I was at work, my wife, who works from home, was present when they arrived. The “owner” (unknown to us at the time) called to say they would check for leaks and broken sprinkler heads. I agreed. He later reported broken sprinkler heads in the backyard and provided a quote, which I approved. He then called again to mention additional broken heads in the front yard and a leak near the driveway by the flower bed. Assuming the leak was minor, I agreed to these repairs. To my shock, my wife called to say they were jackhammering our driveway. I immediately called the owner, who explained that the leak was under the driveway and required breaking it to access. This critical detail was not communicated beforehand. Had I known, I would have chosen a different solution. When I confronted him, he became defensive, citing his 30 years of experience and assuring me the driveway would look untouched after patching. He then hung up. Later, he banged on our door, demanding payment and intimidating my wife. She requested the bill be emailed to us as we were unsure of the charges. The patch he promised would supposedly blend into our driveway was still soft days later, now weeks later leaving us with an unsightly sinkhole. I contacted the office, and they promised to address our concerns, but the bill, initially a few hundred dollars, inflated to $700 + . They refused to adjust the invoice or acknowledge their mistake, instead sending our account to a collection agency. The collection agency managed to negotiate a settlement for the correct amount, excluding the charge for the driveway mistake. Despite this, Creative Water refused to accept my payment directly and did not amend the invoice. Funny enough, the repair they made never worked after all—the grass in the area has died. I called another company for a second opinion, and they confirmed that the repair could have easily been done without breaking or damaging my driveway. In summary, my experience with Creative Water Inc. has been extremely frustrating. Their lack of clear communication, unprofessional behavior, and refusal to correct their mistakes have forced me to consider legal action. I strongly advise against using this company.

My irrigation hose had a leak in it. So I dug the hole to expose the line. It was punctured they cut it out ,added a new four-inch piece of hose with coupling ,and charged me $250 for three minutes worth of work.

The team was very responsive and clear on my what needed to be done for my system to work efficiently. Highly recommend the quality of service they provided… will be using them for maintenance going forward.

Creative Water and Stu are so responsive and helpful. I had a flood and he came right away to handle the situation. Stu and his crew are always so courteous. Especially now during the pandemic I really appreciate how thoughtful and prepared they are. They wear masks and booties when they enter my home and, as a family with immunocompromised household members, this is a great relief. Thank you for always understanding our concerns and working with us.

This company barely deserves the 1 start I'm giving it. I had them come a few times and each time, without fail , they charged to repair sprinkler heads that mysteriously broke shortly after. They refuse to explain their charges, aggressively call about billing after they fail to send the bills to the correct address, and make threats. With so many great options for services like these, steer clear and save yourself a horrible experience.

Super high quality company in an industry where you have a lot of less than reputable companies doing business. Stu and his crews are top notch doing great work for many years. Not only is the work done well but they work on schedule at all times. I can't say enough good things Creative Water, give them a try you won't be sorry.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Very much like the new policy of paying at the beginning of the year for both turn on & off. When I got the invoice upon completion today, and saw a zero balance, it felt great! Highly recommend!
