I cant believe Im writing a review for LAWN SPRAY! But after nine years my yard finally looks the way I expect after paying for weed control. I have used two other lawn services and watched the techs run through my yard with half-assed application, with all the coverage of a two-year old flower girl at a wedding. But Stephen, wait for it... ACTUALLY. DOES. HIS. JOB. That brother hits the corners and the edging. The weeds are finally gone. My lawn looks exponentially better. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I didnt even know that LawnBear existed until I was talking with my PestBear tech, Andrew. He was such a great tech with my termite control and fire ants, I hoped his company might actually have a second decent tech for my lawn. Bingo! Hey you, bosslady/bossman at PestBear! Long time client at 2 different houses. We appreciate the proactive service and attention to detail.

Don t trust their money back guarantee as they will not honour it. We have been trying to get rid of an ant problem for more than 3 months now and they have just been repeating the same thing every single service call. Only after asking for the money back guarantee after 4 or 5 visits they sent one of their educated managers to actually try to diagnose the issue. Even then, we are still seeing ants. Called to get my money back and one of their phone managers committed to sending me a cheque but called back and said his higher management said that it can t be done. No results, no money back.

We have a big oak tree in our front yard and that makes it really difficult for our grass to grow the way it should but the people at Pest Bear really try their best to do whatever they can to work with us on correcting it. Pest Bear is a SCAM. We have been customers of Pest Bear for over 3 years for 2 separate properties. When we were sold the plan for our first property we opted for pest , subterranean and dry wood termite treatment coverage. We added a 2nd property which the salesman told us would be covered with the same plan. For over three years we made our quarterly payments and rarely ever called in for service. I would notice over the 3 years Pest Bear would raise our quarterly payments without notice or authorization and charge my credit card. I would have to call them and they would then move the payment back down. That is a shady practice and I had to start asking them to send me an invoice anytime they charged my card. For over 3 years Pest Bear never once seen termite activity in the stations according to them Unless I called them out when I saw termites. When I was sold the service they assured me a termite specialist would come out once or twice a year inspect the attic/crawlspace to make sure we did not have termites. They essentially want you to pay and never want to treat. Well 3 years later we had a termite infestation at our property due to their negligence. I called them up and they sent out a gentleman named Scott who said I was not covered for this termite treatment and it would be $3,800 to fumigate the house to get rid of the infestation. I then called management who had no idea what was going on. They could not furnish my contracts I signed when I started service and told me it was my word vs theirs. Oran Came out to the house and offered to take care of this for me . Spot treatments of borax in parts of the wall. I said Scott said we need a tenting and Pest bear should cover this as we have been paying for all of this time. They basically could care less and tried to walk back that I actually needed the $3,800 treatment. I had another real termite company come out and fumigate/treat the house for $2,200 so Pest Bear was going to make $1,600 off of fumigation services. Pest Bear should pay for this full treatment. Absolute shady business practices, they lie about your contract and they have no intention of actually treating your home. STAY AWAY. We have contacted a lawyer for their negligence and unethical business practices until we get this resolved.

I Was in a mess. irrigation all messed up. PestBear came right away, Paul, Tod and Robert went to work on it and it was complicated, but they got it up and running. This is wrong. I water every day because I have new sod. It has winter stress/damage. 3. My neighbors that Ive had Pest Bear in the past have had horrible service. Different techs every time.

Pest services have been fine...no complaints. Im less satisfied with lawn service. Ive discussed areas of concern with 2 different technicians and neither had a good explanation for what might be the issue. Nothing done thus far has resolved my concern. I have expressed this concern with the office and requested to meet with technician at next service scheduled for later this week. I almost feel like I need to start treating my lawn myself but Im paying for this service so hopefully I can get some satisfaction.

These guys have the best customer service you could ask for. Everyone is very nice whether its on the phone or in person. They are very knowledgeable and they dont mind answering questions or explaining what theyre doing or what could be the cause of an issue youre having. I do feel they care and try.

I have used pest bear for many years now. They do a great job. My only real concern is I pay for inside and outside pest control, and I am never home for them to come inside. So the inside never gets sprayed. Overall I value their service.

If you need a company that will speed recklessly, then change lanes IN the intersection and cut you off, these are your guys.

I don t use their services and I won t. They came when my wife and I were out of town this week and left their useless flyer inside our front door handle. We came back a few days later and because of the weather, their flyer got stuck to our door. I tried to clean what I could but some of the printing is pretty much etched into the pain and the sharpie they used stained it as well. It needs to be sanded and painted again. Thank you PestBear!

Their drivers speed through our neighborhood on our private streets at about 40 mph. They would not be able to stop if a person or a child was crossing the street... Negative

Like a queen controls the servants who extend out to get food to bring back to her Highness. The queen lives in a hive which they march to bring the bait and the Queen eats it and dies off and also the servants. He loves his job which you can tell how excited he is explaining the process. These guys have knocked on my door 6 times in the past month. Both guys are very nice, but Im trying to work from home and they are constantly bugging me about using their service. One time I understand, even though I dont like unsolicited knocks, but 6 times is ridiculous. The two guys who knocked on my door were very respectful and I understand they are just trying to get business, but its getting really annoying. I gave one of them my phone number the first time they knocked (big mistake) since they were really pushing for me to give them a credit card on file, and they called me 8 times in one day. Then some other guy, I think his name was Chuck, called me from a different number (because I blocked the other number) and was very disrespectful to me. I work with clients of my own and would never talk to them the way he spoke to me.

We love our PestBear guys! They show up when they say they will and always take the time to make conversations and ask us about our life. I hate bugs and theyve went above and beyond to help us feel ease with the many different pests we find in FL. We even had signs of German cockroaches, they did a full spray and I was very impressed with how many they got. Their customer service is good, shout out to Alex our pest technician! He is the reason we stay he takes great care of our house!

So far they have come out twice and it has been great. They call before coming and let me know they are on the way. The guys have been friendly. I would recommend. Positive

We just started using this device and they have communicated with us every step of the way. We always get a call to make sure all services/pricing was explained correctly before being charged. The tech that comes out always gives a call and leaves a voicemail with their current status. So far service has been very great! Highly recommend!

They provided me with lawn care, fertilizers and nutrients to help my lawn grow, which was very much needed with new sod. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. What I enjoyed most is they did not pressure you to purchase anything, just simply explained what else they offered and gave me the option to add on whenever I would like.

Buyer beware. These people lie to you. Dont trust them. Salesman says one thing and corporate says something else. They said they would come back out and retreat the yard but didnt. Showed up on regularly scheduled treatment unannounced and billed me for the treatment.

I love my service with Pear Bear. Whenever I call for service, they have a quick response time.

I hired the company specifically for spiders, which I was told will be taken care of. The sprayed twice and still seeing alot of spiders. But after spraying the second time, they decided to tell me it doesnt work for spiders. Waste of money, they will lie to hook you. Dont waste your money.

Our lawn looks worse than what we started with! As a new build, we had problems with dead grass and broken sprinklers. They were supposed to check the sprinklers and never did. I have more weeds growing than ever before. Customer service was good but the product is bad.

PestBear is the parent company of Economy Pools. We were invoiced by Pestbear, so wanted to share our experience with this organization. Zero communication, pool was Green for 6 weeks before we had to cancel service. Calls went unanswered, tech was useless. Our pool started turning green. We asked the tech when he was here and he indicated he would shock it. Next week, pool was still green. Week 2 pool was very green and called company multiple times with no response. Week 3 pool was disgusting and talked to on-site tech again. He said that our salt generator needed to be cleaned and he keeps telling his manager. Called again and left messages with no response. Week 4 finally got someone on the phone and they indicated they would credit us for the month and that he would find out about salt generator issue. Said that the tech should be able to handle the salt generator issue on site and wasnt sure why it wasnt done. Told me hed call me back with a resolution. Never called back. Week 5, pool still green and now had sand in the bottom the pool. Week 6, was home when tech was there and he said it should start getting better soon. Asked him about the sand and he said it was probably DE. Asked him why he didnt let us know last week when he was there and he said its not my fault. Told him not to come back. We received an invoice a week later. My wife called and their first sarcastic comment was Whats the matter, cant pay your bill because of COVID? She explained the situation above and he said he would note it on the account. Just received a letter from collections for $150. Not sure how these people are still in business with this kind of service.

Cheap, but dont expect any improvement on your lawn. Is more for you to say that you doing something. All the neighbors that uses pest bear is clear how bad the lawn looks like.

Decent pest control company. Not great tho - poor communication and average results.

Soliciting at non-soliciting neighborhood without wearing a mask. Pest control certain dont control virus.
