We used Kipps Landscaping for over a year and I thought they did a fantastic job. However, recently they started allowing our bushes and shrubs to become overgrown. I sent an email with photos requesting they be trimmed back from growing out into the lawn. We happened to be on vacation the week they “trimmed” our bushes and shrubs. They cut them all in half. One has already died. The work appeared very malicious or perhaps they just didn’t want to have to trim them again for another year! I brought our concerns and frustration to the owner and rather than apologizing they just agreed it was best to stop service altogether. I’m so disappointed in how it was handled. Hoping the new company I hired will do good work but actually knows how to care for the plantings on our property.

We tried a few different lawn services and we just couldn't find anyone who was reliable and did half decent work. Then a neighbor recommended Kipps and I can't think of a single bad thing. Or even a mediocre thing. Everything about them has been fantastic, they do impeccable work. All the edging is clean and straight. Trimming is perfect getting all the tough spots everytime. The debris is always hauled off even when I trim my trees and lay it to the side they take it for me. The employees, every last one of them, have been nothing but friendly and professional. I've never had my driveway blocked or had to squeeze past them on the street. Once they were several feet away from the driveway when I was leaving and I had to insist that one of the guys not moved the truck that I had plenty of room to get out. Seriously everything you can think of, they excel at. Beyond all the stuff mentioned, they recently impressed me once again. One of my hoses got ran over by the mower. I would have been happy with just a new hose fitting put on the end, but they insisted on buying me a new hose and delivering it to my porch the next day. This goes beyond just making it right and well into above and beyond. This is a good company with great people doing amazing work.

After a referral from a good friend, we reached out to Brandon to help us redesign and replant our landscaping that we lost due to frost earlier this year. He was out within a week of us calling, and the quote he provided was extremely acceptable. The team was at our house on a SUNDAY! while we went to a baseball game. We came home to a beautiful new yard and follow up from Brandon and the team. We would recommend Kipp's Landscaping to anyone looking for this type of work.

Brandon and team are absolutely awesome; we recently had a pool put in, and in wrapping it up, we needed irrigation and some landscape work needed. We have a large yard and needed about8 pallets of sod, and no clue how much mulch and rock we needed; they worked hand-in-hand with our irrigation team, and as such were poised and at the ready by the time the irrigation was completed. All in all, had every single thing done by 3p on day 2. Friendly, considerate team the entire time, and the dog is VERY happy to have her grass back again. They will be doing our weekly mowing/maintenance going forward. Thanks, Kipps!
