I dealt with Robert over the phone and through texting, but, Im sorry to say we never met. He came to my house and did a VERY thorough estimate of what I wanted done. I had his crew do some weeding and laying down of mulch. He did this when I was at work and when I came home - WOW - what a great job! Now there was a slight error in the amount of mulch that was needed. But Robert contacted me right away and came back in 2 days to finish the job. He did what was needed to be done to make it right. Lawnworks has been professional, courteous and accommodating at every turn. I would use them again and I would recommend anyone looking at the services they offer to give them a try! Great service at a GREAT price!

Columbia SC friends, I would not recommend Lawnworks Lawn & Landscaping. I am floored with how badly we have been treated and just the sheer dishonesty. Weve been using the company for just over a month now, and paid cash at first. We were eventually moved to online invoicing, but there wasnt any instruction given about due dates, etc. Weve always paid same day, and just this last service took me a little under 48 hours to get to. Yall, you would have thought that the sky was falling. The man that weve been in contact with texted me numerous times, saying he was going to come by the house to collect since we werent paying, talking about late charges, etc. Apparently there is a strict 24 hour window no one cared to explain to us. I apologozed for the inconvenience, didnt make a difference. After I told him how unprofessional and disrespectful he was being, he threatens to take me to court for refusal of payment. I responded letting him know he was already paid, and that there wasnt anything weve done or said to validate a lawsuit. Then he threatens to get us for harassment! What in the world?(Coming from the man that texted me numerous times, and in to the late evening after 9:00 PM). Naturally, I Google reviewed. This man responds saying he never even received cash from us for service to begin with? I have plenty of texts that say otherwise. Just dishonest and rude.

MINUS 20!!!! Been put off for over a week now, promising to be there the next day. Each day there was a truck problem. Didnt get texts till late in the day, or after I texted to find out if he would be there.

Ive been using Robert/Lawnworks for quite some time now. He does a great job and has always been willing to accommodate special requests (tree removal, hedge removal, and other projects) and always quotes a reasonable price. The online invoicing is a GREAT convenience for me and being able to communicate via text (written history) is great as well.
