Juan Mata Lawn Care Services in Lugoff

I actually hired this company a couple of years ago and like another reviewer stated, I hired them because of their great reviews. My experience with them isnt in alignment with these reviews. Every time they came out, I had to contact them and remind them where I lived. One of their crew was always kinda semi rude and stand offish towards me. Despite the fact that I always greeted them with a smile and offered bottled water. I eventually came to understand that they just really didnt want to come to my neck of the woods even though I was told that it wasntan issue initially. My area is predominantly African-American and I believe they prefer working with other kinds of people despite the fact that I paid what I was quoted. They had this way of making me feel like they were doing me the favor. So if you live in a lower income area, dont bother with this company. I eventually got the message and stopped calling them. Not once did they call to follow up either. So clearly I wasnt wrong.

Called to receive a quote on lawn care. Spoke with Juan who stated he would be come by later in the afternoon to provide an estimate but he never showed. I even called back when he didnt show at the agreed upon time and he said he was on his way. He still never showed up. Do not recommend

Called juan to get a quote very fast and professional response. Project was yard work on a house that had been vacant for over a year. Took 2 days and made it look amazing. Will recommend to anyone and will be signing up for his weekly services.

When I found this company online, I read the reviews and decided to contact. I went through there website, no one contacted me. I had to look them up on facebook to contact someone. Juan contacted me and came by. I asked for pavers, re mulch, remove and replace shrubs. We agreed to a price $600.00. We decided on the date/time. Juan was hour and half late on the day of work. When he did show up he didnt have the shrubs or mulch when he arrived. Only thing they did was put the pavers down with no quick setting cement to prevent weeds and grass growing. Had to come back to put in the shrubs the next day. He said he would be here at 8am. Its currently 9:22am and he still isnt here. The only reason I gave this company 2stars was due to the detail the guys he brought to work. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Juan and his team have taken care of our lawn, pruning and pine straw for over four years. They are reliable, reasonably priced and deliver a look that has all of our neighbors asking can I get his phone number? Give him a try, you will be pleased!
